The food was amazing!!! There was so much variety, pasta, rice, fried rice, veggies, fruit, meat, and more! The workers were so nice and kind and the service was great. You didn't have to wait for food at all!! The restaurant itself had a nice ambiance, with large tables on the inside and decorations and light on the second floor patio. Good for birthdays, family parties, date nights, or just to eat a delicious dinner. Also it is a cheap but delicious, all you can eat restaurant. I would highly recommend!! read more

Upon arriving we weren't greeted at all. The guy host, was talking to one of the girls and completely ignored me. He didn't ask me how many people ect. Just kept talking. I asked if we could sit outside since we had our dog. I turned around to tell my daughter something and the guy working the front that I asked, took off to go outside and adjust the position of the TV (for no reason at all) So we opened the gate and went in ourselves. The waiter, who was also the bartender, came out and asked us what we wanted. He was good but very over worked bc he had to take care of the bar and the patio. I left to go get my plate and when I got back there was no silverware. So I had to leave my food to go get silverware and as I was walking up to get it the host guy was there and I literally had to ask him if we just grab the silverware or what, and he said "No I will bring it." Meanwhile at that point I I was standing two inches away and could've grabbed it myself OR he could've brought it out when we sat down. He is by far the worst host/hostess I have ever seen. While this was happening I remembered that we had been there once before and he was exactly the same way that time too and completely ignored me while he was talking with one of the girls so we just left that time. And he was rude both times! Now for the food. The guy cooking was the best thing this place has going on and he deserves a raise because he was really good and was working very hard. I have been to plenty of Mongolian restaurants and so I know my way around the sauces and meats, but these sauces were not good. The garlic lemon had zero flavor. I also got a salad with the "blue cheese" and was pretty bummed that it had zero flavor as well! At this point I was getting kind of pissed because the place is not cheap. I decided to go back up and try the clam chowder and of course it was cold I took one bite and that was it. At this point I was ready to bail out. It was getting close to closing or else I would've asked for the manager because I really didn't think we should be charged but didn't want to deal with it since we spent so long there already. Never going back. EVER. And the guy in the front needs to move on to a job that doesn't require him to work with customers because he sucks! read more

This review is based on service, quality, and cleanliness: Service: the service and experience was pretty great. The cooks are absolutely fantastic and energetic. They really make this place lively. We had a party of 12 on a Wednesday and tried to get reservations two days in advance, but was denied. They told us it would rain that day and be slow, when we arrived the restaurant had a party of 75. Kind of wish they told us that because it highly impacted us being able to get food. We were also told that if we chose to sit outside and it started raining we would have to leave and would not be relocated inside so we had to wait for seating inside. Due to the large party the line to get food was out the door. Mind you this is to get the food, not waiting to be seated. This was upsetting. Quality: the quality of the meats and selection of vegetables was exquisite. There are huge selections. Everything tasted splendid. We also had a vegan in our party, and they accommodated her dishes accordingly which was amazing. The sauces are a little too sweet. Even the spicy ones, might want to get a chili oil sauce in there since it is Mongolian grill. Cleanliness: overall the restaurant is very clean and the service lines are pretty clean as well. The chefs do wear gloves, but i did not see them change out gloves often when touching different foods. This may not be true though just because i did not see it does not mean it did not happen. Overall a pretty good restaurant, but feel like as an all you can eat, it is very limiting due to long wait times just to prepare your bowl and make the food. Place is really cook for birthdays, the cooks got the whole restaurant to sing happy birthday to a member of our party! read more

Not exactly a Mongolian BBQ as normally expected. Amazing location which we can see fireworks at night time. The check automatically added 18% of gratitude because we are a party of ten, but then told us that's "Not tip"?! It's a AYCE, with self-serve set up and the waitress even left the pitcher of coke on the table so to eliminate the running back and forth! I may not want to come back to this place again for there are other options and choices in the mall read more

This place is a total waste of money. Little bowls and not to many choices i rather make this at home.

Super unique, modern, and innovative dinner spot with great views, drinks, and service! Ask for Coco, she's so great shoutout to the bartenders! read more

The food was basic and not worth $35 per person. They did not have enough staff on duty to accommodate our large party. I would not return.

First timer at this place! It was my friend's birthday and the celebration was nicely done here! The chef sang her a birthday song and brought in a piece of cake! Such a sweet moment! The food was cooked differently! Once you get your table, you stand in line to pick up your plate and items to add. Don't worry! It does get confusing at first until someone explained it to me. So the optional items are: pasta, different types of meat, shrimp, tofu, rice, veggies, and sauces. You are creating your customized pasta, pizza, hot dog, or burger. After you get your items, you wait in line until you get to the middle area. The middle area is where you stand and wait 'till a chef grabs your plate. There are three chefs. They give you the buns and lettuce for that burger, if needed. But the food was good! It was hard to choose a sauce for my pasta but I got through it! So can you! The chefs were nice and did some cool tricks while cooking. But the only con of this place, is the service of the server! We sat outside and it started to get cold. It was pretty hard to get hold of a server. Once we did, she took awhile to come and help us out with turning on the heater. Eventually, she got it to turn on but we were finished with our food. Parking was a breeze! Your ticket is validated for two hours, I believe! Just don't forget to get it stamped before you leave. read more

Best advice I could give you is not to go, but if you do, don't go alone. On my first night in town after a day of traveling, I was starving and needed something to eat before I got hangry. I walked around awhile and settled here. I've been before but it was more than a decade ago and I didn't fully remember the concept. I sat down at the bar, ordered a drink and decided to try the grill. Since I'm there alone, I pack up and take almost everything with me in line, which is so less than ideal. For someone with allergies, this place is an absolute nightmare. All food is cross-contaminated mainly but customers, and I saw people mixing utensils and the cook staff uses the same equipment for each meal - I don't know how in 2018 this happens, but ok. The bowl they give you to put ingredients in is small and as someone who doesn't really cook I had no idea how much to select. For the sauces, I mixed two, a fajita and another, but both were bland and didn't hit the spot. I guess the key to this place is to go starving since you can go up for multiple trips and find a good combo, but one was more than enough for me. The lines to select food and have it cooked were long and what seemed to be 20 minutes later, I sat back down at my place at the bar, drank my now watered-down drink and made my way through the crowd who had mostly taken over my spot. I ate quickly and left. One positive was the service was very good and friendly, but I won't be back to any location again. read more

Came here for my daughters 4th birthday on 8/4 after a google search of restaurants because we was staying in a local hotel... first I want to say the photos on google and the reviews got me to try this place and me and my party of 14 was not disappointed... everything I seen on google and when I came in it exceeded my expectations... the whole vibe was nice.. and as our first time experience it was awesome.. the little happy birthday show with the fire was amazing especially for a 4 year old... food was delicious so big ups to the guys cooking... and let me not forget the staff was great especially our waiter Jared he was very attentive and kind and I want to thank him and the staff for allowing me to execute an awesome bday dinner experience for my baby girl!!! I highly highly recommend read more

I love this place. The live Dj makes it even more worthwhile. Food has definitely change. Drinks as well. But would still go back. Services was pretty good. Waiter didn't go above and beyond. But we were waited on read more

I needed to update my previous review as my last visit here was a nightmare. Eight of us showed up to celebrate my mom's birthday here. We didn't bother making reservations as Gardenwalk is always dead. We were seated immediately on the patio in the evening and it was quite chilly out. They offered to turn on the heaters and it was quite surprising when none of them worked on the first shot. They had to replace the propane on every heater. Once the heaters were working things were OK except for the annoying umbrellas right in front of our faces. It seems that they did not have a place to relocate them. We went in and started selecting our food and some of our party had started eating when the the bar crowd completely converged onto the patio and people completely surrounded the table except for the back which had railing. I had never witnessed something like that before where all diners (other tables as well were trapped by the bar crowd). It was very difficult to get in an out for the food. We brought a cake and planned on celebrating my mom's birthday there and decided to get the hell out of there. It took forever to get out. It took our waiter 15 minutes to bring back our cards to close out. I was a bit confused as we had gift cards and two people in our party were Disney employees that were to receive a discount with a valid Disney ID. I provided the two gift cards, Disney ID and the bank card for the tip. I was really confused because when the check came back it looked as if one card was completely consumed and one card was returned. The card that was returned appeared to have a balance remaining of $7.93 so I figured the discount was applied. Well I had another surprise yesterday when I saw that a $50.00 transaction was made on our bank card. I didn't know what the hell happened so I looked at the gift card that was returned to me (presumably with $7.93 balance) but no, it was a brand new $50 gift card that I did not order. What I then realized is that we were given a Disney discount on the gift card purchase (which we did not ask for) so that is where the $42.07 came from but still we were charged the full $50 on the checking account and did not receive the discount on the meal. I will be contacting management about this soon as I had no plans to return to this place again. WTF? read more

We went for my friends birthday. Party of 25 please! Lol. We were seated on time and our server was very nice and checked up on us through the night. I didn't like how it's only one grill for the entire place. I felt bad for the cooks. There were about 3 guys cooking and the line was sooooo long. So the line was to grab your plate, grab your food then wait for the cook to direct you on where to stand to wait for them to cook your food. We waited like 20 min I believe for everything. There was a salad bar and a soup of the day too. I like the variety of food options and how you can get different sauces to compliment your plate, I just didn't like the long wait. Maybe it's not a good idea to have a big party come on a busy night. read more

This was a nice spot to go to if you're indecisive of what you should eat. My best friends and I came here for the first time and our hostess and waitress guided us on how to get our food. I was a longtime patron of Fire + Ice before the pandemic then took a long break after the restaurant was closed for a long period. I finally went back to Fire + Ice after three years with my family. Restaurant seemed similar with some decoration and food changes. The general manager was still there, along with a couple staffers, which was nice to see. However, the grill staff was all new and not very passionate about their roles. No one cleaned the grill while I was there, and I saw cooks just cooking on top of where prior dishes were cooked on the grill. The spatulas were in the trash bins under the grill, which was filled with empty sauce cups handled by customers and grill staff. Food, plates, etc. were on the floor under the grill. It all seemed very unsanitary to me. 3 people out of my family, including me, got sick soon after we ate. That usually doesn't happen for me unless the food is tainted or spoiled. Really sad to see that cleanliness took a nose dive here after the pandemic. I won't be returning. read more

Love this place for many reasons. It's a cool customizable Mongolian style experience but they do also have other dishes like flat bread, pasta, etc. You grab a bowl, fill it up with all the goodies, pick your sauces, and then head to the grill where the chefs cook your food in front of you. They have a full bar with classic drink options, crafted cocktails, good beer selection, and a really cool margarita flight program where you pick 3 different margaritas ( on the rocks or frozen ) then you pick if you want the rim salted, then pick from 5 different flavor options. My favorite are the watermelon, mango, and strawberry margaritas. It's a really cool experience from the food to the beverage. Oh..... and They have a Saturday and Sunday brunch menu from 10:30-3pm which includes 3 glasses of champagne, mimosa, or Bellini and your meal for only $19.99. What a steal! read more

Fun place for kiddo's birthday dinner outing -- the bday song at the grill was a rad surprise! -- and they were accommodating with food allergies (they cooked one person's dinner in the back, away from main flat top with all the seafood). Wasn't totally sure what the place would be like since it was my first visit but it's actually kinda cool. If you're super picky or like to customize your food, then look no further and try this place out! When we went it was brunch and lunch options and we got to get the best of both worlds for our brunch. My companions had alcoholic drinks which were given the thumbs up. The staff are fast and very helpful especially explaining the process for someone that has never been here before. Try it out if you're in the area! read more

It had been a while since we visited Fire n Ice. Once again the service and food are top notch. As always Raul (Manager) is very welcoming and attentive. Consistently amazing.... even during the week! Our server, Evelyn, is one of the best servers/ managers that i have come across. Of the few times we have gone, she has remembered me and my friend Lisa... and our particular preferences.... like water for her, diet coke for me and scrambled eggs for our Mongolian plates. Her personality and her smile always lights up the restaurant and puts my emotions in a good mood. Thank you Evelyn for making Fire+Ice our favorite place to go! read more

My friend and I came in a bit earlier then our reservation time, we checked in expecting a wait but that sat us right away. The server was nice and attentive. Food was great and people were pleasant. No drinks and $56 for two so not bad. Hard working cooks around the grill deserve a raise!!

After coming here since they originally opened, tonight was by far the worst experience we had. And while we tried to make them aware before leaving, we were brushed off and ignored. We've been coming so long that a chef now manager got to know and recognize our group every time, remembered allergies and was always joking and fabulous service. Tonight the grill was an absolute disaster, the cooks were barking orders at the customers and there was no organization. Our server was hardly present, and it took 15 minutes to track him down. We will come back but felt needed to share this experience. Next time will update this based on the next experience. read more

So I had very very very high expectations for Fire & Ice and was disappointed!! Starting with the drinks we got the mango margarita & when I tell you that drink was so sweet it's like they put way more chamoy at the bottom of the drink a lot of mango purée with a cap full of alcohol. Sent that drink back to get a regular classic margarita.. it was rimmed with salt that tasted sweet and salty . Not the best but that drink was okay about a 4. So we go to make our bowl which are very small so you will have to go back for 2nds it's a bit sloppy but I mean what do you expect for a buffet style type . The food was good the fact that you can't take your creation home but the appetizer home was a little weird. All In all the food was good depends on how you make it. Now the wings !!! The buffalo wings had extra wings attached broken bones and all it wasn't the best and very very very spicy ! All in all I'm okay with not returning read more

GREAT EXPERIENCE BUT NOT WHAT I EXPECTED During Valentines, most of the places were reserved and was not taking in people. This is one of the spots that was available in Valentine's Day. I looked into this joint before I came here and it looked interesting. My girlfriend and I went. The atmosphere was pretty cool vibe. I was a little confuse how this restaurant works but the waitress explained to me. It's like a buffet but different. You pick out your items and take it to the chefs that's in the middle and they cook it front of everybody. What threw me off is that I didn't know what I want or what to get. The reason why was that when you're in line to pick out your items, it's small items to the meats. Personally I would like to start picking in the bigger food items to small. I wish there was a menu on the wall showing what you can make. After my first round of my plate, after seeing all the other food items, I knew what I want for my round. I thought that this place is pretty cool. The chefs are great too and served great customer service and the cashier. I think this spot is a great place to come with you friends. I would definitely come again and try it out since now I know what I can do. The reason why I leave it 3 stars is because I was just confuse on what to make, and once I got to my 2nd plate, they announce that the chefs will stop cooking soon. read more

It was our very first time here, we went for Sunday brunch. Food was delicious. The only issue we had was that employees were not very friendly. With this being our first time, we were a little lost in what to do, how to get our food, etc. We literally looked lost! The 2 guys at the cooking area noticed us and didn't offer to help. So we waited at the counter hoping they could answer a couple of questions. We were ignored for quite some time. Finally one answers a question & points. But the other actually got out from behind the counter to show us (which we appreciated). Mind you, they were not busy at all during this time. There was maybe one more table besides us. Yes, we will return to this restaurant. But it would be nice if employees were open to helping new customers. read more
