    Let me preface by saying I understand what customer service entails including all of its challenges. I'm generally positive and very optimistic by nature, and fairly patient bc I understand that s#!t happens.. This is literally the first time I've ever had to leave a negative remark about any business.. But if you value your time and hard-earned money, and you want to protect your finances then I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. AND HERE'S WHY: I originally went to this store the evening of Thurs, Dec 28 to get a quote for four new tires, and an alignment. I took my car in the following day on Fri, Dec 29 to have it serviced. After being there 4 -5 hrs, left their store with NO ISSUES whatsoever. That was until the following morn (Sat Dec 30), coincidentally my TPS light were all lit up on the dashboard.. I call that Sat afternoon and spoke to Alan explaining the situation over the phone around 3 -4pm in the afternoon, and he recommended to bring it back next day (Sun, Dec 31) indicating they were too busy to take in any other vehicles. I had to wait until Mon, Jan 1st due to personal reasons.. brought my vehicle back to have the TPS lights checked out. A young lady who helped me finally explained the issue after waiting another 4-5 hrs. Unfortunately they had to place an order for said TPS devices since they didn't have it in stock. She told me that they'd call me back once those arrived in store. I get home that same evening only to find that one of their techs who worked on my car damaged one of my wheels and broke the hubcap to it. And didn't bother telling anyone. AT ALL. The following day (Tues, Jan 2nd), waited all day long but didn't hear anything from this store. So I proceeded to follow back up with them by phone that evening and spoke to Alan again. He told me the TPS devices didn't arrive yet, and that he'd follow back up with that order.. He assures me that they'll call me once the order arrives. It is TODAY (Wed, Jan 3) and still no word from the store so I decided to give them a call bc at this point I just don't have any confidence that they will follow up with me. I once again speak with Alan.. He initially tells me that the ordered hasn't arrived, and I responded by asking if they'll call me or if I need to call back in to confirm that order. Mind you they have failed to reach out to me by phone, and it's been entirely up to me to be more proactive about this whole ordeal.. That's when Alan changes his response to go do a more diligent check for that order. Places me on brief hold, and comes back to confirm that the order is in-store. IN THAT MOMENT, Alan tells me that they're too busy.. But then pauses, and corrects himself and says "you know what, go ahead and bring your car in and we'll have it done within the hour or so" I get to the store, and they literally weren't even busy at a glance as they had only maybe two vehicles in their bay areas being worked on. But the service ends up taking an additional 2-3 hours, and bc I've had to be more proactive at this point I noticed my car was staged into a parking space back in front.. At this point, I am purely frustrated with this whole experience! Once I finish checking out for the TPS device installation, I told Alan that one of his techs had broken one of my wheel hubcaps and what is the best way to get this handled.. I remained calm but was so upset (screaming inside my head), bc nobody bothered telling me about the broken hubcap issue along with the combination of issues I've personally encountered at this store.. What I have learned by this whole experience??! THIS STORE seriously lacks leadership, customer service, integrity. This store overall was very unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with! If you value your time and money then save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.. But if you choose to still go to this store for any kind of service then proceed with extreme caution and be aware that they will upsell you on their other products and services. DO NOT EXPECT 5-star service.. You've been warned. ~An

    Took my car here to get and alignment. Had an appointment set at 2 pm took the car in at 11 am . Waited for a call for pickupwhem it was done and never got one called at 4:30 and they still haven't touched my car . They close at 5 pm on sundays . I get there and they give me keys and an alignment paper from another car from 2006. I have no proof what was fixed and improved on my car . So I got a last second alignment even though my car was there all day and no paper to see what my alignment was before and after .

    I'm really in disbelief that a company will just out right lie about service needs. Just left firestone about 2 hours ago: Had to do a inspection for Goshare job. Inspection completed with firestone and firestone stated "Oh you failed because your brake drums are completely bad and not safe........I was like wait.....my dad serviced the truck August 2016 for all brakes and rotor......firestone said, well to pass it will be $268. I talked a friend who has a auto shop and he told me he needs to review the truck but the price should be around $160 for Chevrolet Silverado 2011 drums. New firestone guy at the same shop tells me he will do it for $179.00. I left and went to a SUPER AWESOME place..... Brake Plus in Rowlett....... Mike the Brakes Plus owner inspected my truck FOR FREE!!!! Then SHOWED me all my brakes, rotors, and pads......he said not one thing is wrong with the drums. He gave recommendations on so heat spots but the truck pass with FLYING COLORS.....wow firestone WOW. You should be ashamed and have the nerves to put Integrity in your shop WOW.
