Walking into the store, I didn't feel welcomed or acknowledged, and there was a noticeable tension in the atmosphere. My pastry arrived fairly quickly, but while I was eating, the manager went around checking on each table, offering half-off pastries to other customers--yet skipped mine entirely. Afterward, I checked their website to see if there were any promotions or time-based deals, but found nothing indicating such an offer. It appeared the discount was given selectively. One star truly because of the man working the drive through, but most importantly, Savannah who claims to be the manager. Heads up to Joe, if this is your manager, she needs to go, immediately. Just placed a $30-40 order with item missing, called to get refunded. Was immediately spoken over and down to by a woman named Savannah who again, claimed to be the manager which I truly find hard to believe. Told me if I wanted to speak to whoever was above her, again, I just wanted a refund or replacement for the items that were missing, I needed to 'come in at 5am for Joe who would be there at 7am'?? I went here when the Farmers Market was here. Very busy parking lot. We had already parked, so we didn't have to fight for parking. We did however, end up parking on the other street by the dead end, which was on the other side, so if you can't walk a bit, maybe skip this place on a Farmers Market morning. Kiddo had the broccoli cheddar soup and bread. She liked it a lot. She's normally always hungry but got full off the bowl with some bread. It was cheesy and rich. Pretty good and I don't even like broccoli cheddar soup. I had the beef dip. It's like $9.99 off the sandwich and side of au jus. You can add a drink and chips and pastry for a combo if you want. I had a tea, they have Coke products. I thought years ago they had more flavors of tea but maybe I'm remembering incorrectly. It was decent. It wasn't "amazing" but it was pretty good. It would be mid if it was more expensive. You could tell they cooked a lot of things close together as my sandwich had a bit of scrambled egg in the middle but whatever. I'm not allergic. Au just wasn't anything spectacular but also, it was a $10 sandwich. So I was good with it. The pastry I had there was a mint brownie. It wasn't too sweet. It was pretty good. It was more sweet than it was chocolatey and it wasn't overpowered by mint. So it was decent. It was like $3.50 They have items for sale inside aside from just baked goods and it's kinda cute. My family and I came here for a special event, they were doing samples of their pumpkin menu, plus some in-store discounts. You have to pay a small admission to get in, but it was totally worth it! Emma, the manager, went out of her way to make everything personable and super amazing. All of the treats were delicious, my favorite was the pumpkin loaf, and the pumpkin sourdough. I actually have never been to a kneaders before, so this was a great first experience for me. They also have a section of merchandise for sale. It is all super cute! I can't wait to attend more little events at this restaurant. And I will definitely come back to try more food. read more

The included side salad was expired black and rotten greens, the chicken salad was really watery and the crack chicken was a soggy mess. Went there yesterday afternoon (4:30) to meet a friend. Half the restaurant was blocked off because they'd already cleaned it for closing at 9:00! Everyone here is always so friendly! They have the freshest bakery around and their prices are very reasonable. They always have the cutest decorations and unique gifts displayed nicely. Their bread is the best around and it's really easy to order for pickup. I'm there once a week getting a loaf of sourdough as well as hazelnut. Bought a tuna melt and the cup of mac and cheese. Mac and cheese was mid, was a little cold and just didn't seem cooked all the way. I ordered a turkey, bacon, avocado sandwich and a brocoli cheddar soup bowl. Those soup bowls come with a bread of your choice and I got a croissant with it. Service was very good, but unfortunately the food wasn't that great. The sandwich had onions in it (the menu item did not list this as an ingredient) which was lame. The turkey breast and bread were quite stale. The soup wasn't even hot; it was lukewarm. The butter croissant was delicious. The issue is that the prices for their food and even pastries (i.e. $3+ for a small ecclair) are quite expensive. My order came out to $20.92. read more

What is this ladies purpose of being here for "work"? Honest to god, every time I am here she is just standing around, sitting on her phone, or moving ribbon from the left to right and then back to the left again. She literally doesn't do anything and just stands around pretending like she is working. Why am I posting this? Well, the last 6 times I've been in here she is doing the same thing (ie nothing) and all the other employees are in the back running around inundated with business. Matt and Neil truly showed "you never know what someone is going through". I pulled through the drive through and began to order. I was immediately greeted by the both of them. I hadn't been to Kneaders in years so I forgot what I used to get, but Matt helped me figure something out by asking me what i used to get and then telling me popular items. I told him I wanted the "chunky mustard" and we all started laughing because clearly "chunky mustard" sounds gross and isn't the right word. When I pulled up to the window, Neil greeted me so kindly and just began to talk to me. These 2 men would've never known that this was my first meal in 2 days, I had been sitting in a hospital room waiting for any sort of news, and my brother got deployed.
