Amazing customer service! A screw fell out of my glasses causing a lens to fall out and they gladly repaired it. A month later, the other screw fell out--and the lens. Sarah, the store manager, was incredible. She immediately offered to replace them with a frame of my choice after concluding the original frame was defective. No argument or excuses. Terrible customer service- this Green Bay branch has passive aggressive representatives who lose their temperament very quick. They also are not the most civil over the phone. Appleton staff was much better and had respect for their customers. read more

I was kind of surprised at some of the mad reviews for Lens Crafters because I have always had great experiences here. They have a great selection of frames and your glasses are done much faster than most other places. I have been other places where they always mess up when filing my insurance but at lens crafters they seem to be knowledgeable about different insurance pans and I have never had a problem. I really like lens crafters and would recommend. read more

My 3 kids and I have gone here for years. My daughter, being college age, went by herself (without a parent) for her most recent exam in August. She declined the contact exam bc she didn't know it was an additional exam and that when she'd need to order some later she'd need that part and nobody told her otherwise. They only asked if she "needed contacts today." She didn't yet, so she said no. Now, she's studying abroad and her box of contacts was lost in transit. I called to get her a few months that I could bring her when I visit on a month and they refused bc she "refused the exam." She had no idea she couldn't get contacts at a later date. We will not be retuning here. We liked the doctors but their contact and glasses proces are much higher than elsewhere, so didn't usually buy there anyway. I guess they don't care if they keep customers, kinda of like an eye doctor factory vs being personal anyway. read more

Their customer service is terrible in person and over the phone. I went here for years and hated my experience every time. The last time was a big ordeal, they made an expensive mistake with my FSA and expected me to pay for it. In the end they corrected the issue but I will never go back. read more

Terrible terrible service. Needed new plastic socks for my husbands Oakley prescription glasses.Went here and was told I had to contact Oakley direct. Once again a sales person not knowing his business. Called Oakley and they said no we can't get those for you that Lens Crafters would have to order them.. So in the future check with management or maybe even call corporate if your not bright enough to Have the answer. read more

I visited this location on 11/2/2018 for an eye exam. The doctor placed an order for sample contacts (I have a difficult prescription) and am I am still waiting on my samples almost 3 months later. I have called several times and am always told these take awhile to make but the longest I've ever waited for these was 2 weeks from any other place. Every time you call, you get a different person and have to explain the entire issue again with no resolution. I don't know how this place stays in business. read more

Poorest customer service I've ever had to deal with from a doctors office. They ask how they can help and immediately put you on hold. When they finally get back to you they have to "call you back in a few hours because it's very busy." Am I less important than the people there? Not very convenient when I call them when it's best for me. read more

I love this place! I have been going here for years and always receive great service. The staff is friendly, helpful and several have been there for many years so I feel like I know them! Yes, sometimes they are busy and you may have to wait your turn - but, that's life!! read more

Terrible customer service. My family went there for a few years due to the convenience of getting our glasses in "about an hour", but the horrible service we received far outweighed that convenience. They overcharged me for glasses, and when we tried to get our refund, it took months of talking to them to finally get it. With the exception of a few, the service people do not know how to be friendly and they act like it is a chore for them to answer a question. The last straw for me was when I physically walked in to the location, scheduled appointments for my kids and when I went in for the appointments (a few days later), they told me no appointments were scheduled. They were rude with absolutely no interest in helping me nor did they offer to reschedule the appointments (that I can only assumed they neglected to put in the computer correctly in the first place). The girl did not even look up from the computer when I tried to show her the handwritten card I received when I made the appointments. She just told me the appointments were not in the computer and no appointments were available that day. So unless you want overpriced glasses with poor customer service, don't waste your time with this place. read more
