So I loved this place but clearly they have gone cheap by changing the chicken from chicken breast schwarma to parts is parts. I got the plate a few weeks ago and was disappointed in the chicken quality but thought maybe a one off....nope ordered again and just as bad. Terrible customer service, period, and I'll never visit again. I ordered a salad with salmon and was still waiting after 30 minutes. When I asked about the status of my order, the response I received was shocking. The manager harshly responded that fresh food takes time. As an inquiring customer waiting, I simply wanted an update. I felt like he was giving me a justification of why they were taking too long. I requested crispy salmon and was told that's why it took longer and because it was fresh. After looking at the salmon, it was certainly not crispy. I ended up waiting over 35 minutes for a raw salad with a piece of salmon (not crispy). More than anything, the attitude of the manager is what stood out in a most negative way and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone that is used to good customer service. We have been eating at this location since it opened!! We LOVE the food!!!! However, prices have increased far surpassing what is justified in my opinion. In addition, the portion sizes had decreased a lot. I used to get several meals out of one plate order (I don't eat a lot at one sitting) and now I have just a small portion leftover. There is not a lot of overhead nor many employees. It is a smaller sized location, so I compare the overhead costs of a large restaurant with dozens of employees whose food prices are similar when trying to justify the higher cost AND the smaller portions! One or the other would be expected, but not both. I do realize that most of this type of restaurant is charging more, but I would rather go to a sit-down restaurant and enjoy the experience AND the food for about the same cost. read more

The lentil soup was the star of the meal. It was tasteful with a little tang. It was one of the best lentil soups I have ever had. It is work returning for the soup.
