Don't know why everyone is super grumpy, but we ordered pizza here for the Super Bowl and it beats every pizza place I've ever had. I'm ordering from here with my sister at this very second. Their sauce is perfect and sweet and it was definitely well made. Delivery guy was nice, idc how the place looks. The best food you find are the places that are small. I just to come here just for the steak bombs but now I'm coming back for the pasta and haddock dinner.. the potato salad is a must try...I ordered wings fries and a sub so I already had too much food but they let me try the potato salad and I'm definitely coming back for that. Before i ordered i told the lady over the phone it was my first time ordering at this establishment and that i worked at a office building. The driver who came unprepared (without paper plates my FREAKING ranch or napkins) demanded the tip before the transaction was over. I wasn't even given my food before he said "ohh nothing for me" . I had all intentions to give a tip and still continued to give him a tip. Just felt disrespected and forced to give a tip. Probably picking up the food would be better.The pizza i ordered was very delicious but when it came to the fries they were made very poorly. I probably wont come here again. Waited 2.5 hours and no food and prepaid!! Used grubhub to order... 1 hour later Fios calls and says oh, Grubhub was down! We just got your order right now, want the food still? We already ordered, paid and waited an hour... yeah, we want the food. 1 your later AGAIN and my husband calls... Oh umm, sorry we shut off GrubHub because it was too busy and missed your order. So, notice the first thing they said was a lie about GrubHub being down? They say the driver just left and should be there in a few minutes. We wait another 30 mins and call.... oh, um we were there 40 mins ago And you didn't answer the door or your phone. More lies... WOW. Oh... you gave us the wrong ph#. So first, we called 30 mins ago and they just left but now they were there 40 minutes ago... we are now at 12:30 am (we ordered 10:10pm) in our living room right near the buzzer no one ever buzzed and THEY CALLED US ORIGINALLY AT OBVIOUSLY THE RIGHT PHONE NUMBER TO TELL US THE GRUBHUB WAS DOWN! (Oh, wait or was it they shut it off because it was too busy!? - mind you it is a Monday night). My husband was just over it ... we are now tired and hungry and need to get to bed for work so say forget it just refund us. This is beyond bad customer service.. Ordered from this place for the first time during this COVID pandemic via Slice. Specified "contactless delivery" and tipped paid etc via the app ($3 delivery fee BTW which is high) Not only did the guy ring the bell, he had NO MASK, NO GLOVES, and A PEN HE WAS HOLDING WITH SAID BARE HANDS FOR ME TO SIGN SOMETHING. I wish I had these UNSANITARY reviews before ordering, but NOW even during this PANDEMIC they have some serious guts to completely ignore contactless delivery and not wear the appropriate SANITARY and required attire. Very disappointed.. ordered a big order today to bring to a friend's house for dinner and just about everything was underwhelming.. ordered mac&cheese bites and it was just mac&cheese in a container - not fried balls like I expected.. the cheese sauce tasted like it came out of a can.. ordered salads and they were not tasty.. also ordered a Syrian flatbread and it was basically a thin crust pizza and the cheese didn't taste good.. also ordered Jamaican jerk wings - wings tasted ok but but definitely not a true Jamaican jerk flavor.. my friend said her chicken finger sub didn't taste very good so she pulled the chicken out of the sub and just ate that.. the only thing that tasted good was the garlic bread.. so disappointing.. will not be returning read more

I been eatting at Fios for many years now. Last night i ordered two buffalo chicken pizza. Not only did they get my order wrong (several occations) i happen to eat the pizza the next day to find something completely disqusting. One of the cheese fell off the pizza and a soggy wet leaf came out. It came from the outside. Somebody working there put it on purpose or either the delivery driver droped it on the snow and served it still. I dont know what kind of sick person would serve this to their customers but this place should be closed down. The cheese looked very old and looked like a shreded package cheese. Fios is constantly not getting my order right. I utilize GrubHub the orders correct. This is the 5th time they forgot the fries. And all the cheese slipped off my pizza and lives on the cardboard. Cmon son, fios used to be awesome. But obviously their quality has suffered .....alot! read more

I've always gotten good food here and it's definitely the place to grab food after hitting the bars downtown. It always hits the spot! They have great pizza, subs, and sides. Responding too you're response.. You say that's not the norm on every reply. You need a brand new staff. Almost every review is bad and my friend just went there the other day ordered a buffalo wrap in advance went there to pick it up sat there for 20 minutes before someone handed her the wrap. Left a good tip even though it was carry out and got home and it wasn't even close to what she ordered it wasn't even BBQ. My mother owns a restaurant I've worked there so I know how it works but for everyone to be saying the same thing ... That's ridiculous and you need to make a change. read more

I have been a loyal customer for years ,but I won't be back this last experience was what took the cake ,I specifically told the woman that took my order (who was the manager by the way) that I do not like marinara sauce and I asked her to make sure that there was ranch on the side of my calzone instead of marinara sauce she assured me that there would be ranch instead, after I waited almost an hour for my delivery my calzone not only had marinara sauce on the side but there was marinara sauce on it as well when I called back I was assured that they would make another one and I wouldn't wait too long for it to be delivered, after I waited 35 minutes I was told my delivery left 15 minutes prior to my call I waited another 15 minutes and called back, now I have been waiting 2 hrs for my food I asked for my money back and was told that I couldn't have my money back and food I had too choose ,the "manager " dosen't " have the authority to make that kind of decision. Called for a pickup around 10:30pm and it was for a steak bomb pizza and when I got there the guy gave me a sub which I was surprised and told him that I didn't order it and I told him its fine I ll take it but I want a steak bomb pizza and I ll wait,I waited for 15mins to get it and when I got home then was the big shock and disappointment...both the sup and the pizza taste terrible..the pizza was not cooked well!!!!that was my first time to order food from there and the last!!! read more

Horrible customer service. Ordered a Groupon that included a large 1-topping pizza, and when we called in the order, the girl on the phone kept asking the size in pizza in inches. She gave us 3 sizes, so we figured the largest option was the large. Fast forward, when I went to pick up the pizza, the guy said the Groupon was screwed up. Rather than offering to make the correct order, the two men decided to try to charge me $22 and change in addition to the $14 I spent on Groupon just for the extra large half bacon, half pepperoni pizza. For a place with good food, it's a shame they seem to lack customer service skills. read more

if i could give this place 0 stars i would ... been a loyal customer of this place for the last 15yrs cause they had decent food but after a few issues and the response i got from management i was hesitant on going for another try and up until the last two years when i decided to give them another chance ... the last time i had a delivery driver who was screaming and banging and pounding on every door in my 4 family house like he was conducting a drug raid , scared the crap out of every neighbor and caused them to call me for help cause they thought someone was kicking the doors in...tonight i ordered a large teriyaki cheese steak sub and med motzarela sticks and med spicy fry ... while biting into my half of the sub i shared with my GF i felt something rub across my nose to pull the sub away and to find a long black hair in my sub ... i pulled the hair out and decided to look around and low and behold i found two more inside the sub .... i was very disgusted and grossed out and i called the sub shop to report this gross find and i start the conversation as i was looking to see if a kid with long dark hair works there and is the cook tonight ... ( i only did this as i assumed whoever cooked my food had long dark hair ) which they did .... i continued in the conversation to inform her of the 3 hairs i found in my food and that the person cooking should tie their hair up and use a hair net as this was disgusting... she replies back to me as that was a rude assumption and unfair request to make them use a hair net .... ARE YOU KIDDING ME ? I FOUND NOT ONE BUT 3 HAIRS IN MY FOOD AND SHES TELLING ME THAT IS UNFAIR ? well proof is in the pudding i guess .. they had two stores at one time and now down to one ... i guess that explains it .... all set i will never order from there again , she has the decency to tell me she will give me a free 2 litre of coke ... seriously ? i think Lowell's health department needs a phone call.. all set .. never again take a look at the hair in my sub ... read more

Fios Pizza kicks ass!!! My buddy and I were strapped for cash one night when we were jamming in my recording studio and ordered some bacon pineapple pizza. Instead of cash, we wrote them a song as a tip. I burned it to a CD before the driver got there and I heard stories about it for years from the employees. Very average sub/pizza shop. We were ordering for delivery a lot, but you have to be crazy specific when ordering a sandwich. NOTHING comes with lettuce/tomato/mayo, some things don't have cheese. The Syrian bread is good and the sub rolls are meh. Our biggest problem is that delivery can be anywhere from 30 mins to 2 hours(!!!), even if it's only Wednesday. We live pretty close to the shop itself, so maybe we'll just drive down there from now on. So yeah, if it's dinner time and you want your food delivered the same night, you might want to look somewhere else... read more

I'm reviewing after ordering on a Friday night, yes one of their busiest nights. I took that into consideration and gave them 2 stars instead of one. Their proportions use to be abundant, now.. not so much. They are getting skimpy on filling their steak and cheese. I used the text to order feature because I could not get a hold of someone via phone. Even after that inconvenience, I still tipped my delivery person generously. But that was before I found out they forgot a sauce I had requested. He told me he would come back with it and of course, NEVER DID. The quality of food is meh, I'd say yeah 2 stars for the price. If you grew up in Lowell, there's a big rumor about the cleanliness of the kitchen and I'm starting to agree. The last time I had a delivery discrepancy their manager on duty remedied the situation beautifully. He was a promising talent but I think he's long gone. read more

Pizza was good, the subs were great but what blew my mind was that they got us our food in a BLIZZARD! Not a flurry, not a snowstorm, but a 3 feet of snow as-defined-by-dictionary blizzard. And despite having just driven threw a blizzard to bring some lazy chuckle head his pizza and steak melt the delivery guy was awesome! Big Improvement! Last time trying to order was a horrible experience and swore to never order from them again. Today, I decided to give them one more try because of the wing choices offered and was hosting people today for the Super Bowl. It mostly ended up a pleasant experience. Again, ordered online but this time through their own website and not a third party like Foodler. They did have some minor issues with handing the order off, which I only know of because they called to let me know; big points for the customer service albeit not really needed because it was Super Bowl Sunday and was not expecting a quick turn around on the order because of the volume of orders most likely being placed. That said, the order was delivered approximately one hour after being placed, not bad because again it was Super Bowl Sunday. So the major issues I have had with them the last few times seem to be some what rectified. They still promote and offer online ordering, yet after many years in business are just starting to fix the kinks with that kind of system. The apology and phone call was a huge improvement. Other times when online orders were ignored, there was indifference and no communication. Now to the food. Wings are great, love the amount of flavors and they are tasty. Pizza is meh, but that is a complaint I have with many if not all pizza places in Lowell. I just feel the pizza places in Lowell aren't as good as the places where I grew up. By thw way, my wife disagrees and loves the pizza. All in all food is good and service has improved. I will consider them an option again in the future if the service continues like today. I would still suggest you proceed with caution with this merchant. Calling in your order is probably your safest bet. But, it is nice to see a local business go from abysmal to actually providing customer service and producing a quality product. read more

Ordered pizzas over the phone, and were surprised by the high price. Checked the order against the website and it was a difference of $15. For 3 pies. Not sure where the chick who took our order was pulling these prices from, but it was a pretty disappointing experience. She ended up refunding one order and still charged an extra $7 on top of the website pricing for "substitution" fees, but she sounded surprised that we would want the money back instead of just giving it to them anyway.
