Was greeted by Yalena and Mary Jane and they were pleasant and very helpful in ordering our after dinner donuts! Great attitudes and very charismatic and charmful! Customer service sucks & employees are rude. Breakfast sandwich was burnt, when I called they'd make it right & leave a note. Went back & they didn't know what I was talking about. I sit. Have tie lie about. $5.00 sandwich with photos of the meat burnt and my receipt. I hope they don't make another cent ! Had a pick up order for 7:15, wasn't ready until 7:40 because the staff was "taking pictures"? At 7:35 I tried to ask how much longer the wait would be and the employee wouldn't let me get a word in. Very rude and disheartening behavior. I have kindergarteners who are more polite. My favorite item on the Bosa's menu is their apple fritter. Bosa's apple fritters are darker than many other donut shops. They almost look burnt, they are not. This results in a deeper flavor. BoSa's apple fritters are filled with cinnamon. Apple bits are plentiful. Bosa's apple pieces have a crisper bite than many other places. Inside is soft and fluffy. This location is relatively big. It's great that they're open after dark for those of us night owls wanting donuts. I normally love this place. Last night I walked in and nearly vomited. The place smelled so bad, like month old dirty mop water was used to mop the floors and bug spray or lysol spray, too. I drank a few sips of my coffee and noticed something on the inside of my cup it was a nat floating in my coffee I don't know how it got in there because my cup was one that you punched a straw through and that nat wouldn't have flown down the straw it had to have been in the coffee. read more

Would love to give it a five because every single Sunday I come here to get my 97-year-old grandmother an apple fritter but of course on Easter Sunday I must have pissed them off so badly for asking for a whole dozen instead of a half a dozen and how inconvenience this poor girl was to get me 12 donuts at a donut shop on a Sunday. Good doughnuts but the customer service is poor. You can't have a small box unless you buy 6 and the maple is so thin on the doughnuts and all that are glazed. You would think there is a recession on glaze or toppings. They don't sell additional toppings or glaze either. I wasn't impressed. read more

The iced coffee at $3.19 was the better of the two choices I Kade this morning. It was pretty and had just enough sweetness, but the buttermilk donut was horrible and just had no inkling of tasting like a normal donut. Had no buttermilk flavor and way too much icing. read more

Everyone always talks up a big game about Bosa Donuts. I've noticed they're the go-to place for my co-workers whenever they feel like spoiling everyone at the office. Donuts? Break room? Bosa? You can bet your patootie those boxes will be picked thru and emptied within the hour. Like angry buzzards they will descend upon the donuts and ravage them, leaving behind only the empty boxes with a few crumbs and probably one half eaten donut because somebody's trying to watch their weight. Typical! Okay, so what's the verdict? I like them. A lot. I came here for breakfast sandwiches specifically cause I was starving this morning and needed something to soak up the hangover. There's plenty of fast food places offering that kinda fare on this road, but I wanted to give the local boys a chance. So I got myself an egg cheese bacon sausage croissant sandwich and I split one of their ham and jalapeno croissants with a friend since they didn't offer sides like hash browns. We went thru the drive thru which moved fairly quickly. Nice. We get our food home and chow down. The croissant they used? Perfect. Warm, flaky, soft. The bacon and sausage were good, as was the egg. All good. But the melted cheese they used? Soooooo good. Holy moly. The way it pasted the contents together. Don't ever stop using that cheese. The ham and jalapeno croissant was delicious as well. It's not a sandwich per se, it's more of a baked pastry with ingredients inside. It was delicious and I would've been content just ordering that if it had more ham on the inside. Buy like 10 of these and spoil people you love. I also got a couple dozen donut holes which seemed to make my family very happy. They're a great deal at $1.99 for a dozen holes. Earlier this morning I had to back out of the drive thru at Bosa Donuts on 75th and Cactus because they were taking way too long. I went inside to see what the problem was and there were people working there who did not care about customer service. They were taking their sweet time and completely unorganized as a crew, on top of the fact when I asked, they were very rude. So my kids and I left. We went to Rainbow Donuts on 28th Drive and Cactus. They were kind and accomodating, even gave my 2 year old a free donut afterwards even though he didn't need it. Good customer service all around. Also, I ordered the same exact thing...2 ham and cheese croissants and 12 donut holes and they were about $5 less. Just thought I would share with my neighbors. I like supporting businesses that have good customer service and don't rip off consumers. Especially in these hard times. read more

Rarely do I go this place so I can treat my family. Well today I could honestly say I will not be returning, even though this Bosa is right around the way from home. The group of faul mouth young girls that work there today were off the charts awful! They clearly were not happy working at this place, and oh boy they certainly showed it. There was just 2 people that needed help in the dining area. Myself and a lady patiently waiting at the register. The girls gave zero eye contact. They all just kept walking back and forth from the register to the back. All of them just let loose on the F bombs about how unhappy they were working there. Let me go back one and say there was a girl on the drive thru that at least said she'd be right with me. I hope for the sake of the owners of this place and the customers, this group find another job. read more

BoSa's donuts has been my go to spot since I moved to the Glendale area. I am about 8 min up the road from this location. They always offer a variety of options even super late at night. They use to be open 24 hrs but I believe due to COVID, they recently changed their hours. We went on a Tuesday and they were closed already by 11:30pm. This location has always given free donut holes when the owner is working. These small acts of kindness really make the experience so much better. I'd order a dozen and get free donut holes, my coworkers would be super excited the next day! Their cake donuts are always so good. Blueberry, crumble, and the chocolate cake donuts have to be by far the best donuts they sell. Their donut holes are super affordable and delicious as well. Love this donut shop! They have the bestest/softest glazed donut holes in AZ and it's so hard to stop eating them lol. I also bought a dozen donuts and they were still super soft the next day, it was like I had fresh donuts so that was a huge plus for me! I am home bound, just lost my husband of 33 years. These folks at Bosa are always kind and sweet to us....I mean me now. They didn't complain when I lost track of time and ordered donuts at 9:30 PM. The donuts are always good and exactly what I ordered. The Door Dash Drivers are always nice too. Thanks to Bosa's staff for being so kind to a sad widow.
