Went here for an eye exam and supposed to get new glasses... they didn't have an in person doctor…read moreso they said they were gonna do an "online exam" with these different machines. The woman who was helping me had no idea how to work any of the machines because she was new (which I understand), so she tried to get her manager to help us. Manager also had no clue how to work any machines and would leave after 5 minutes just leading to another issue. An hour later they think they're finished with the first exams and I'm brought to a second room where I'm told we're talking to a real doctor. Technology doesn't cooperate and the woman leaves the room for the 5th time to get her manager. After 5 minutes of her and her coworkers making an excuse as to why they can't figure out their own software, they tell me something is wrong with my eyes and I should've booked an appointment with a real doctor. Is that not what I was here for? I was under the impression that an eye doctor would be there to conduct the exam, as I'm at the eye doctor. They tell me I have to leave and re schedule, so I leave after 2 wasted hours with no prescription or glasses. Won't be rescheduling at this location. Not saying it's anyone's fault in particular but need to work on training and have someone there who knows how to work the machines.

We only have a short amount of time for that appt, however, we do have an opening at 10:40am with more time to evaluate/fix the veneer. This is very unprofessional. I can't rearrange my schedule at the drop of a hat. Wouldn't this be known (amount of time needed) when the appointment was made considering they knew EXACTLY what was being addressed in the first place!? Having no crown at all for two weeks has not been easy or entirely painless either. I could have made an appointment with a reputable company and not wasted my time here.
