I always feel safe going there which is a plus for a single woman. I love the consistency of great customer service I've seen in every single Kwik Trip I have visited. I wish more places would spend the time to teach their own staff that customers are not a disruption of their jobs, but they ARE their jobs, I have a Kwik card too and it's great to be able to go online and see all my activity and pay my bill online, and if I have a question or concern, some excellent person makes it right immediately, courteously, and the first time. Great job Kwik Trip Corporation.

Asked if they were refilling and they said "we only put soup on the bar". I showed them the Mac & Cheese sign on the bar then they said they would not refill it due to waste. My daughter bought me a $35 Amazon gift card from Woodman's for Mother's Day. Unfortunately, the card was accidentally thrown away because it was still inside the envelope. The very next day, when I went to add the gift card to my Amazon account, we realized the envelope was gone. My daughter contacted Woodman's and was told to contact Amazon. Amazon said they could not help without the gift card serial number, which was not printed on the receipt, and told us to go back to Woodman's. I then called Woodman's with the original receipt and asked if they could help locate the serial number or provide any assistance. They refused to help, even after the issue was escalated to the corporate level. Update: After writing the review, someone from Woodman's did help us out. We appreciate the help. If the people at the store and corporate were as nice, I would have given an excellent experience. I enjoy the variety that Woodman's carries. Thank you customer service for caring about me and my family.
