Head-gaskets are known to combust or leak due to the high pressure due to the Turbo drive causing higher pressure to flow through the cylinder causing coolant to seap through the lining that was designed to support the flow coolant around and through with the living in between each cylinder was meant ti improve performance. Unfortunately this has caused many dissatisfied Honda Accords owners as the issue could occur at any mileage (30k, 79k, 110k, etc.) Farshad replaced my engine and always picks up my calls (or calls me back when time permits). They did a terrible job on my car and when I called them out on that they became very rude and argumentative and blamed everything on the fact that they installed a used part (a brand new part was never offered to us) The owner and employees are very sketchy (now I understand why they prefer to get paid in cash.) Every single time that you call or walk in asking for Mohammad (shop owner) he's unavailable. During my last visit and while trying to get my car fixed after the poor job they did I was so frustrated that I openly expressed my dissatisfaction in front of other customers, the front desk employee got upset because of this and refused to take the keys and told me to take my car home and expect a call from Mohammad the shop owner. Mohammad in fact called me but just to yell at me demanding an apology and threatening me. Just go somewhere else or you will regret it.

As they did not have my rotor in stock, the shop went out of their way to present me with different options on how we could get my rotors replaced at a decent price without compromising quality. Just when I started losing hope cause a week had gone by and we couldn't find my rotor part anywhere, they were able to find one without the ridiculous dealer fee. I was looking at $$$ to get it towed to a shop just to get the problem checked, but then I found out that Equality Auto was a mobile mechanic van that came to you. For only slightly more $ for a diagnostic test than the lowest quote I got from auto shops in Everett, they came to me and saved me the towing cost, which made it a great value in the end (not to mention the time I saved by not having to leave the house or figure out care for my toddler). Trisha was able to fit me in to her schedule even earlier than she thought she'd be able to, and after determining the problem with the fuel injectors, she was able to order the parts and replace them in a timely manner.
