I walked in and they all stood there with masks on and she yells there's 3 people in front of you so you can wait Or come back. People with limited time, I suggest you don't go here . At first everyone in the office were friendly and I had a good experience. Dr. Voss was ok, does not do small talk. The future communication I have had with this office has been less then acceptable. Edie was rude on the phone and in person. She would not listen to me, she was too busy to slow down and listen to what I needed. My order was wrong when I went in to pick it up. Also Dr Voss controls how many contacts a patient can order within the 12 months, even though the FDA guideline states there is not a limit to the quantity as long as the prescription has not expired. I needed one set of contacts because I ripped mine, my prescription does not expire for another month, they would not allow me to order the contacts needed. I will not be going back. read more

I have been a customer here my entire life, and I'm always super impressed with the service. Deb and Naomi work their hardest to find me frames that give me the best deal and look good on me. Both Dr. Moes and now Dr. Voss, who has taken over for Dr. Moes since he retired, are excellent and friendly. The doctor is very nice & does a great job. I went there a few weeks ago for an exam & it went great, the doctor walked me through & explained everything. My Insurance does not cover the cost of my glasses & I am a full time college student, so I asked to take my prescription & order some online. To order online you need your Pupillary distance, well because I was not ordering from them they would not take my PD so I had to try to figure it out myself. I was back & forth on the phone with them & the company I'm ordering my glasses from having them both tell me I need it from the opposite person... Without the correct PD it is risking that my glasses won't even turn out right. From what I understand, measuring a PD is relatively easy, especially for them & I am just disappointed that they weren't more helpful & they were kinda rude about it when I asked. read more

I recently chose Moes for an eye exam and to order new frames and contact lenses. I was looking for both a new Dr. and a different place to look for new frames. I'd been wearing my glasses for 6-8 years with a few lens updates. My frames were well worn and I was interested in a different experience than Walmart or LensCrafters. After reading the excellent reviews of Moes, I set an appointment and saw Dr. Voss, who I found to be a personable, friendly Dr. who answered my questions and offered a little information on his professional background. Such a likable person and I feel my new Rx is one of my best! Moes has quite an excellent selection of frames to match your face, your personality and fashion sense. This includes some artisanal frames for those looking for something extra special that stands out in a unique way. It wasn't difficult to find those 'just right' frames I was hoping to find. Moes is just the right size place and the staff is really wonderful, experienced and helpful. It's clear they like what they're doing and they really do care for the individual. Case was very cheap worth about a quarter ,frames made in China no cleaning fluid or cloth in my opinion really skimpy..

I should have paid attention to other reviews! Very good eye exam, but then the nightmare starts. I was told my glasses I ordered should only take 7 day, at the 10 day mark I call to check in. I was told with my insurance the glass would have to be ordered from out east and may take anywhere from two weeks and up to a month. Then the fun begins, I said I did order a pair and was never told it would take that long, but I also provided you with a brand new pair of frames that just need The lenses. Oh the lady says maybe I was thinking of the wrong person. Let me check, she comes back I will have to call you back some time later.
