After taking the car to the repair shop they recommended, my friend was handed a long written list of problems -- including safety issues like brakes. I was there through all of this. When she brought the paperwork back to CarHop, she had to fight just to get anyone to listen, and they still refused to cover the repairs or properly help her. Now she's stuck overpaying at high interest for a dangerous lemon. I honestly don't know how companies can sleep at night treating people this way.
