Yummmm. This is the pizza place I've been looking for. My husband and I celebrated an early Valentines day here. While they were busy, we received our food in a timely matter and had great customer service! Fire and Brimstone is located within the Barnone complex. Their patio faces the main street, where you'll see that they are pretty much always busy here. We were able to easily get a seat on the patio despite it being lunch on a Saturday, though. We shared: Buffalo Chicken Pizza (buffalo sauce, roasted chicken, red onion, mozzarella, celery, buttermilk dressing) The Greek (chicken, artichoke hearts, red onion, olives, arugula, feta) Two pizzas filled both of us up, with a few extra slices to take home. We LOVED the buffalo chicken pizza. Probably one of the best buffalo pizza's I've ever had - not to spicy, flavorful, and the buttermilk dressing was a perfect finishing touch. My only complaint is the celery - but we can pick that off (ha!). The greek was also great. The fire roasted crust was awesome - not to thick, not to thin, the right texture and moisture. I honestly have nothing negative to highlight here. Go eat here. read more

Just stopped in last night for a take out order (and was glad to see this place back open). The pizza is delicious; a personal favorite of my wife and I is the baked potato. In general, I'd say one pizza per person is right (especially if you are hungry), but you likely can get some left overs. Location overall is pretty good in Barnone and 12 West Brewing is right across the way (and you can take your pizza over there or bring beer over from 12 West if you prefer). My only possible complaint is that it is a touch more expensive than some similar pizza options, but to be honest, the food is generally worth it. read more

Love the pizza and atmosphere! It's small, with more intimate seating on the inside and with plenty of additional seating outside. It can get busy on the weekends, so you may have to wait a little while to find a seat outside, but the pizza was great and we'll definitely be back! read more

Ordered our pizza and once served we asked for plates/napkins/etc... dude said yes, but then walked around in a daze for 5-10 min. We arrived right at 11 as the restaurant was opening, and were the first ones to order that day. I had been here several times but it was my friends' first experience. We both chose pizzas to order and as we ordered I asked if we should pre-order the dessert cookie, if it took a long time to bake. She said we probably should go ahead and do that, but I made it clear we didn't want our dessert until after we were done with out pizza as the ice cream would melt. Our pizzas came out very quickly and were cooked to perfection, we were very happy with both of them. The person who delivered them was kind enough to bring us plates and napkins. Shortly after we started eating, out pizza cookie arrived quite a bit earlier than we were expecting, we had barely each finished a slice of our pizzas! Initially I said it was ok, but by the time we finished our lunch, the ice cream was a just a puddle of goo. I told the girl who delivered the dessert (which was the same person who took our order) that it was a little too soggy, and she agreed, and said she would have them remake it right away! I was absolutely blown away by the awesome customer service and at how quickly the new dessert came out. I like the new layout of tables, especially the counter seating where you can watch the staff make pizzas and chat with them. I've been trying some of their weekly specials and their seafood dishes have been excellent. I also enjoyed the Big Dill pizza and the weekly special Chicago Dog pizza. read more

The best pizza... in Gilbert. I'm so sorry to do it to you Fire and Brimstone. If my wife and I are craving a pizza, and we don't wanna go far from home, this place takes the cake. Typically we just have pizza over at 12 West and enjoy a beer while we play some games. We've been here more times than I can even remember but there are some new places in greater Phoenix area that are a little bit better. That's being said, the pizza is still really great, and has been for many years. However, I say the best in Gilbert because not much has changed in that entire time. Amazing that I can always count on a phenomenal pizza every time we go, but I found some places in recent years that are a little bit better. Arizona has a shockingly great pizza culture - I've had worse places from famous restaurants in New York City, Chicago and the like. This place beats several of them. They are pretty slow to make your pizza, but it is made meticulously and cooked in a true wood-burning oven, perfectly, every time. Wait staff is really laid back - the place is super small so you hardly need anyone but they always check on you at least once and take your left over junk. 12 West is easily one of my favorite bars in the area, not super loud but still busy enough you can tell a raunchy story and nobody will hear you. Combine it with a wonderful pizza and you will come back again and again. The ambiance rocks. read more

Tried a new pizza place on Wednesday. This is a smaller community space and they they offer some unique combinations. I played it safe and went with the the Southwest Pacific pizza and loved the crust it was flaky and crispy. 12 west brewery shares same space and they have many selections and friendly service. Since it's a local brewery I wanted to try a Zona Pilsner so decided to order a small 10oz. They source local ingredients for their Taproom and you can tell the difference in the taste. Return factor is high especially for pizza since beer is not my thing but but I can appreciate on occasion a craft beer. I will update you guys on my next pizza if it's just as good or better. read more

I've been told to go to this place multiple times and finally gave in , and I can't believe I waited so long! A little hard to find (it is inside of the Barnone) and once you find it , the staff is SO friendly and helpful (they could tell I looked confused). We ordered the fire and Brimstone pizza and the Buffalo chicken pizza and both were delicious ! The flavor , the crust and the perfect size we could each have our own. We sat outside on the patio and I brought my own wine (despite how weird I felt !). They give you wine glasses and a bottle opener if you bring your own wine and it was such a relaxed feeling having your own wine , sitting outside and eating amazing pizza. Already planning to come back with friends in a few weeks. Can't wait to try some other pizzas! read more

3 stars for the amazing pizza. I wish i could give more but after our most recent visit we won't be purchasing any more from this establishment ever again. We had a pretty large group of us come in at different times. We took up one whole table inside pretty much. My husband loves getting flights at breweries so he was pretty excited to try a flight with his pizza. But as he was walking over his flight from across the way(not one person stopped him at that moment FYI from either establishment) he didn't think to stop and read all the signs listed saying you cannot consume open glasses over at fire and brimstone. Not one of us noticed the signs until the girl running the food out had said something to our friends who just got there. They were waiting on their food later on when she had came up to them only (after i had already eaten more than 2 slices) (their food was in her hand, holding it back) saying they cannot have their food until they moved over to 12 west. One of the guys said can i finish my beer first? She instantly barked No you cannot. So he said okay i don't want my food then I'll leave. So then she comes up to my best friend and my husband with her beer and she said the same thing and my friend had said sure we will move if it's okay if i finish my beer quickly? She also said no but more polite this time and we boxed up the food and moved over. I wasn't there to witness all of this transpire since my 1.5year old was running around outside at the time. I basically got there once the manager was talking to My very irate husband. Because apparently my husband told the girl running food that he would be perfectly fine moving back over etc as long as they told others also with open beer (glasses) they had to move as well. She said she would. Not one other person was told to move. Just us. Seems pretty unfair don't you think? A rule that only applies to one very diverse ethnic table with two babies? So after a few weeks go by one of our friends that was with us that night witnessing the whole ordeal even told us just the other night he as well will never place an order with them ever again. So that's at least a solid 6+ people who will not be coming back and not recommending this place in the future. So be warned and do not make our grave mistake of crossing the borderline with your glasses because you might not like the outcome. Just don't do it. Great pizza, nice manager but poor execution of his staff telling only one table to move. Sad times. read more

After a nice long break, we made a trip back to Fire & Brimstone. Ordered 2 pies and tried to find a spot to sit. No dice, so outside we went in 113 F heat. They do have misters so that's nice but also, it grosses me out a tad to think about the moisture from them getting into my food and drinks. Anyway, we did sit outside and lived to tell about it so all was ok with that. Both of our pizzas were really good. One prosciutto and fig & one cheese. Would have enjoyed a bit more toppings on the prosciutto and fig, there was too much crust left without any toppings at all. Pies came to us pretty quickly, service was good. Will return. read more

10/10 on the dill pickle pizza! Service is good and environment is casual. Drinks are BYOB or you can order from the bar right next to Fire & Brimstone. There aren't many seats inside but there are misters outside. Only thing is that I wish there were more appetizers! read more

Great place to gather with family and friends. They have a great selection of pizza. I recommend coming earlier in the day as it does get busy. The only downside is that if you're looking to enjoy a drink (beer) and pizza there's very minimal seating on the alcoholic side. Fire and Brimstone doesn't serve alcohol so you cannot order a drink there or enjoy a drink on their patio side. You will have to order a drink at the place right next to it and drink it on their side or patio. Fire and brimstone does give you the option to sit over there and bring you your pizza there which is nice. Only downside is seating is very hard to get during busy times which is usually Friday evenings after work. If they had more seating I would definitely give this place a 5 stars. read more

Went for lunch here yesterday, 4 adults and 2 toddlers. Their pizzas are like a personal size but definitely shareable. we ordered cheese pizza for the kids and 2 for us 4 -bbq and fire and brimstone without the sausage. we enjoyed both pizzas and the kids loved their cheese pizza. and we grabbed a few beers from barnone. It's so good, I wanted to return the literal next day. This place has been on my list of places I've wanted to try for a while, and I'm so happy it came through for me. The vibes of this place are just unparalleled because it's so in alignment with the rest of Agritopia. You can't go here and not feel happy and just good energy. As for the pizza itself (The Fire and Brimstone)- it was exceptional. The crust was delicious and light and airy, and exactly what you want from this style of pizza. The heat from the spicy marinara and the jalapeños was on point, and the fried egg complimented it so well. I can't wait to go back and try one of their other unique and fun pizzas. The Shaved Farm Salad was perfect. Could not have drawn up a better option to compliment the pizza with. It was so light and fresh and refreshing. Was looking for somewhere new to try in the San Tan village area, and found this on Yelp. First thing to know- this does not have a typical restaurant front. It's inside one of the building next to Joe's Farm Grill. Don't let that deter you! The pizzas were just right. We tried the margherita and the baked potato. First, let me start with what I liked about the place. I really love the crispy, wood-fired pizza style and both salads we ordered. Our pizza selections were the Prosciutto and Fig; and a cheese and sausage. We also had the caprese and modern wedge salads. My initial review is this place is just too "hipster" for me. That's not good or bad, it just is what it is. There are places that are naturally hip and cool, but this place just tries to hard to be what it isn't - yet.
