I was finding myself using reading glasses quite often. If you've ever had to rely on reading glasses you know how big of a pain it is. You never have them when you need them. I changed providers and in walks Ann. She put in the time (and care) needed to help me find the perfect contact solution without having to compromise. Six months later, I get a $145 bill because apparently they don't take United Healthcare Vision... just the medical side. When I called to talk about it, the person on the phone literally said it's not their responsibility to know what people's plans cover. That just blew my mind. They took zero accountability and made it seem like it was all on me, even though I did everything I could to check in advance.
