That was never explained to me, and they still took my insurance info and scheduled me like it was all covered. When I called to talk about it, the person on the phone literally said it's not their responsibility to know what people's plans cover. That just blew my mind. They took zero accountability and made it seem like it was all on me, even though I did everything I could to check in advance. It just feels really dishonest, and I'm super frustrated that I had to pay for something I was told was covered. Definitely not going back.

Not a huge deal, it happens, but doctor Meurer was super unprofessional about me coming back (probably because I wrote this review) scoffed at me when I told him the trials weren't correct, told me "Just to be clear, you asked for these" (the contacts) and was rude to the point that I told him to just copy my prescription from my last visit at Pearle. I then had to go back no joke five times because they kept copying the prescription wrong. Now I'm out $100 and I have the same prescription as my old one because doctor Meurer made me so uncomfortable. Truly an awful experience start to finish. Would recommend Pearle in Bellevue or literally any other eye place. Never had an experience like this in my life.
