I've been to this location multiple times to give them opportunities to improve but am still unhappy about the service. Biggest issue was summer of 2021, came in for an AC recharge, the next day it was blowing warm again. Came back, they said they tested for leaks and filled it again, next day it was out again. Third time coming back was told my evaporator was bad and it would be $1000, which I did not have. They would not refund my money for the AC recharge so I was out several hundred dollars and had no AC during the 100+ days. Today I came in for new tires that were quoted at $480 online out the door, they tried to charge $nearly $100 more and said they weren't sure why it was more, so I had no choice but to pay. I'll never be coming here again, too many unqualified people working here. read more

The worst shop I have ever been in my entire life. The person who staying on reception to grab your keys, so unprofessional and disgustingly rude. When he was trying to tell me that my oils and fluids are leaking, I was trying to let him know that I have just spilled everything myself on the part, therefore he is thinking this way. He started yelling at me saying "what do you know about cars!", "Your car is bad " literally yelling at me and interrupting my each word I am trying to say to him. I have been in many shops in many states and countries, and for FIRST time in my life I am observing such rude customer service. They did good work on my car when it was just a check up and oil change. However when i needed a new serpentine belt they quoted me over 300 for the belt and 250 for the labor. I looked on line and found the part for 97 and the labor at a dealer was 103. I was kinda pissed because they had done a similar thing to my friend, which is why i called to tell them they were full of it. The person i talked to said that they can't get parts online and a dealer ship can find them better, which maybe true however they charge 110 an hour for labor which is rather pricey particularly because they are not a dealership which specializes in one type of car. I would go to them for small things, like check ups, or oil changes, even tires, but for anything else be sure to get a second quote. read more

Long story short, was driving down 99, noticed my temp gauge went up so I pulled into a parking lot and saw that one of my coolant hoses blew because it was old and it finally gave out. So I changed out the hose and tried to bleed the system of air but it didn't work and so I called to ask if it's possible to have Firestone bleed my coolant system and the guy I spoke to was lost.. which is ok because it's a weird random scenario but then he said "can you hold on I'll have you talk to someone" so I can explain it I'm guessing. Then he comes back saying we can do the flush but if we do it and it doesn't work then it won't fix your problem. So I said no there's no problem it's just a simple bleed no need for flushing but if I have to I'll just get a flush. His response "there clearly is a problem if you're calling us" lol what a joke! He clearly isn't trained for a stressful environment or he had a bad day but it's fine I'm glad he kept me away because "City Radiator and Auto Repair" bled my coolant in about 45m from walking in the door which I highly recommend to anyone reading this review who needs automotive services. read more

This Firestone is a new location that just opened in South Everett right off Highway 99 and Airport Road/128th St SW. If you're familiar with the area, it's in the Home Depot parking lot. I came in on 4/30/2010 for their lifetime alignment service. [A typical one time alignment costs 74.99 while the unlimited lifetime alignment (for the life of the car) is only 139.99.] I was greeted promptly by an employee and we started getting the ball rolling. I had a coupon I printed off of slickdeals and presented it at that time as well. She just asked if I had gotten this off slickdeals and I told her yes. No further questions about it. She told me it'd be about an hour and pointed me to their waiting area. The waiting area was very nice. LCD TV, hot coffee, water, and the chairs they had were wonderful. The chairs looked brand new, were soft and it was just nice to sit in something comfortable while waiting. The employee helping me was extremely attentive and kept me updated on the progress every 15 minutes or so. Alas, the car was complete. I was called up to the counter to finish up the paperwork and make payment for the service. She went over the complementary inspection sheet they completed. The only spots noted were that tires were getting close to replacement time as well as a concern with my lug nuts on the car. The lugnuts on the car were not the right ones as they did not seat onto the wheel fully. She made sure I understood and asked if I had the original lugnuts for the car and urged that I handle that immediately. What I found absolutely amazing is not once did she try to sell me a product even though it would have been easy to since they have them in stock. She just advised me to look around the garage for the old lug nuts and to keep tire replacement in mind. Before we wrapped up, I was curious and asked if many people were using the coupon I presented as she was familiar with it. She explained to me the coupon was illegitimate and someone had made a fake coupon to pass on as a real one. The coupon was for 25 off a service or product of 50 or more. Despite the fact she knew it was fake, she took the coupon without even mentioning it to me. She explained that it's very difficult to explain to a customer that the coupon they presented, which looks real, is not a valid coupon. She said it's better to just take the coupon and hopefully earn their business in the future. That's what I call customer service. On my way out, I talked to the technician that worked on my car. He told me he got the alignment specs as symmetrical on both sides and closest to spec as he could. He noted during the test drive, everything seemed to be doing well. He said there was a slight pull but likely due to the crowning of the road he took and said if it continues, just return and he'd personally fix it. Let's just say, this is the best my car has driven since I got it. I've gotten a few alignments before this, but the car hasn't felt this planted and smooth in a long time. I will recommend this shop for services to everyone that I can for the experience I had here. read more

I have used firestone often in Kirkland near my work and Woodinville where I use to live. They have been great! I was thrilled mostly with Kirkland who had AMAZING customer service. Those locations I highly recommend. EVERETT LOCATION: Knowing Firestone is busy and prefer a scheduled apt before taking a car in, my boyfriend called to see if they had time to take his car in for a basic oil change. The man on the phone said "if you come right now, we can take you in no problem". So my boyfriend took his car there (from Edmonds) and when he got there, they said they couldn't fit him in, but he could leave his car and walk around for 2 hours and come back and they could SEE what they could do then... I recommend better customer service next time someone shows up after being told to come in. It not only wasted my boyfriends time, but we ended up giving our money to grease monkey (not my first choice, but better than jiffy lube any day). We will not be using service at this location and will not refer anyone to this location. read more

I could not be more grateful to Firestone after one of their employees, Ken, went above and beyond to help us in a really bad situation. We just moved from Everett to CA. At 4am the morning of our move, we managed to destroy the rear tires of my husbands car while attempting to tow it. All of our belongings are packed up, our pets are ready to go, and now we have a huge hurdle to deal with before most places are even open. We had the car towed to Firestone because we had used them before and I am so glad that we did. Right when they opened at 7am, my husband was talking to Ken about what they could do. Ken could tell we were in a really bad situation and needed a solution ASAP and he really came through. He let us know that while they had the tires we needed, Firestone doesn't sell the wheel rims we would also need to replace due to the damage they incurred. He offered to call around some places he knew might work as soon as they opened (8am) and would call us as soon as he knew anything. He called us around 8:15 with some options, which just shows how seriously he took our problem and how quickly he was working to help us out. We were able to get the wheel rims and I think we had everything fixed and ready to go by noon. I was expecting our mistake to completely derail our moving plans, possibly push us back a day, but because Ken was so accommodating and helpful we were able to leave the same day we planned. The damage to our car was fixed so quickly. We are so incredibly thankful to Ken for everything he did to help us! We don't live in the area anymore, but I hope this review helps and we will definitely recommend this Firestone location to friends and family in the area. Ken- Thank you thank you thank you! Disappointed is an understatement! Could have been killed because some of these workers, "didn't want to do their due diligence". Came in on Friday hoping these half ass mechanics could do a good job. I say half ass for multiple reasons, but the most important being a worker named, Ryan. Weird coincidence I know since we have the same name but obviously not the same character. Went in after they told me my car was done. To only come and still see the tire I came in originally for was flat. Like WTF lol. I go in asking nicely why that was so, to have this dude with black all over his face come up to me and start getting in my face raising his voice and saying how he changed my tire. I allowed Ryan to get whatever anger he had for the day out, and after his piss fit showed me both the tires he changed. To only see that the tire was still flat. Then this other dude, Tyler came in and started saying how it's all our fault that we ordered the tire from tire buyer. Lol how do you even know where I bought the tire from. WHACKKKKKK. I was chill, and just said I wanted the car done, and believe me it took awhile for these dill pickles to come to their senses and admit they messed up. Lol you don't say, SMH. He ends up admitting they didn't check for a crack in the rim, and acted like checking the rim will he this big process that will take an hour. At this point the Ryan and Tyler dude are just shoving their testosterone down my throat. And after they chill out they call me 10 min later to say they fixed the rim and we are all good, and that they would never send me home with a flat when that's exactly what they tried to do from the beginning. Not an hour but 10 minutes later they call me saying it's done. I went in the pay for the service, just to have Tyler throw the key down on the counter in a "I could care less" attitude. These lazy bunch of workers decided to half ass their job which could have lead to my tire blowing out in the street, and alaw suit just waiting for them in the morning. Hate when I meet people that don't care about others, and this location is definitely one of them. If you care about your loved ones and don't want a bunch of bum mechanics working on your car you'll avoid this place at all costs. Service ended up costing around $350, and just shows no matter how big or small the job these people will FAIL AGAIN AND AGAIN. I was way overdue for an oil change, and my brakes had started making some very odd noises. I called on Saturday afternoon, fully expecting them to be too busy for an oil change AND brake inspection without any notice. They told me to bring it in and they could work it in between scheduled appointments. They discovered I needed 2 new tires on top of the oil change and brake work, but said they could get it all done that day. I got timely updates via phone which was reassuring. When I went in to pick it up, they ended up having some complications with my brakes. They weren't sure if there was a leak in the line or problem with the master cylinder, and let me know they needed to keep it overnight. They were very apologetic and assured me it'd be done by Sunday (today). They advised their master technician would be coming in to help with my car. Sure enough it was finished today. They discovered my master cylinder was messed up from the last mechanic who did my brakes, and replaced it for free. They explained everything to me fully which I appreciated. Upon looking at my invoice I discovered about $100 in parts and labor discounts in addition to the great customer service I received. I was a first time customer with Firestone, but I'll be back. When he more to Washington he come to this location get rotating but some how they get change the 4 tire. English get missed communication but the service here are bad. Good service and quick turn around time from the staff at the Everett Firestone. I get my car aligned here on occasion and they will align it to your needs and request if you ask for it. They have a ground ramp so those of you that drive slammed and lowered cars will appreciate not banging your frame against the loading ramps. Overall the people are friendly, the service is excellent and the wait times are not that bad when they have Judge Judy playing on TV while you wait. I would also like to point out that they have a good selection of tires for you to choose from and offer other services besides tires and alignments. I am so happy someone mentioned Firestone! I got a non repairable flat tire on Saturday and decided to go to Sears & Discount Tires where they tried to oversell me. Me being a girl got very overwhelmed and almost cried after hearing how much it would be for 4 new tires. I decided I would go back to discount tires on Monday. Today being Sunday only a few tire places were open...Firestone being one of them. This was the best customer service I have ever received at an Auto place. I have a Lexus with expensive headlights. Each over $100. They both went out and I freaked out since I work at night. So I called and they said they would order them and they might come in tomorrow. He asked for my name and number and said he would call me when they came in. Two days go by, no call. I'm missing work cause I can't drive a car at night with no lights. So I call them. Kenneth answered and I was just asking if they came in. He said he was the one that talked to me and that he did not say he would call me when they got it in. Um ok so why did u take my name and my number to not call me? So I said ok well when can I get my car in? He said right now. I said well I can't now. How about tomorrow? I really wanted to like store 325029 but I just don't think I'll be back after my first visit (last week) and my phone experience today (6/5/2013). I recently moved work locations and need a car care center near work. I liked going to the Firestone store in Seattle and really liked their tires. So I called the store to schedule a time to bring in my 2nd car for an oil change and tire rotation. I mentioned to the guy on the phone that after I brought my other car in last week for the same thing (oil change/tire rotation) it now has shimmy at around 30 mph. It never did that before bringing it in and I suggested that maybe something happened during their service like a wheel balance weight fell off or something. He said it was highly unlikely but said they would look at in a begrudging manor. Next he said that my 2nd car requires full synthetic oil, which just is flat out wrong. I checked with the dealer and that is who is going to get my business now. read more

I went there for an oil change when I could not get anyone at Toyota to call me back since I have a Toyota camry. They got me right in and the price was amazing. Much cheaper than I expected. Also, told me I had a punctured tire that should be replaced and quoted me a price for a tune up which was also amazing. Jiffy Lube said they could not do my oil change for less that 80 and 27 was my cost with Firestone. They are amazing and fast and answered all my questions. This Firestone location I can trust ..... They have done very good jobs and the cost is market price also reasonably. I very like this location, I went to other location they don't like to give free service such as life time alignment and tires rotation...they will put you to the end of the line if you ask so..... I gave up on those services. I went in with my Mazda van to have engine tune up done.. I am very satisfying with what they have done.. and the best part they offer the free services (ALIGNMENT AND TIRES ROTATION) host is very nice cheers to Brian and I think their crews are very nice and professional..too... I went to many firestone location this one when I pick up my car I feel the difference... Totally recommended and I will go back when I needed services.... I went into firestone and got my oil changed. about a day later all of a sudden I have a rattle that is shaking my whole car. I went back to them about a month later and they told me it was my brakes. Even though the month before told me I wouldnt need brakes for six months. They quoted me 500. I left and went to midas they found a loose hose that had been resting on my engine from the last oil change. funny how it was a hose on top of my engine that firestone never found.. even though they did a thorough inspection. read more

He replaced the wipers which hadn't locked onto my car in the first place and sent me safely on my way.
