He sold me a warranty for the vehicle to the amount of $3500. He stated, "The warranty will last an ADDITIONAL 100,00 miles. Anything breaks, it WILL be covered under warranty for a small deductible." Bought it. First week? Transmission pan. Fixed it with a small deductible. Two weeks later? Head gasket. Fixed, small deductible. Fast forward a couple of months, July, transfer case breaks. $3200. Not covered under warranty for some reason. All my car repairs, Dan did allow me to have a loaner. However, when I realized the warranty was not being honored, and Dan stated it was too bad and we had to suck it up. I made a complaint on West College Motors website and immediately received a call from Dan stating if we did not remove the post, we would have to return the loaner. We removed the post and returned the loaner. Threatening a single mom of 2 who needs transportation for her kids?? Class act. Thankfully JDR Automotive was amazing enough to make sure my vehicle was safe and taken care of until the bill could be paid, no extra charges. Now that my vehicle is fixed, I am allowed to let the public know, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CAR DEALERSHIP!!!!! THEY ARE CON ARTISTS AND WOULD SELL THEIR OWN GRANDMOTHER FOR A QUICK BUCK!!! Be smart.

I was not contacted by phone like I was told I would be, but rather emailed with a one line notice stating they were unable to provide financing. I called and spoke with Craig, who was less than pleasant and got rude with me stating "I'm unable to discuss this further, I gave you our denial and this is closed." When I asked what the issue was with my credit report, which wasn't supposed to affect my determination, he blatantly stated "I don't have to discuss this further." Very rude, unprofessional and less than desirable to work with.
