Stopped by and ordered the medium Steak and Cheese on wheat bread. The best part of the sub was the bread. The meat was not seasoned at all and some looked not fully cooked. The service was slow even though I was the only who had ordered. The person making the sub had a full conversation with a coworker about him going home and her holding the almost cooked meat in a paper wrapper. She was also talking over the food and when I asked about order she said "I have it right here", holding the paper up to show me. Needless to say I did not enjoy this sub. Will not return. read more

We ordered online for pick up... it was ready on the rack when I got there , so I did a quick check and right away I was missing a brownie. They apologized and gave it to me. My Husband ordered the club no onions, and the there was onions! We also ordered a cheese steak, beef and cheddar and a kids turkey . My grandson liked his Turkey. Sorry but this place sucks. Too expensive and they cut the damn bread down the middle from the top of the loaf instead of the side like normal. One half of my sandwich everything kept popping out the top and the other half split in half. Have them back the other half of the sub and I didn't even get a refund. I ordered a veggie sub with everything on it with a side of mac n cheese. Honestly, even without meat it was suuuuuper good! The veggies (onions and peppers) were sautéed and the dressing was extremely delicious! I absolutely would buy it again. Firehouse Subs is one of the best sub places around, in my humble opinion. We miss them from when we lived in South Florida. We found this Firehouse Subs just as good and consistent as back in Florida. First of all, their meatball subs are like a work of art. It's not often that I have seen such a beautiful, mouth-watering meatball sandwich - I'm not exaggerating about that either. I came back to Firehouse Subs and got another one the other day and it was like reuniting with that one girl; you know, that one from college you never told your parents about... aww yeah, what memories. Their other sandwiches, while not being as visually stunning as the meatball, have their appealing idiosyncrasies. Sort of like that other girls from college - all kinds of varieties with their own appeal in one way or another. Some were "fiery hot" while other were more sophisticated and refined. The little Mexican kid and the tall heavyset brunette girl were the most disrespectful of the staff members. Let's start with employees not knowing how to run a register, have no clue how to give change or figure out how to take an order to start with!! Unbelievable..... then, the problem has always been said rolls from the top down - In this case, surely is true! The manager of the store working the evening on May 1st is a horrible example for the employees that work under her! Her pants were down around her butt so her butt crack was in full view when she worked on the soda machine without even bending over! On top of that, she was extremely rude to customers and her employees working! I will definitely find another firehouse to go to even though this one is close by my house! I'm giving fire house subs two stars because I love their sandwiches, but the employees that work on the line need to keep their mouth shut. personally it's not that much of a problem to me when I can hear employees curse or backtalk about customers to each other but I know that it can be a real problem for some customers. As a delivery driver I have gone to fire house dozens of times in the last six months. During the afternoon rush customers have to naturally, wait longer for their orders. but this makes overhearing the workers on the line much easier. Loved the subs. Hated the soda machine. 100+ choices, that I can live with. On person using it at a time with a big line while everyone is trying to decide? no, thank you. I just wanted ice for iced tea and still I had to stay in line. I didn't see any other ice machine, so an additional one would be a good idea if they don't have it. I've been to several Firehouse Subs in the valley but this is the first time for me at this one. Business took me to the West side today. I ordered my fave: a #3 Steamer which has pastrami and corned beef on it. The crew did their usual efficient, friendly service and my lunch was ready in six minutes, despite the nearly full restaurant. The steamer tray they use at FS makes the meats hot without drying anything out. My meal was the perfect contrast to a rather difficult day at work. The bread was fresh and soft, the meat, juicy and abundant and the toppings crisp and fresh. FS always offers a huge selection of hot sauces to sample. I'm a big fan since I like fiery sauce. After my experience at this location today I wish I could give negative Stars. What seems to be the manager there his name is Rob was such a jerk to his employees right in front of customers and then talk badly about customers loudly saying quote "they must not have worked in food before" and "I bet if they had my job they'd be crying". Seriously? It's no wonder all the employees seem so upset and sad to be working at this place. Every other Firehouse location I've been in everyone is so happy to serve and have a smile on their face. Tried for the first time. Firehouse subs is now my go to place for sandwiches! We ordered 2 subs and chicken and dumplings to be delivered. The steak and cheese was stuffed so full, I couldn't keep everything inside it. So good! The other sub was corned beef and pastrami, I was told that was also very good. The chicken and dumplings are not as good as mine, but had great flavor. Highly recommend getting your subs here. read more

No one answers any of my questions. I walked up to the 3 people who were by the area where they make subs...no one acknowledged me or even said hello. I spoke with the manager why it was so depressing and gloom and doom. It wasn't too busy at all so it wasn't that. I simply cannot believe that it was so unbelieveably negative and depressing in there. Also, I called the 1-888 service line and waited 20 minutes. I hung up. Maybe because I don't look rich (it is located in a nice area) is the reason why I received ZERO service. I'll never go back.
