We called this location at 445pm to see if they could check over a truck I was thinking of purchasing. Even though it was late (and I typically have problems getting into any Fletchers without hours notice), they stated that I could come in and they would look at it immediately. The mechanic saved me from purchasing a vehicle that would have about 2000 dollars in repairs within a couple of months. I asked how much the charge was and they said don't worry about it since they didn't actually do anything to the vehicle. I've been taking my vehicle to Fletchers for a little more than a year and will continue to do so. You just can't beat them on price. read more

Simply awful. Avoid like the plague. I brought my car in with a vibration problem and an alignment + oil change at 10am. I left it there and expected to be called back in a few hours to hear the diagnosis. I waited until 5:15 to call them, playing a game of chicken with them. They told me they were just getting the car up on the lift... 15 minutes before close. So they obviously wouldn't have had enough time to even do the oil change in the time they had left. I had to call back 4 times the next morning to get a straight answer as to what was going on with my car. They quoted me $320 for 4 new tires and refused to take a $35 coupon I had on my oil change card. I called Sears to see how much they cost. They quoted me $255. I then called Big O Tires, and the guy I spoke with ended up price matching what Sears quoted me, but cheaper, and included what Fletchers would have charged me had they accepted my coupon for alignment discount. So at Big O, they charged me $265 for 4 new tires AND an alignment... Needless to say, I'm never going to Fletchers for anything ever again. Oh yeah, when I went to pick up my car at Fletchers the next day to take it to Big O, I found my car in the parking lot with the window WIDE open. They obviously don't care about their customers at all. Anybody could have just easily reached in and stole stuff out of my car. read more

After calling several times I found it was impossible to make an appointment so I finally went in on a Saturday when they take drop ins. I was the 2nd person there at 7am for a simple change (for which I had a coupon), I finally made it out at 1:30pm. This was a Sat. wasted!! Not only that but later that day found that I had no washer fluid. I called and asked if my change included topping off fluids and was told "of course". Does this include washer fluid i asked "of course". Well now I wonder what they did check. Did they really even change my oil? "OF COURSE" yeah right. I could have changed my own oil in less time and known that everything was done. If I had wanted a" Wally's" job, that only includes basic oil change, I could have paid less than my coupon cost. I was later told by a friend that they push all coupons to the back of the line. Well that sucks and is no way to do business. My time is valuable and even though I still have an oil change left on the coupon I won't be returning. read more

Once the tires came in they took me in right away did a 4 wheel alignment and installed the tires in record time. On April 11 at 7 pm I picked up a screw in my tire, trouble was I was leaving the next morning to go back to Minnesota. So without an appointment I went here at 7 am. I was informed the crew starts at 8 am but they could help me. Sure enough at 8 they pulled the car in and had it done in 30 minutes. Great service for someone out of state and 1st time customer! We had a flat tire at the home depot next door to firestone tire. Limped the car over to their shop. Jason said they would take a look at it and see what they could do. In just a short time he advised that we had a head of a screwdriver broke off in the tire. They fixed it at no charge. Such a friendly place and customer service orientated business. When you walk into a place and hear what sounds like an explosion followed by what smells like an explosion, that should be clue number one. But hey, they are cars, they have gas in them, right? I took my truck in to get an oil change, a new battery and I explained that I probably needed a new battery cable, the negative one was severely corroded. I picked my truck up, 2 days later, since I dropped it off on a Saturday and they told me that yes they replaced one of my battery cables. Just to let you know my stress level at this time, I also go laid off the same day I picked up the vehicle. A week or so later, I get in my truck and it won't start. I just got it fixed and got laid off. More repairs are not in my budget at this point. It's also 2 months before Christmas. Thank god for friends! A friend came to check out the issues. The cable they said they replaced, they did not. In order to get the battery out they had to break the cable and still didn't replace it, just put it back on broken! The dipstick for the oil was hanging out and there were oily spots all over the side of the truck. I went back, got my money refunded for the everything except the price of the battery. My friend had already replaced both cables. But I will never go back to this Fletcher's again. read more

Hands down, the worst automotive service I've ever had. I typically do oil changes changes at home in the family vehicles, but have recently suffered a major back injury. I was forced to find somewhere to take both my wife's sedan and my truck. We found a Groupon coupon online and my wife jumped on the savings. Well, the Groupon was for a $20 oil change + free tire rotation. After waiting two hours, my truck was done, only they didn't rotate my tires and when I brought it to their attention, the manager told me that I'd have to bring my truck back in at another time to have the tires rotated. I wish this were only a joke. Had my wife's car not already been in the stall, we'd have left then and there. Secondly, guess who forgot to put the oil cap back on after finishing the change? Yes! The Fletcher's certified technician. I suppose on a lighter note, they did rotate her tires. Do yourself a favor and check out other local shops. The level of customer service offered at this Fletcher's exceeds that of the other 3 Fletcher's in the Mesa valley. After having called Friday and learned that Fletcher's only excepts walk in oil changes on Saturdays I showed up bright and early at 8AM at my nearest Fletcher's and was told they were already booked. Disappointed, I called the next nearest location...they mentioned they were short staffed and not taking any oil change appointments. At this point it was nearly becoming comical, I called another location in a neighboring city, rejected once again and it is not even 8:30AM yet, I was frustrated to say the least. I had pretty much given up on Fletchers and the possibility of getting an oil change and was about to head over to the nearest Jiffy Lube when a while later my husband mentioned he believed there was another location a little farther but still within the area. Deflated, dissolved and expecting another turn away I called. Nick picked up the phone, mentioned they were in fact booked up as well (which was actually believable at this point as it was late in the afternoon). However, when I mentioned that seemed to be the Fletcher's theme that day he became very concerned, asked me the circumstances and requested that If I was able to come down he would address my car immediately. Shocked and almost expecting that my leg was being pulled I decided to ride the stroke of luck out. It was totally legit, walked in, spoke with nick, handed him my keys and he kindly said "your car will be next." Wow, above and beyond customer service at its absolute finest. All I can say is thank you, this location successfully performed what every other Fletcher's in the valley had horrifically failed at ( no not just a simple oil change ) but the type of customer service that has become a thing of the past. I had just bought a new (to me) truck a few moths back and a friend of ours offered to let me use her value card which had maybe 10 or so free oil changes among other discounted services. I gladly accepted and thought that it would be a great opportunity to have my truck looked over. I took it early one Saturday morning and asked them to look over my truck and change the oil. When I finally got it back at the end of the day they recommended that I flush all fluids, and replace belts which can get pricy. I decided to get second and third opinions turns out my fluids still have quite a bit of miles left until a flush would be necessary and it's been 4 months HOT months and my belts are still running smooth. Now maybe I'm lucky on the belts and I'm sure a lot of places would recommend full fluids service on a used car but it felt to me like they were trying to make the most gain by doing the easiest things whether they really needed to be done or not. read more

A&E ..NO!! The guy is still on the phone with his wife arguing. A few more shops...way too much money. See...I priced the part at a store and have the knowledge of what the part costs. So I see FLETCHERS on the CORNER. -Wait. I ponder at the light. " Let's ask them!" I thought. PULL IN. The guy at the counter was amazingly honest. The mechanic ..totally tatooed and talented. The price right on. Labor $80 bucks and the part $160. They did NOT lie to me. I will RETURN. I am sorry i forgot the guys name at the desk. 5 STARS for you! I did have a shop charge for $11.86 but ya know, they rotated my tires when I asked them to. So its all good. By the way, I am in my forties, have lived all over the world and have a keen insight on the things of life and who is trying to bullshit me. I love when I catch them. My A/C went out so I took my car here. Diagnosis was holes in condensor, very common. They fixed it for nearly $500...two weeks later my A/C was out again. I took it back here since it's under warranty. This time there were holes in some valve that they missed the time before. The cost for repair was $900!!! I couldn't believe that I would have to pay an extra $900 for THEIR misdiagnosis! I now drive around the Arizona heat with no A/C at a loss of $500 The customer service here was horrible quality. The observation of mechanics was also very poor. I would recommend to stay away from Fletchers because of this. I have recently filed a report to the Better Business Bureau. read more

Ok.....so my husband and I purchased a groupon for two oil changes at Fletchers. We had such horrible service that we refused to use the second oil change.....and for me to let that go to waste must really mean something. My husband took our first car in and dropped it off. The guy told him it would be a couple hours, since it was a Saturday....no problem. I made the initial appointment so they had my number on file. The guy verified the number with my husband and so he gave the guys his cell number to call.....since I was working. It was 1:30 in the afternoon when my husband called them and asked what the status was.....they told him it was not finished. I got home from work around 7pm, he finally went up there after all day of waiting......the car was done with no phone call to my husband.....I checked my voicemail and there was a message at 10 am telling me that the car was done????? What????? After my husband called hours after that and he was told it was not done.......ridiculous. We tried to use the second one but when I walked in the guy at the desk told me if I was there for an oil change that I'd better just turn around and walk out the door.........what a jerk. For those reasons I have told everyone how horrible and not customer service oriented Fletchers is. I will never go back.....what a waste of a perfectly good groupon........ read more

Fletcher's on Crismon and the 60 took $1000 from me telling me that they could solve the problem of my car overheating. I was skeptical that it would fix it and they assured me there was and that they have a guarantee if it didn't work. Well, it didn't work, the problem only got worse. It was in and out of their shop several times over the course of over a month, one time they wanted me to pick it up and I couldn't even start it on their lot! My car now not only overheats, it drives like garbage, makes a horrible sound, and the A/C stopped blowing. Not only did they NOT stand by their guarantee or offer me any sort of a refund, the customer service guy was a total dick and said it was my fault for LETTING the car overheat! I'm contacting a lawyer tomorrow and the BBB tonight, but just want to warn everyone to steer clear of this place. They do NOT honor what they say they'll do! read more

They are a bunch of liars and don't care about customer service and that includes the corporate office. They sold us tires 3 1/2 years ago that have 12,000 miles on them and when we took them in to be checked out we were told the tires were weather rotted and needed to be replaced. They also told us the tires were more than 5 years old when we had only purchased them 3 years and 4 months earlier. They said they called BF Goodrich and got us a discount on new tires. I called BFG and they said Fletchers never called them to begin with and evidenced by no notes in their files regarding a rebate. BFG suggested we go to Discount to have another inspection done. We did and found out there is NOTHING wrong with our tires and they don't need to be replaced. I asked Fletcher's for the number of their corporate office to speak to someone else, I was told they didn't have that number. 3 days later when I talked to the Customer Service Manager at Corporate, he told me this wasn't a Corporate problem and shouldn't have come to him in the first place. He stood behind the store and could care a less about the lies I was told. I will NEVER do business with them again and don't suggest anyone else do either. Discount balanced our tires and fixed the nail for FREE!!! No thanks for the help Robert or Andy. read more
