However, when the boyfriend called around 10:30am, he was told to bring it on over and they'd squeeze us in. And they did just that -- we were out of there by 11:45am for a whopping $28. The boyfriend confirmed that they had properly removed the tire and patched it from the inside, and we haven't had a moment's trouble since (knock on wood!). The TV in the waiting area was annoying, but I eventually located the remote and was able to turn it off. Hooray! Plus, the only mail I've received from them is a coupon for an oil change -- no deluge of spam. Since I drive a Volkswagen, I'm pretty paranoid about non "Das Auto" folks working on my car, but I'd definitely go back here for something routine like tires.

These two went above and beyond. They adjusted the tire pressure, drained the wiper fluid (it was a brown color) and refilled it, checked the oil and gave a lot of great feedback as to when to bring it back in and how everything was looking. It helped me to feel safe that we were prepared for our trip. I've gone to Valvoline before but these two just went above and beyond.

It cost us $353.00 to have it towed for them to say they are not responsible. I have taken all of my vehicles there for years. Won't happen again.

Another update 7/19/23 I called that customer service number…read moreand was put on a three way call with the area manager, who put ALL the blame on me, despite not having driven the vehicle much at all after my oil change. Nice guy, huh... I asked to end the call with customer service due to how he was acting and it wasn't until he asked the person in customer service to hang up that it ended after he said they weren't gonna pay for anything, denying any claim. 7/19/23 My coolant hose was intact and my vehicle was NOT leaking oil before valvoline. Doesn't matter if there was a service bulletin years ago that I never got. The hose was fine yet. Had I known it would have been replaced and I know the vehicle has been to Toyota since the bulletins came out. Very disappointing. They (valvoline) are a corporation and so far have only looked for a way out, a way to blame, and accept any responsibility for the problems I have had since pulling out of the valvoline location. Word to the wise, trust your car to a shop with good experienced mechanics you trust for ANY service over convenience. A shop has mechanics that have been working on cars for years. Quick is not always good and now I have hundreds of dollars in damages to my vehicle, and my driveway, plus no vehicle for a week, and may have to look for a vehicle soon if the vehicle heads south now. Still don't have my vehicle and won't have it til tomorrow, with who knows what damage to it. Definately should Not have trusted them with my vehicle. 7/19/23 They shouldn't get one star even.
