The food was actually good and so were the drinks. The problem for us was the outrageous pricing and I have never been to any restaurant that automatically charges 18% gratuity for a table of two. I have heard of gratuity being added for parties of 6+ but an automatic 18% gratuity for two people is crazy. We only got an appetizer and a margarita flight and our bill was over $100. Been here twice for lunch on a weekday with a group of friends. Always been seated right away. There is music playing in the background but not obnoxiously loud. We've been hosted by Emilio and he is very accommodating. His service has always been pleasant. I ordered the chicken salad but substituted with carne asada. No problems with my order. The food tasted good but how can you mess up a salad? The asada had grilled onions and was very tasty. I didn't have the alcoholic drinks because it's a work lunch so I can't add to that. We brought our own cake to celebrate one of the friends, and Emilio brought us plates, forks and napkins. They even added a firework candle. The prices of food are not outrages. I have been to places that are not good or accommodating and charge an arm and a leg. It has been nothing but a pleasure each time we came here.
