However the last two visits were not so positive. The first time was just over a year ago where they missed several spots on the Malibu and forgot to service the back seat. The second visit was the one referenced above for my moms silver equinox. The dashboard hadnt been dusted at all and the back had barely been attended too. She was rushed out and fairly disappointed with a service that in the past had been positively consistent. Maybe there has been a shift in training but they might revisit it. I've mentioned this more than once, but nothing has changed. What concerned me the most, however, was an incident when I went in to use the restroom and saw an employee leave after using it and then immediately begin handling hot food without washing their hands. That experience was extremely off-putting and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and food safety.

I asked to end the call with customer service due to how he was acting and it wasn't until he asked the person in customer service to hang up that it ended after he said they weren't gonna pay for anything, denying any claim. 7/19/23 My coolant hose was intact and my vehicle was NOT leaking oil before valvoline. Doesn't matter if there was a service bulletin years ago that I never got. The hose was fine yet. Had I known it would have been replaced and I know the vehicle has been to Toyota since the bulletins came out. Very disappointing. They (valvoline) are a corporation and so far have only looked for a way out, a way to blame, and accept any responsibility for the problems I have had since pulling out of the valvoline location. Word to the wise, trust your car to a shop with good experienced mechanics you trust for ANY service over convenience. A shop has mechanics that have been working on cars for years. Quick is not always good and now I have hundreds of dollars in damages to my vehicle, and my driveway, plus no vehicle for a week, and may have to look for a vehicle soon if the vehicle heads south now.
