If you bring a custom blend that is YOURS to this company, be prepared for them to take it and claim it as their own as they have done now TWICE with my blends and since becoming aware i've had others step forward and tell me they've had the same happen to them by PS. Orders are never delivered in quoted time and their sales people cannot communicate this to buyers whatsoever. I can't tell you how many times i was told i'd have my seasonings by the end of the week just to never hear from them for another three to follow. Please take this as your warning to stay away from this company and their horrid staff. You claim to have reached out to resolve this however the last contact was myself reaching out to you a week ago with a voicemail and no returned call. Your company is trash.

She made the drinks, blew right through my precondition and asked how much of the tea I'd like to bring home.
