My daughter bought me a $35 Amazon gift card from Woodman's for Mother's Day. Unfortunately, the card was accidentally thrown away because it was still inside the envelope. The very next day, when I went to add the gift card to my Amazon account, we realized the envelope was gone. My daughter contacted Woodman's and was told to contact Amazon. Amazon said they could not help without the gift card serial number, which was not printed on the receipt, and told us to go back to Woodman's. I then called Woodman's with the original receipt and asked if they could help locate the serial number or provide any assistance. They refused to help, even after the issue was escalated to the corporate level. Update: After writing the review, someone from Woodman's did help us out. We appreciate the help. If the people at the store and corporate were as nice, I would have given an excellent experience. I enjoy the variety that Woodman's carries. Thank you customer service for caring about me and my family.

She was so right! The store is large, clean and very well organized. As a So Cal girl, I was in awe of the snack selections...Little Debbie's, popcorn and pickle flavored chips!!! I didn't have time to go and buy another suitcase for everything I wanted to take home with me. Luckily I brought my cowboy boots that I lined with plastic and filled them both with cheese to take home.

The sign on the door says 'Mask required'. Today there were 4 people in line in front of me with no mask, and nothing was said or done. I asked for a manager - none on duty - but checkout gal said it's a mandate to wear a mask, not a law, and they don't require guests to wear a mask. Then why the sign? I'm sure management and even mask-less customers would be devastated to learn I passed covid to the grandparents after shopping at Kwik Trip. No longer a problem, tho. I just took my last kwik trip. We stopped today to have two cylinders refilled and were told by the attendant that she could not fill the tanks for us because they do not have people on staff to do it. I can say that in the same general area there is Center Valley Convenience and they refill propane cylinders during business hours regardless of temperature outside or number of staff on shift. If your going further South, Ace Hardware on Northland in Appleton also refills these during any business hours.
