"Joe" the pharmacist on duty informed them that they had no insurance info on file so he didn't fill it. They explained that the prescription had been filled previously so they should have the info. He abruptly said they had nothing. When presented with their insurance info, he said it wasn't valid and was denied. After getting the info confirmed from the primary insured parent, he still would not accept. My grandchild called the insurance company and he refused to talk to them on their phone and insisted something changed with the insurance since the last refill. After a call directly to him from the insurance company he finally agreed to fill it. I complained about his attitude and told him he needed to work on his customer service . At this point he threatened to not give them the medication unless I left! It took over an hour to get a simple refill . Worst attitude in an employee I have encountered in a very long time. The very next day, when I went to add the gift card to my Amazon account, we realized the envelope was gone. My daughter contacted Woodman's and was told to contact Amazon. Amazon said they could not help without the gift card serial number, which was not printed on the receipt, and told us to go back to Woodman's. I then called Woodman's with the original receipt and asked if they could help locate the serial number or provide any assistance. They refused to help, even after the issue was escalated to the corporate level. Update: After writing the review, someone from Woodman's did help us out. We appreciate the help. If the people at the store and corporate were as nice, I would have given an excellent experience. I enjoy the variety that Woodman's carries. The sign on the door says 'Mask required'. Today there were 4 people in line in front of me with no mask, and nothing was said or done. I asked for a manager - none on duty - but checkout gal said it's a mandate to wear a mask, not a law, and they don't require guests to wear a mask. Then why the sign? I'm sure management and even mask-less customers would be devastated to learn I passed covid to the grandparents after shopping at Kwik Trip. No longer a problem, tho. I just took my last kwik trip. I never asked him to, he just came out and offered to assist me in getting the housing pulled apart and the bulb changed. Saved me some time getting back on the road! Station is a pretty normal Shell station, not much to say about it really. It's restrooms are very clean considering how old they probably are. Watch the bump going out if you leave through the main exit and you're turning your car right, as the curb has a steeper angle to it on that side as I discovered.
