What really stood out to me recently, though, was the compassion and community-mindedness of the team. They recently helped a vulnerable young person that I care deeply about. Although they don't accept Medicaid/BadgerCare, everyone was understanding, kind, and genuinely wanted to help. The manager was especially compassionate, and the opticians went above and beyond to make the experience positive and supportive. First time I've ever written a review because nothing like that has ever happened to me. Update, I had to go back because my prescription was incorrect. Not a huge deal, it happens, but doctor Meurer was super unprofessional about me coming back (probably because I wrote this review) scoffed at me when I told him the trials weren't correct, told me "Just to be clear, you asked for these" (the contacts) and was rude to the point that I told him to just copy my prescription from my last visit at Pearle. I then had to go back no joke five times because they kept copying the prescription wrong. Now I'm out $100 and I have the same prescription as my old one because doctor Meurer made me so uncomfortable. Truly an awful experience start to finish. Would recommend Pearle in Bellevue or literally any other eye place. Never had an experience like this in my life.

I dropped them off at the specified time and they didn't do anything with them for the hour I waited. They said they got too busy with customers. I expressed that scheduled appts should take priority. Then another sales rep said that I shouldn't have been scheduled for this time and that I wasn't in the system. I definitely was scheduled over the phone so someone screwed up. If I wasn't in the system, why did you take my glasses from me to have them worked on? The second sales rep who said I wasn't in the system, did agree to stay past closing to quickly cut the lenses. I agreed because I have a small window to get it done. I'm skeptical they will be done well in the short/rushed time frame. That being said, while I waited and typed this review, she issued me a $50 refund. That was a good business move.

A staff member provides a comprehensive review of the boat and it's features, and then you are free to cruise the blue-green waters of the Chain O' Lakes all day. The pontoon (20' Hydrotherapy) was clean and comfortable, the canopy kept us shaded when the sun was hot, you have swim stairs in case you want to stop at a sandbar and cool off, and there were no issues at all with the motor. Plus they give you a map showing the lakes in the chain, detailing which ones are no-wake so the day was relaxing and trouble-free from start to finish.
