Fraud Alert: Stopped for a few quick groceries. When I got home, found out I was charged for 4 lbs of butter and I only purchased 3 lbs and I only had 3 lbs when I got home. Tried to call, but no one would pick up the phone and when they finally did pick it up, disconnected before I could sat a word. FRAUD ALERT On 3 separate occasions, both myself and my husband have used cards to pay INSIDE and within days of not using those cards elsewhere, extra charges showed up in our accounts. We were able to get it stopped with our bank, but were never able to get that money back. Kwik Trip Neenah needs to do some serious looking into of their employees. read more

I visit this Kwik Trip location almost daily as it's near my home. It's our go-to spot for milk, eggs, bananas, etc. Their everyday price for bananas, onions, & potatoes is $0.38/pound. The store has many sections - produce (bananas, onions, potatoes, avocados), bread (white, wheat, buns, tortillas, specialty rolls), meat (steaks, ground beef, brats), milk/butter/eggs, sodas/juices, frozen foods, alcohol (walk-in beer cooler and some hard alcohol), hot food kitchen (sandwiches, hot dogs, nachos, pizza), donuts/muffins, coffee bar/sodas/slushes as well as the usual gas station snacks and sundries. I go to this location if I forget to use the ones I like more. It is near our place, but the customer service is OH-kay. Which is pretty different for a Kwik Trip, usually they are quite chipper! One evening while buying two Red Bull Blues, one of the staff came to help his co-worker figure out why my card was not working (don't worry, I had money.) At any rate, this fellow proceeded to ask me if I was trying to pay with a food stamp card. Mind you, this location is in an upper middle class neighborhood, which is not to say folks aren't on food stamps around there, but I had a feeling the instances were pretty few and far between. Aside from this, the smiles are usually painted on and I grab my stuff and get out. read more

Usually you get friendly service here but the day we were there you could tell this employee was having issues. Just our luck she waited on us. There was no hello how our you? Nothing. After ringing up our stuff she puts the change on the counter and says THERE YOU GO! And walks off! She walked away so fast we couldn't even get her name to report her to the manager. I have had wonderful service with smiles and welcoming greetings. They don't know me from Adam and they go out of there way to help. Me and my grandma stoped to get gas and two pizzas for dinner and had a horrible experience at this Kwik Trip location. I have been going to Kwik Trip for years now and I have always loved the experience and customer service. But today we had an absolute horrible lady at the register check us out. All we wanted to do is use a coupon and she would not let use. I wouldn't have been so angry but the way she handled the whole situation... changed my mood. I don't know who would angrily argue with a little old lady, but this experience definitely changed my opinion on Kwik Trip. read more
