Update-got my glasses and they were way off-they told me to take them for a week and it will be fine. A week later and I just want to throw them-so aggravating. First time I've ever written a review because nothing like that has ever happened to me. Update, I had to go back because my prescription was incorrect. Not a huge deal, it happens, but doctor Meurer was super unprofessional about me coming back (probably because I wrote this review) scoffed at me when I told him the trials weren't correct, told me "Just to be clear, you asked for these" (the contacts) and was rude to the point that I told him to just copy my prescription from my last visit at Pearle. I then had to go back no joke five times because they kept copying the prescription wrong. Now I'm out $100 and I have the same prescription as my old one because doctor Meurer made me so uncomfortable. Truly an awful experience start to finish. Would recommend Pearle in Bellevue or literally any other eye place. Never had an experience like this in my life.

While I was a there I asked if there was a chance I could get my shot. The tech said no, that they needed a half hour to get things out together after their lunch break. So I left. I then arrived at 4pm and was told that I didn't sign up for that location. As I had already deleted my confirmation from my phone I could not confirm what he was saying. I asked if he could cancel the other location and give me the shot. He said it would take too long and I should go to the other location. They told me in needed to be scheduled for another exam with Dr. But he was on vacation for two weeks. I was unsure of my schedule at work so it got put on back burner. Reaching out to them again and got treated horrible. Told me there was nothing wrong with my glasses and it's my fault they don't work as I should have noticed the problem when trying them on. Go someplace where they care about customer service. It is not here!!!
