All I can really speak to is their wings(specifically bone-in) but I can tell you they are great! I like them better than wings over...tons of meat and the sauces are great, especially the buffalo. While the food isn't horrible, the staff I have dealt with thus far have no personality, or are dumber than a box of rocks. Every time I have a placed an order, they have been at minimum 30 minutes to an hour later than expected time of delivery. And of the 5 times I have ordered with them, I have yet to have a single order correct. Ask for extra cheese, PAY for extra cheese, there is no extra cheese. Order bacon cheese fries from the menu with three ketchup packets (listed on the website) and get cheese fries, no bacon. They are not impressing me. I have to say this is one of the worst delivery experiences I have had with a resturant. When I was handed my food by the delivery driver, the bottom of the bag was dripping with sauce. Then I go to taste my food and it was not correct. I understand mistakes happen so I called and explained. I was informed first that nothing could be done. Then I was switched to a new employee who said he made the food. As I explained the flavors were not what was ordered, he said he made them himself. Then as I continued asking what could be done to fix this, He then confirmed he only over looked the food being made and the wings were "probably" right. I again stated I had ordered here before and the flavors were not correct. I asked if they could remake the food or offer a credit. I was informed they were not able to remake the food as they were too busy. He then offered a 5 dollar credit or to speak to a manager. I order steak& cheese pizza and it was so thing it was all falling apart and there as barely any steaks on it. There was clumps of steak on one corner of the pizza. The pizza did not look appetizing . The hol thing was a mess we couldn't even tear it apart. The cheese and steak slide right of the crust . Ordered for the first time form them tonight. I placed my order online. The est delivery time was 30 min. After 50 minutes I called and inquired and was told their computers went down 20 minutes prior and they just got it back online and recovered the orders. Was told it would be first order out the door and it should only take 20 minutes. 50 minutes after that still no food and we call again, get told it just left 10 minutes ago. Now for those keeping track, I was told it would be at my house in 20 minutes after the already fifty minute gaffe and it didn't even leave the store for 40 minutes. After a total of 1 hour and 50 minutes the food arrives and the price they ask for is more than what was quoted to us in an email confirmation online. When the driver calls in to figure this mess out, the manager, Steve started fighting with the driver on the phone about the over charge. Ok so I ordered on Friday night/ Saturday morning 1 o'clock I order 2 blts on wraps when they got to my house they were loaded with bacon but had very little lettuce and 3 tomatoes across to the whole wrap. Mind you this is a blt. They didn't good they tasted like a really salty bacon sandwich. So when I called just to let them know cause I order there often. The girl that answered was very polite she heard me out, then passed the phone the manager. I repeated what was wrong and that I didn't want more food but Just want to let him know my order was very below satisfactory. He proceed to let me that he couldn't believe I called to complain that there wasn't enough lettuce and tomatoes on there and I said yess that's what make up 2/3 of the sandwich and the sandwich was gross dues to it not being made right . He's laughs that's when I get mad and tell him to take my number down and have an owner call me. He's said no and he's proceeds to tell me to shove the sandwich up my ass. Great right smh this was coming from the man that told me he was the General manager there. I now call on Tuesday and ask for a manager. When the manager comes on I recognize the voice and ask were you the manager that told me to shove the sandwich up my ass and he proudly said yes. That's when I decided to Yelp. Horrible employees. Very horrible. I called and he lady on the phone was clearly drunk. She was slurring her words and couldn't take my order correctly. Nor my address. He driver was drunk also because he couldnt stand straight and was holding onto the railing to keep from falling over. Before that, he obviously got the wrong address because he was on the wrong side of town when he called to claim he arrived with the delivery. Then 15 minutes later he called again still at the wrong address. Finally got here and all the food was cold. We are in NE and it's cold out but this is unacceptable. We go through our food and come to realize we are missing an order of chicken. Called the store back and you can here everyone yelling at each other not knowing what happened to the food. The delivery guy still had it somewhere in his vehicle. Yeah. Sucky people. read more

not impressed anymore they used to be great when the mammoth rd location was open but since the fire at the building and its closure I have been to the Gorham st location several times and the food was less than par the employees are excellent it just seems like they are pushing the food out way too fast as I have had a upset stomache several times after eating there lately so I have chosen to go elsewhere read more

First and last time to eat here. The entry way and waiting area into the pizza shop is very dirty. Ordered pizza, wings, mozzarella sticks and garlic bread. So I ordered from fio's for the first time, regardless of the negative reviews I gave it a shot and it was unsatisfactory and really pretty bogus. I get the pizza the delivery man is a nice guy no problems there, open up the pizza take a glance at the pie and there's something black under the cheese, I pick it out and it turns out it's a big fat beetle, now I'm not usually the guy that would loose his appetite but let me tell you this thing was gross. I call up the manager tell him the situation, he gets an attitude thinks I'm lying and says he needs to see the beetle to believe it after I threw the sucker out. Pick it out of the trash for him and they bring me a new pizza pretty quickly and it was pretty good. But I didn't receive any discount or any extra food I payed fifteen bucks and this is what I get. In a standard dignified restaurant when there is something like this wrong with the food you usually get a discount at least and maybe it's even free. i never write reviews. tonight i had ordered online the chicken broccoli alfredo add mushrooms at about 920pm . food didnt show up till 1030 , my food was cold the mushrooms were just thrown on top and the garlic bread was absolutely drenched in butter. disgusting. i have it a chance so i microwaved my cold food, still tasted.horrible it even made my house smell funny. i immediately called back and very patiently i talked to the (very nice counter girl) and explained how my food was super late and was cold. she apologized and told me i could order something free of charge as her manager gabe her the okay. i ordered a.buffalo chicken salad with syrian bread and dressing . well my food didnt show up for another fifty minutes and i have never felt so offended. he was some greek boy probably younger than me (im 20) talking down to me like i was just trying to scam his job. he asked me what time the first man showed up and when i told him he laughe at me and said "yea ok have a good night enjoy your free food ) trying to ignore the kid , i opened my salad. there was no syrian bread and the buffalo chicken was even colder than the first order . i mean i dont want a hot salad, but i personally enjoy when chicken is decently warm on my salad and i definitely enjoy alredo to be hot. the only positive thing i can mention is the girls who wrte on the phone were extewmely nice and very helpful and the lettuce was very fresh. other than that, late cold food and absolutely horrible delivery service (from the second one the firsr guy was nicce, just late is all.) read more
