He is such a rude fellow; he was not answering my question, before knowing my name!!! What the hell, what is he gonna do with a name, and as if he would know if its my real name... Way back in CA i had a similar type of store (India's neighboring country's!!!) whose owner was RUDE... plain RUDE.... and we still had no option, but to buy halal meat there... TL/DR *Extremely poor communication…read more*Lack of accountability *Service timeline estimates are inconsistent and change daily *Sketchy practices *Take your used Volvo anywhere else I would NOT recommend getting your vehicle serviced at this dealership, unless it was purchased new from them or is CPO through the manufacturer,or you are willing to wait the better part of a month for your car to be completed as the service department seemingly does not prioritize older non warranty vehicles. I brought my vehicle here to have a airbox replaced as it was cracked on 6/27/25; the required parts were ordered the same day and the car was scheduled to go in and be repaired the week of 6/30/25. Parts came in and the car was scheduled to be fixed on 7/1/25. This was pushed to 7/2/25, on 7/2/25 we were called that morning that the service had to be pushed to 7/7/25 and was supposed to be done 7/8/25, that got pushed to 7/9/25, and again being pushed to 7/10/25. On 7/10/25 the car ended up being delayed to that afternoon, but according to my dash-cam video/gps and the Volvo app my car was still on the lift with the hood up and door or window down at 11:45 7/10/25. The car was then eventually finished on 7/11/25 and delivered back to my house that afternoon. Once I received the car I was greeted by "headlamp system malfunction, Service Required" on the dashboard. This was after the dealer had closed, so I called and left a message on 7/11/25; I had received a call back the morning of 7/14/25 where Salem seemed to hide behind the car's mileage causing the damage and not the tech working where the sensor is located causing the damage. Salem did agreed to diagnose the car and pick it up that week to check out the car. I did not hear back from Salem for the rest of the day or all 7/15/25. After being ignored, I called the service manager Jovani on 7/16/25, and scheduled my car to be pick up and looked at a second time on 7/17/25; the pickup ended up getting delayed to 7/18/25. The car was not looked at by the tech until 7/23/25 and parts were ordered. I finally received my car fixed on 7/29/25, after the dealer tried to invoice my for the part that a tech appeared to damage.

My 17 ram 3500 actuator threw a fault code. I took it to bergstrom ram oshkosh because they should…read moreknow their product. The service advisor showed my how far down in the engine bay the actuator is and how many parts had to be removed to access it. I had a service agreement so the service advisor was going to interface with them to save me a lot of money. They replaced my actuator at a total cost of $4000 but my part was only $1000 because of all his hard work on the phone. I decided to try to bulletproof my 6.7 if one little part cost 4 grand. I replaced the turbo and my 4 thousand dollar actuator. My third/newer actuator was ordered with the 64mm turbo. My new mechanic removed the passenger side wheel liner, removed four screws. Installed the $700 new actuator in 20 minutes. My cost for the actuator was $700 and I suppose that bergstroms price would have been much less than that. My point is that markup on labor and parts at bergstrom is beyond what any reputable dealer would charge. Beware of the sharks swimming around in that dealership because 400% markups are not ethical in any industry. I wouldn't do business at this oshkosh ram dealer on a dare. Take your truck to any other shop in the area until they flush the rats out of this dealership. They certainly cant fix the dealership with bergstrom personel. If you look at all the yelp ratings for every bergstrom dealership you see why using yelp is a HUGE MONEY SAVER as it exposes the crooks in the automotive business.

I think he was more excited about the order package than i was. At delivery i noticed what i thought was a dent on the rear ds of the cab. Called back to the store we both figured it was due to shipping. They covered the repairs and had it back to me in a short amount of time.
