530 pm, Sunday, December 07, 2025 Placed an app order for pickup. It was a 60 wing family order that came with the "works" aka sides and fries. It's my first time trying Fire Wings. The order was ready quickly ahead of schedule! According to the texts it took them less than 25 minutes to send the ready for pickup text. Parking wasn't terrible, my son was driving. Could not find a spot in the immediate aisle, no biggie, park closer to the Men's Warehouse. Plenty of spots a few aisles over. We were greeted kindly by the female employee. I announced we were here to pickup our order. I was awkward cuz I was fumbling trying to find the email on my phone. TIP: click on the tracker text. It'll pull up the order number. For Pete's sake, it better be enough food for $120 + $10 tip. I hope the kids enjoy it. They wouldn't steer me wrong would they??? Haha. OMG... I wanted to like the food so much but it did not impress me. So, their finishing quickly meant that the food steamed in their containers losing their crispy and crunchy texture. We got there 5 minutes after the ready message and then we drove back home. Their seasoned fries and garlic Parm fries were a disappointment (not crispy nor flavorful) as well as their bland flavorings of Malaysian curry, Jamaican jerk, garlic Parm, their blue cheese, ranch, and honey mustard were awful. The winning items were the Dragon wings & nuggets, and the cole slaw. The under rated slaw had a nice spicy kick to the dressing. Delicious. Dragon flavoring best of the wings. Overall 3 out of 9 = 33% success rate on the prepared food items, veggies excluded. Speed was fast but the packed food sat for five minutes steaming in their containers causing them to lose their crispy freshness. I can't recommend Fire Wings take out if you live outside of Brea. Probably much better eating in the restaurant for food served immediately.
Was craving pizza and wings so we decided on this place. The pizza was good but the marinara on the pizza was really sweet. The wings were good and big . I tried like 4 different flavors and all of them were a hit! And the price was really good too. We got a large pizza and 20 wings for $40!! Service was fast too.
I really liked this place. I ordered to go, and the food was still fresh when I got to it. The inside was nice, looked like a sports bar. Lots of options here. I got the Louisiana wings and Salt & Pepper wings. Both were very good!
This is my second time getting their 85 cents boneless wings special, which is available on Mondays and Tuesdays. I wanted to give it another try since the last time I got it, I was very disappointed. Unfortunately, it was the same. These boneless wings are more like chicken nuggets!! And, they look like chicken nuggets!! Some pieces were really small!! Certainly not worth paying over $9 for 10!! Not the friendliest customer service either. I have been a regular customer here over the years.
Fire Wings is located off of Birch and State College, directly across the street from the Brea Mall. It is easy to locate and access. Parking is plentiful. The restaurant design concept is unique in that it has 2 very large garage-type roll up doors on the long side of the establishment, opening up to patio seating. This makes the space airy, but very chilly when the temps are low. Seating is plentiful inside with the option of high top or traditional tables. We came in after the lunch rush so we were able to order at the counter (during busier times, ordering at the table from a QR menu is highly encouraged). The gal working the front was pleasant and efficient. My friend and I ordered off of the lunch specials menu: 10 piece wings and 6 piece wings combo. We both opted for the boneless version. Let's start with just the overall boneless wings. As others have mentioned, these breaded chicken chunks are nothing special. They are similar to frozen boneless chicken you can buy at Costco. So the flavors are what should set them apart, right? In my 10 piece, I chose 5 Malaysian curry and 5 peanut sauce. While there was some curry taste, salt was the most prominent flavor. I was especially excited to try the peanut wings, only to be disappointed. While there was some peanut sauce flavor, there was an underlying Thai chili flavor that had me puzzled. My friend ordered the garlic Parmesan wings. They were served cooked and then topped with minced garlic and shredded Parmesan cheese. The side of sweet potato fries was a generous serving and had a nice flavor. Coke drinkers be warned, only Pepsi is served here and no unsweetened iced tea options are available. So bottom line is, the experience was fine , but the food was underwhelming. Not sure if bone in wings are better. Perhaps we'll give this place another try and order those next time. It's a shame, because their flavor options have some unique choices.
I had been curious about this place, so I stopped by over Memorial Weekend. My husband and I were just going to have a drink before our dinner reservation near by. You order at the counter. They serve beer, soju, and hard seltzer. I saw there was green apple White Claw, which I had never tried. I ordered it, but was told there was only black cherry or mango. I went with black cherry, which I can get anywhere. My husband got Huckleberry from the draft, which he was happy about. We sat at the bar top. I would have preferred if there was wine. If beer and soju is served, that means the license would also be allowed wine. We saw some of the food go by and it looked good. If I ever come back, I will try the jerk wings and pizza. The ambiance is nice because of the big open airway which makes it feel like you are partially outside even when you are indoors.
Service was outstanding today at 1:35pm Saturday. The cashier was friendly, recommended a sauce and was overall welcoming to this place. This is the second time I've been back and the service has been above average. A simple smile and friendliness goes a long way. Ordered my go to Salt and Pepper wings with garlic fries. It is still very good, quality wings. It was a cold breezy December day so I decided to take the wings home to grub.
Friends and I wanted to get a quick lunch somewhere and saw this place pop up on Yelp. It looks like on certain days there are deals based on the different type of wings you get. I got the mango habanero 6pc combo and honestly it was super filling because it also came with fries and a drink. This spot has a ton of open seating from bar seats, tables, and outdoor. You order at the front, they give you a number, and then they'll bring out food to your table when it's ready.

It never fails. Savory with a light kick. the heat lingers after you finish. Even for a regular size it's a lot of food but not complaining! It's really good and saucy! Great service and the person who took our order was friendly and patient with us as we struggled with what kind of sauces haha. Each time we get a chance to come, it's very relaxing and not that many people on a Sunday morning. Also apparently they will be having soju for their drink menu!? Amazing! Left with a horrible experience here and a headache. I thought we were waiting kind long, I went up there to ask if our food was packaged to go bc I couldn't remember and our food was packaged and had been sitting there for 10 minutes. I literally saw a guy put a bag onto the table that was ready to go and didn't even bother to call out the name. On top of that the way they packaged the food was so messy like seriously? The cherry on top is if I hadn't checked my food I wouldn't have known that they didn't even give us ranch. Would recommend to triple check your order here if ordering to-go. read more
We called in before 10:40 pm to put in a take out order we were literally less than a block away from the location. The employee that answered the phone after nearly ten rings answered and declined to take our order after answering the phone then telling us we would not make it on time by this time it was about 10:40 and we were already inside to order. We were able to put our order in but unable to use the restroom because it was closed and then were told the garnish for our order isnt available. We just accepted the order as is. A young lady walked in to order and was turned away before the closing time posted on business hours which is 10pm. The food was well prepared but running a restaurant with service like this is not part of the formula for success for any restaurant. Why close before the business hours listed? read more

Just had this place for lunch and def will be back. The wings were nicely flavored (Stapede, Dragon, and Teriyaki we ordered) but the thing that took us by surprise was how amazing the coleslaw was... they have great specials on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, although we didnt take advantage of them we will in the future. I'm really picky about my wings and places like Buffalo Wild Wings don't do it for me. Came out here yesterday for their free beer and pizza deal for the Dodger's game, but I gotta have the wings with my beer. Anddd did they deliver!! Ordered the Dragon, Thai chili, and Saigon wings (my cravings went straight to the Asian Fusion options). Wings were crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and tossed in flavors that really hit the spot!! Perfectly breaded, perfectly cooked, perfectly sauced, and they don't skimp out on the portions - these wings are huge and make great left overs (dumped all the wings into the left over Thai chili Sauce). Literally chef's kiss! They even let you order both bone-in AND boneless in one combo order. This was always an issue as I prefer dark meats whereas my partner strays towards white meat. The staff here are very personable and friendly. Atmosphere makes you feel like you're partly at a brewery and definitely has the chill outing vibes. Customer service was...weird. I ordered wings and a pizza for pickup. My husband went in to get our order while I waited in the car with our baby. One women was nice and about to hand over our order when a guy working there stepped in and said he couldn't give us our order unless my husband provided a confirmation #. He had to come back out to the car to get my phone with the #. When he returned, a different woman gave him our order finally and looked really confused when he tried to give her the #. Like the guy was just trying to be difficult or something. My husband even joked like "do people steal food from you guys often or?" But whatever...that's not the big issue. Big issue and reason for this review is the pizza. I'm just gonna put the picture here and let you all decide. This pizza tasted as horrible as it looked. Cardboard burnt crust, a barely noticeable layer of sauce and even less cheese. We agreed...worst pizza we've both ever had. Wings were ok. Husband liked the Louisiana dry rub. Buffalo was good. That's about it haha. Skip this place if you want good service and definitely don't get the pizza! read more

My son wanted wings and of course I knew where to get them at. Our local Neighboring City Fire Wings in Brea. We ordered it to go over the phone Ordered the 40 pack $ 60.19 ~ Saigon Street. My fav here. Not spicy at all. Love the crunchy ness of the wings and the toppled diced up green onions. ~ Sriracha was Sweet and not spicy at all. ~ Chipotle not spicy at all. Highly recommend and has a kick of spice. ~mango habanero. One of my other fav flavor. Has a kick of spice. Highly recommend this flavor. Sides ~LRG - GARLIC FRIES added $ 1.50 to make it into Garlic Fries. Good especially w the garlic pieces minced up. ~VEGGIE STICKS are fresh and crunchy served w ranch. ~Large- MAC-N-CHEESE. Really creamy. White cheddar cheese. Lots of parking available in the same shopping plaza as Target in front of Kabuki restaurant. I ordered the 20 piece which consisted of boneless Malaysian Curry, Korean kick and garlic flavor for my friends Super Bowl party. I took one of each and it was pretty dry. Order your choice of boneless or bone-in wings via their online website. Setup a predetermined time to pickup and when picking up check in using your yelp app and get yourself a free soda. This location had an open style restaurant and was ready for the Super Bowl. I liked the soda dispenser as you can choose from a variety of drinks but they need to switch to Coke products instead of Pepsi imo. Service was quick as I just told them my name and they handed me my meal to go. Plenty of parking in the strip mall so it's easy to go sit and have a meal. read more

I ordered take out on Friday October 24 at around 9pm I order a 40 piece bone in while me and my family we're all eating my little niece gave us her plate of food back because she wasn't hungry as much and so we check her plate and there was a WORM! In there i don't know if it came from the bone or inside the wing but I hope my little niece didn't eat Wht was inside her wings , after that I'm probably gonna stop coming here That just gross me out read more
It's super busy in here right now for Super Bowl Sunday, but all the women up front serving are busting their butts to get things to people quickly and efficiently!! The cooks in the back are clearly working hard too as there are so many orders. I came in last min (right as the game was starting) and was told it would be about a 40min -1hr wait for a 40 family pack and that's to be expected with a last minute order. But for real, all the workers are going above and beyond and are straight HUSTLING!!! Great jobs guys! read more

Now that I know I can get breaded wings even with the dry rub, I ordered the Jamaican dry rub wings and they were great. The crunch on the breaded wings is like eating a chicken wing wrapped in chicharrones. With the coated seasoning powder on the wings, it is next level good. read more

Solid wing place!! The garlic noodles are pretty good if not a bit sweet for my taste, and the seasoned fries are consistently a great texture and saltiness, especially with honey mustard. The salt and pepper wings were a tad overcooked but the seasoning is so good with those onion pieces. Next time I would order the salt and pepper wings with a side of buffalo stampede sauce instead of getting an order of buffalo stampede wings since they were quite soggy. The place was pretty empty when I was there. It was large and had a patio if you'd like to eat there. read more

If you are looking for wings without the fuss of Buffalo Wild Wings, Fire Wings is where it's at. Fire Wings is a quick service restaurant so you order first then find a seat. They have outside patio seating, inside tables, bar seating and TV's where you can watch the games. For sure has a sports atmosphere. For me wings have to be bone in and on this order we got the Mango Habanero, Korean Kick, and Lemon Pepper wings. The Mango Habanero was good as was the Korean Kick but my favorite was the Lemon Pepper. There is definitely a good lemon taste to the Lemon Pepper wings, they do not skimp on the seasoning. I also got the Fire Fries which were really good. The fire sauce has a fair amount of heat but nothing overbearing. Just great flavor. With NFL playoffs coming, Fire Wings is going to be a place I go to a-lot. read more

I have been to the Diamond Bar location, and the Brea Fire Wings outshines. OVERALL RATING: 4/5 This location was very clean and staff was friendly. We ate three things from their menu and the thai chilly was recommended by a worker. It did not disappoint. The chicken here was crispy and the sauce seemed fresh, not old and sticky. The lemon pepper was very good and could be comparable to Wing Stop. PRO TIPS: come on Mondays and Tuesdays where boneless wings are $0.85 each (minimum number or wings is 6 with the deal). AND check in on yelp to get a free side of fries (only works for the Brea location, to my knowledge) If you have a large party, no worries! There is a huge outdoor patio and they relatively have enough comfortable seating for 6-8 people groups. Recommended flavors would be: Mango Habanera (spicy), Fire Wing (spicy), Garlic Parm, Lemon Pepper, Thai Chili (spicy), and Korean Kick (spicy)! read more

I love new establishments that dedicate their focus on chicken wings. It creates competition for buffalo wild wings and wing stop. After coming here, I would choose it over bdubs any day. They have so many different varieties to choose from. Great selection from dry rub, classic, and even a fusion section. I think on certain days they have specials and happy hour. We ordered a good amount of flavors to try from. We did mango habanero, og bbq, garlic parmesan, lemon pepper, korea, and thai. Basically sounds like we ordered all the flavors haha. All the flavors had their distinct taste and it was good, no complaints. They even throw in a few extra pieces which was cool. I absolutely enjoyed my wings and they were delicious. I wasn't a big fan of their fries at all. They tasted stale and lacked the flavor. Good thing the wings compensated because honestly the wings is what I really came for. Unique flavors, food comes out faster than bdubs, def forsure a spot to come back. read more

Was in the mood for some wings, so I placed an order through DoorDash. Couldn't remember why it'd been so long since I ordered from here, but placed my order anyway. When the food made it to my doorstep and I opened up the containers--BAM! I remembered. They really skimp on the seasoning. I even paid the extra $3.00 for the wings to be "Extra Seasoned". Nope! The Lemon Pepper, Garlic Parmesan, and Malaysian were ALL absolutely under seasoned. I'll provide pics, readers can compare to the pics provided by the restaurant and you can judge for yourself. Just got a hint of flavor on mostly plain wings. The thing is, I used to LOVE Fire Wings (in City of Industry, but they closed down during the pandemic), so when I had to make the shift to Brea, I immediately noticed this location goes light on the seasoning. So I'd pay extra for more. But when I began to see they'd skimp even when you paid for additional flavor, that's when I stopped ordering from here. Disappointing, bc I do historically like the flavors here. For the price, which isn't cheap (even if you don't use a delivery service), I'd expect to get what I paid for. To be fair, the wings are big. But, again, without the proper amount of seasoning, they are just big and bland. All the ranch in the world isn't gonna make up for it. Oh well. Won't forget next time it is DoorDash day. Really hope the Industry location re-opens. read more
From Fire Wings, I ordered some boneless wings. I got the teriyaki, bbq, and peanut satay sauces. The sauces were tasty, the peanut satay has a nice kick. The breading on the wings was crispy and added nice texture. My problem with these wings was the actual meat from the wings. The meat was oddly soft, almost like the texture of a plant based soy chicken. I also bit into a few where the meat had gross fatty globs attached. I never have had chicken with that texture and it was off putting. The sauces were great but was thrown off by the too soft and sometimes fatty meat on the inside. I also got the mozzarella sticks which were basic, but good. Exactly what you'd think of with ordering mozz sticks! read more
100% coming back. They have over 20 flavors and the wings taste way better than buffalo wild wings and wingstop. Service is super fast too, unlike buffalo wild wings where they take 30 minutes lol. read more

Always looking for a new wing spot! Fire Wings came up on my yelp and I've seen some posts on IG, so I thought I'd give it a try! Fire Wings (formerly located here was Pei Wei) is located in a large shopping complex shared with Target and Kabuki. This restaurant has so many options to choose from along with a great amount of beer options to select from (cup/pitchers). Interior is very clean with tables and bar seats as an option. This is a great spot to catch a sports game at with multiple TVs. This was our first time here and the worker who took our order was very patient in explaining the menu, flavors and what's popular. Food: Free Check In Fries: The fries were really crispy, but I didn't get that potato filling as if you would anywhere else. It seemed like I was eating air biting into them. It was just a good side dish to clean my palate in between wings. Fire Wing: This was told to be one of the spicier flavored wings, which I thought was not spicy at all, but solid flavor. It had almost a buffalo/sweet taste to it. Mango Habanero: You can already imagine this flavor if you've tried Wingstop, but at this location it just hit better. If you're scared of the word Habanero, don't let that discourage you, it isn't spicy like that. Lemon Pepper: I gotta say this is the true definition of Lemon Pepper, you can really taste the zesty and peppery flavors on these. Death Wings: Not on the menu, but if you ask the counter they can make it happen for you. They serve these by 2piece and man oh man.. these are SPICY! I'd say I have a pretty high tolerance when it comes to spicy such as the Atomic flavor and Wingstop and XXX spicy at all the boiling crab joints. These 2 pieces were drenched in sauce and topped with Carolina reaper chili peppers. After the first bite you feel it, then it starts creeping and then your eyes start to water. It's not something you can eat casually because you can't enjoy the flavor. The chef came out to check on us after we tried the Death Wings which I thought was cool. Overall, great experience, friendly staff and atmosphere. The only downside I would say was the size of the wings and the fries could be better. The wings seemed a bit smaller than your typical wing size, nonetheless, I enjoyed eating here more than Wingstop and buffalo wild wings.. definitely give it a try. I'll be back for more!! read more

Best wings ever!! Although it's a distance away from home, it's always worth the drive (and better than the competition). We ordered the lemon pepper, buffalo bbq wings. They have so many flavors to chose from, but these are our favorites. They are always so tasty, not super greasy, and most importantly they don't taste like old chicken. We usually bring it home, because they place is always so busy on a Saturday night. read more

Some really delicious chicken wings with a great variety of flavors. I like their peanut sauce fried chicken wings. The garlic flavored one is really good too. I would go as far to say that most of these flavors are delicious. Parking is super easy because of the big lot. Overall: Highly recommend this place for wings. I gotta come back to grab these wings for a sports game. read more

Hello there, nothing was changed besides the chicken sandwiches and tender fries. Also, In store dining experience will be a lot better than if the items was togo.

Came in and the staff were not wearing their masks. Restaurant was also packed inside. Will not be eating here again, covid protocol was not properly followed. Not risking my life over chicken.
