Went here for lunch right at opening at 11am. Restaurant opened on time and staff seemed happy to see us right at opening (isn't always the case at other restaurants). My party got several menu items from the Caesar salad, to the Italian Sandwich, to the Antipasta, and much more. Everything in the Antipasta was amazing, fresh and flavorful! My pizza was cooked perfectly, great crust and char but not so much that the entire thing tasted like burnt oven. The big dill pizza was done perfectly! You might think it would be a gimmicky pizza but with the ricotta to mellow out the punch of the pickles the flavors really melded together. It's a small restaurant that just knows how to do it all right! There isn't much seating inside but you can also sit at the bar directly next to Fire and Brimstone, as well as on the patio.
Good quality wood fired pizza. Pies are done in an artisanal non traditional creative way. They have a Baked Potato pizza pie on the menu that has garlic, olive oil, roasted potato's, bacon, and chives, this is one of the more popular pies that I saw patrons ordering and it looked great. I opted for the Fire and Brimstone pie which had house made lamb sausage, spicy tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella and jalapeños and cilantro. It took about 20 minutes and was made in a wood fired oven, this was around 5pm on Saturday. 6pm the place got packed. It's not a large space and there is limited seating, I took a seat the adjacent 12 West Brewing. Back to the pizza - It was above average, I felt like it could have used a bit more sauce, ingredients were quality and it was very spicy, but went well with a beer. The crust was delicious, just right amount of sour and crunch. I will have to return to try The Baked Potato pizza pie. If you are in the mood for a non traditional wood fired pie, def try Fire and Brimstone out. They also have a Margarita pie on the menu if you want something more traditional and there are also some nice sounding dinner entrees like Pan Seared Salmon. Nice selection of lunch sandwiches, as well. The building which is an industrial sheet metal structure is worth checking out alone.
Ugh - Fire and Brimstone is still stellar and cool as hell still. We came here for dinner, and while it was surprisingly busy last night - it was still great. We sat outside at the brewery next door and was served our food! The service was great and they were ON IT! This place has such chill vibes, and you can actually bring your own beer. Absolutely recommend coming in for either lunch or dinner - both menus are great!
We loved the indoor/outdoor vibe of this place. It has such a cool atmosphere casual and laid back, but it could easily feel romantic too with all the candlelight throughout the space. The outdoor seating felt modern, while the inside had that cozy glow that makes you want to stay awhile. The food was so good. The veggies were fresh and flavorful, and the pizza was super tasty. They offer tons of flavor combinations, and they even have a gluten-free crust! It's not a traditional table service. You order at the window, they bring your food out, and you serve yourself drinks. But honestly, the flow was easy and didn't take away from the experience at all. Great food, great vibe, I will definitely be back.
Staff were really nice and friendly 5 stars for them. I was excited to try the Big Dill pizza. It was good but I have had a better one here in the Valley- The Starving Artist. The prosciutto and fig was also good but not great. Too sweet, the fig jam really over powers the pizza. The dough was cooked perfectly though. It was good but not sure I would eat here again just because it wasn't the best pizza I've had. The other down side: Fire and Brimstone works with 3 other restaurants side by side. The one in the middle serves beer on tap, but you can't eat your pizza there, and you can only bring closed containers to F&B - so a can. Well my husband wanted a beer and I wanted wine. So the 3rd restaurant serves wine. But again you have to get it in a can. And you can't eat your pizza here. So we had to walk to the wine restaurant order a can of wine, then head back to the beer restaurant to get a can of beer, then back to the patio at the pizza place. DONT GET ME WRONG..... AWESOME THEY WORK TOGETHER AND WE HAD A LOVELY TIME SITTING OUTSIDE AT F&B. But it was confusing for a first timer. Now I understand how it all works, but it was frustrating to understand how it all works, at the moment
Located in Barnone in Agritopia. Would be a nice place to drop by for a casual date. The pizza is good, nothing special but not disappointing. It's a little small. The first time I went I ordered a tomato soup and it was literally just marinara sauce (pic below). I preferred their cheese pizza to the one with toppings. They also sell other items like Japanese curry, might be worth a try. Across the spot is a bar with board games. There is also an outside seating area.
Friday night date night! We had been wanting to visit this pizza place for years and we finally made it last night. The place was packed and we managed to find a seat right in front of the guys preparing the pizzas and the fire oven! We ordered a supreme pizza. The wait for our pizza went by very quickly ( about 45 minutes) but very understandable as they were very busy!!!!! The pizza arrived and it did not disappoint one bit. The crust was perfect and the toppings delicious!!!! We will return again!!!!!
Okay yes this is 10/10. We've been wanting to try this place for a while and so glad we did! We came around 7:30pm on a Saturday night, we ordered to take the pizza to go and they said it would be an hour wait but was only about 35 mins! We got the dill pickle pizza , fig and prosciutto pizza, and a slice of pepperoni. All of them were great and had amazing flavor, will definitely be returning!
We arrived around 8pm on a weeknight and it was still pretty busy. I came with a group of friends and we all ordered food. I ordered a slice of pepperoni pizza and a fountain drink. Two friends also ordered a slice pepperoni pizza each, one had the meat loaf entrée, and my other friend had the caprese sandwich. The orders all came out one by one and the last pizza slice was received as I finished mine. My slice of pizza was good and had plenty of pepperonis on top. The inside was clean, nicely decorated, and staff seemed friendly. Will be back!
Really enjoyed Fire and Brimstone and can't believe I hadn't stopped by before. Inside seating is a little limited but we were able to snag a table. The pizza was delicious and we got to try the infamous pickle pizza it was definitely good and was go glad I didn't have to fully commit and could do half and half. Will definitely be back again, also if you love ranch like me their ranch was fabulous!!
Stopped by for lunch with some friends and it was a great time! Been here a few other times, and no complaints. Pizza is good and you can bring your own alcohol (must be sealed). There is inside and outside seating available. They are next to 12 West Brewing and you can sit in their section while you enjoy your pizza but cannot bring your own alcohol on their side (grab a beer from 12 West!). BYOB is only at Fire and Brimstone. If you have room for dessert, you gotta try their cast iron chocolate chip cookie! Probably one of the best I've had. FYI, gets busy on weekends so wait time for food can get pretty long. Also, parking is available on the west side of the restaurant but is limited. If there's no parking there, park on the north side of Joes Farm Grill.
Probably one of the better pizza spots in the East Valley and there's actually a ton of pizza places. I like the trendy vibe they have going on here and the fact that the pizza is cooked right in front of you in their open brick oven. My toddler enjoyed his time here with me recently. I also like that it's located amongst other fun foodie spots here. Next time I'm back I'll have to try something else on their menu other than their pizza.
Stopped by on a Tuesday afternoon (11/4/25) I just have to say "Wow!!" Super impressed with the quality & flavor of the items we ate. The wings were cooked to perfection and had so much flavor. The pizza was amazing. They offer indoor and outdoor sitting. The staff was friendly overall & the whole vibe was super cozy!
In what world is two pizzas, two salads, and an appetizer worth more than $80? Especially with these atrociously small portion sizes? The two salads we got, the caprese and the shaved farm salad, were tiny and had no weight to them. The caprese is just a plate of cherry tomatoes and the farm salad is just greens with some carrots. How is that worth $10? The Fire and Brimstone barely had anything on it. The Mediterranean pizza was the only thing worthwhile and tasted like anyone actually cared about putting something meaningful out. The crudo appetizer was good, but for $20? I've had more crudo for less at a four-star restaurant. Plus, the place itself is small and awkwardly quiet. Just not worth it overall. read more

I thought this place was a sit-down pizza place, but the bestie and I were pleasantly surprised when it's one where you order at the counter, sit down, and they bring your food out to you. We arrived here around 4 on a Saturday and were able to walk up to the counter without any line. We ordered the dill pickle pizza and the aloha (minus the spam). Both were delicious! We loved the airy, fluffy crust that wasn't hard or crunchy at all. The dill on the pizza was fresh and potent, and the buttermilk dressing was super creamy. The Hawaiian pizza was my favorite out of the two (while the dill pickle was my friend's favorite). I loved how the teriyaki sauce was sweet on the aloha, and the cheese on both pizzas was very tasty. My only complaint would be the long hair I found EMBEDDED underneath the toppings inside the crust on my piece of the aloha pizza. I kept tearing off chunks of the crust hoping I'd find an end to the strand... and it wasn't until most of the slice was demolished was I able to confidently say my piece was hair-free. Still giving this place a 5-star rating here, but just know in my heart, it's truly a 4.5/5 star rating. The dill pizza came out first and the aloha came out several minutes later, but both were fairly quick. The staff was super nice and I'd definitely love to go again to try out some of their other specialty pizzas. read more
Came here to celebrate my last day of college ever. We were craving pizza and Fire and Brimstone truly satisfied our craving. It looked crowded at first and the line was long but in reality it took less than 5 minutes. When we got to the counter, the cashier was very nice and sweet. Even with the long line and crowd, the enthusiasm radiates from her and is definitely appreciated. I ordered the carnivore pizza and my girlfriend got the vegetarian pizza and we got an appetizer of pita and hummus. When we got up, we were able to find a spot to sit. The wait time that the restaurant has is based on the wait time of the bar for those who want food and alcohol. But we didn't want any so again we were able to find a comfy seat. Only thing preventing me from giving it a 5 star for a perfect dining experience is that the tables need to be wiped down more often. We had some crumbs in our table and felt uneasy from how unclean it felt. When we got the pita, it was great. The hummus was of amazing quality and the pita was fresh. And the wait time was very short for the appetizer. After a few more minutes, we got our pizzas. The carnivore pizza was amazing and my girlfriend loved the vegetarian pizza. Great quality and freshness as always. We didn't finish our food and I walked up and asked the staff if I could take the empty pizza boxes for takeouts, the staff let us know the pizza boxes were for take out and were very chill. With short wait times, good fresh food, and an amazing and chill staff. I would recommend people to come to this place. read more

There were an unique selection of personal sized handmade brick oven pizza to choose from. I got the prosciutto and fig pizza and the classic fire and brimstone pizza. The prosciutto and fig had a very unique taste because it blended two different taste profiles into a single pizza. I'm not sure if I enjoyed the fig jam with the tomato sauce, but it was very different to say the least. A blend of savory and sweet. The service was pretty good as they would find you in the crowds between the brewery next door and the patio. It had a very chill vibes ambience, there were outdoor music playing during some nights as well. Perfect for date night or casual hang out. read more

YUM!!! We were starving and I had heard on Go Gilbert that Fire & Brimstone is highly recommended, so we ordered take out and drove there to pick it up. The order was correct and still hot, which is a rarity when picking up food. We ordered the Italian Salad, and 4 pizzas. We ordered the Margherita Pizza, the BBQ Brisket Pizza, the Carnivore Pizza, and a Pepperoni Pizza. The BBQ Brisket Pizza was easily one of the best pizzas I have ever tried in my entire life. Which is saying something, because I love and eat pizza quite often. It was piled with yummy and tender brisket with a delicious BBQ sauce. It was seriously addicting. The other 3 pizzas were also quite delicious. We enjoyed the Carnivore Pizza quite a bit. The pizzas all tasted incredibly fresh and unique in their own ways. The Italian Salad was also fresh and refreshing to pair with the spiciness of the BBQ Pizza. Overall, Fire & Brimstone blew me away for my first ever time trying them. Everything was quite reasonably priced for the quality. I'm sure I'll be back-- and try some new items next time. read more

Great wood fired pizza, not as crispy as I prefer it but definitely worth it. Nice to be able to order from neighboring spots to drink and relax. Went during the lunch hour and it wasn't crazy. Knowing the area I would avoid high traffic times I can only assume this place has a decent wait on food during the weekends and peak times. Planning to go back to try some of the more unique options. We did also have a cheese pizza that didn't make the photos, we ate it too fast! Props to the owner for the overall experience, I didn't meet them but the staff and food are a great reflection. read more

Had a great experience at Fire and Brimstone. When we went to order we were told it would be about an hour wait for the pizza. It was dinner time on a Friday night so no surprise it was busy but I really appreciated the heads up. We said that was fine and ordered. We sat at W Brewing across the hall since that was the only place with indoor seating left and it was cold out. The pizza came out pretty much exactly an hour later but we were enjoying drinks from W brewing in the meantime. It's cool they let you bring food and drinks (unopened) back and forth between the two. Fire and Brimstone even lets you bring drinks from home as long as they're unopened which is so cool! I ordered The Big Dill. I wasn't sure how it would be since it's pretty weird for a pizza but I love ranch and pickles so I figured I'd give it a try. Omg was it so good!!! I'd say this place is worth checking out just to try this. I've never seen anything like it on a menu anywhere else. read more

We've eaten at nearby spots nearly a dozen times (maybe more), we finally had to give Fire and Brimstone a shot. Located inside Barone, this is a very casual pizza place. You order at the counter and can then grab a table, either in the restaurant side or bar side if you're also getting a drink. It was surprisingly busy when we went there on a Thursday afternoon, but we were able to get our order placed quickly and found a table. We ordered two pizzas: The Fire and Brimstone with a fried egg as well as the Prosciutto & Fig pizza. The first pizza was quite tasty; it came with spicy tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, jalapeños, house-made merguez sausage, and cilantro. Definitely had a bit of a bite with the jalapeños on top .. overall, quite satisfying especially with a beer to wash it down! The second pizza was topped with prosciutto, fig, arugula, whipped ricotta, balsamic reduction, and tomato sauce. I'm kind of a sucker for prosciutto & fig pizzas .. whenever I see them on the menu, it's a must-order for me. This did not disappoint at all! The flavor combos were spot on, I really enjoyed this pizza. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this restaurant. They have a good number of pizza with various unique toppings; quite a few of them intrigued me so I'll be going back to try them! read more

One of the very few places I've found that offers pickle pizza. As an artisan pizza and pickle lover, even I was skeptical of the combo. Located inside Barn One, there's very limited seating for this place alone. However, they offer the option of bringing your food to you at the bar just across from them if you're planning on grabbing a beer there. I didn't see the option on the menu, but noticed another family order single slices so good to know you're not settled down with a whole pie. I decided on half prosciutto with fig and half big dill. I definitely see the potential in the fun options they offer, but I wasn't wowed with the flavors. I won't be running back, but would like to try more from the menu if we find ourselves back here! read more

Fast, friendly, and great service, are words that I would use to describe Fire and Brimstone. My family loves to go to Joe's Farm Grill in Gilbert, AZ. So, we were going to go over the weekend and discovered something, a lot of other people love going there too. As I was parking on the other side of the lot I had to walk through Barn One where Fire and Brimstone are located. Had some business to it but not like Joe's where it looked out to the road. So I said let's go here, and I am so glad that I did! I love pizza. I mean if I could I would eat it every day. But the reality is I can't but when I do I make sure it is good and I like it. Let me tell you this is good. I am a fan of Grimaldi's Pizza because it is a coal-fired pizza. This is exactly what it says, wood Fire and Brimstone, and let me tell you that flavor of wood is in the pie. It gives that dough a ton of extra crispiness and flavor. I had the Buffalo Chicken pizza. Surprisingly the sauce was not over-powerful to where you can't eat it but there and it gave it the right kick. The ranch is sweet but a little runny. Added the Parmesan cheese to the pie for that more cheesy goodness and it was great. The kiddo had a pepperoni pie and it was just like you would expect. The wife's pizza was the Margarita pizza as it is her favorite. I had a bit of both and they were good. Even better 4 days later for lunch. On the way out I wanted to see about a Chicken, Bacon, and Ranch Pizza. Apparently that is not a big thing in Arizona but they were willing to accommodate me and made one. I had it for dinner and I regret to say that I didn't get a picture of it but I ate every last bit to make sure it was the same taste and it was great. If you like pizza like this I know there is MOD, Blaze, and a few others that are chains. These guys are a mom and pop joint and I'll tell you what they are good and worth it. They are a friendly group and takek care of the customer. Ask if they had water and the guy who brought our food out told us that he would bring them and did. Didn't have to but that was great of him to do and then welcomed us and made us feel good to be there. The only major downside is that they only have bottled pop (yes I said pop because I am from PA). But to makeup for that fact they have a Bar right next to it. Literally, there is a bar on the other side of the room and their beer is next on my must tries. Another is seating. Very limited inside by the oven and then a little bit more out side, but they share patios with the bar so it really isn't a down side it is just a little confusing. In short, if Joe's is what you are looking for but don't want to wait in line for an hour and a half, head over to Fire and Brimstone for a pizza and a beer. You will not be disappointed!! read more

We were having a couple of beers at 12 West Brewing and decided it was time for some thing to eat. We decided on a Southwest Pacific which had black forest ham, pineapple, pickled jalapeños and mozzarella. I was actually very impressed. We took our beers and sat on the patio which had big trees that provided shade and misters to keep us cool. When our pizza was ready they brought it to us outside. The menu was bigger than I expected and can't wait to come back and try some of the other things that were offered. read more

Amazing pizza selection. Likes: - The crust is soft, puffy, and chewy. - Mediterranean (top of first photo). That Za'atar seasoning was amazing - Great ambience. Friendly staff. Music is perfect volume and you can have a conversation with a group of friends without yelling over the table. Dislikes: - The Fire and Brimstone pizza (bottom of first photo). It's basically a taco on pizza dough and it just didn't seem to work. read more

Just really mid. The service was good but jeez man I think it was bingo night or something because the inside was so loud with some annoying lady talking on the speaker. Pizza was meh. Not horrible but also not excellent, especially for the price. We got a pickle pizza and the prosciutto and fig along with the beet salad. $64. The salad was really bland and felt like it was missing something, also way too much dressing it was almost soggy. The pickle pizza was not great, super wet because it was covered in ranch, cool concept but it missed. The prosciutto and fig one was alright too, it was a little too sweet because it had so much fig jam it was almost all you could taste. All in all just not very good, you could find way better in the valley for a better price. read more
Best pizza ever!!!! I got the pep and pineapple and it was amazing. The crust was crunchy and it was cooked all of the way thru the middle. I also got the half shaved salad and all of the fresh shaved veggies were very refreshing and a perfect pair with the pizza. read more

Cute little joint! It's tucked into the corner of the Barnone building, so don't blink, or you'll miss it. Walk up and order, then sit on their dog-friendly patio under the Roman shades... not a bad spot for a casual lunch on a nice day! We had the meatball sandwich and the Carne-vore pizza. The pizza was good. The crust was very good, if you like NY style pizza crust. The sauce was very plain, and quite scant, but still wasn't bad. The meatballs were very good, and the bread for the sandwich was also yummy, but it was luke-warm on arrival. The sandwich came with a side of Ruffles potato chips. Service was friendly and inviting. I'd say this place is a solid 3.5 stars; nothing spectacular and nothing bad; no complaints. read more

The pizza-hot The cooks-hotter The oven-on fire Super cute and vibey location with plenty of seating indoors and out (even tho it looks small there's actually a lot of seats even some barstools hidden right where the pizza is made so you can watch!) Also the BEST gf pizza crust I've had. Love that it was thin crust style and the vegan cheese option was a game changer. I will be back probably tomorrow, and the next day, and the next, and do y'all have a rewards program? read more

Are there any keto options?
They have salads and some keto friendly apps, or you can just eat the topping but it would be sad. Save it for a cheat day for sure!! It's my #1 cheat day.
Is the shaved farm salad vegetarian? It's not labeled as such on the menu, but none of the ingredients listed appear to involve meat (unless it's in the vinaigrette). Thank you!
