Sunday mornings are kind of a madhouse, but any weekday early enough in the morning is calm and serene. Their weekly specials are amazing and such a fantastic price point. Those are what get you in the door. Be careful not to deviate too much from those, as the middle-of-the-store items are extraordinarily pricey. Cereal, flour, soda, etc are sooooo expensive! Shop around the perimeter of the store and you won't be disappointed. This is pretty much the only store that I get my produce from. Everything is indeed "days fresher". I like that they have lanes for you to bag your own things because I don't really trust too many people to bag my groceries. I have had enough squished loaves of bread in my lifetime that I just like to bag my stuff myself. Sometimes even though they literally have every single lane open, you still have to wait three people deep to check out. The store is clean and well lit. I also like that they offer a free jello cube from the deli and free cookie to your kiddos as you shop!

From the moment we sat down for appetizers, she brought such a fun, welcoming energy to the evening. Sara, a Louisiana native, has that natural Southern charm -- engaging and full of personality. Her smile is contagious, and she didn't just serve drinks -- she genuinely interacted with us, joked along with our group, and made us feel like we were the only people at the bar. She was attentive without hovering, quick with recommendations (the drink she recommended was so good). She clearly loves what she does. You can tell when a bartender is just doing a job versus creating an experience -- Sara absolutely creates the experience. She helped set the tone for our whole night, and honestly, she was one of the highlights of our double date. They can be a little gruff at times but they do have the areas best selection. You have to spend more than$5 to use a credit card but that is fine as you won't have a problem spending that here. They have Buffalo Trace Bourbon Cream!! They also a good Port Wine and Craft Beer selection. Most people go here the wine trove. I don't know what era some of these people grew up in but I will ask if I can't find something instead of aimlessly wandering around (unless I am just looking around!)
