I had driven by this dealership on many occasions. When my aging Mercury Mariner needed work, I decided to give them my business. I am very happy I did! The dealership is small but with it's size comes a lot of personal care and great service. Everyone I spoke with in person and on the phone was very friendly and answered all my questions. I was kept up to date on the vehicle's progress by my service agent Mel. Very professional. No hassles. No surprise over-estimate. No trying to up-sell me on fixing a bunch of additional items. Decided to replace my 2012 fusion with a new MKX this week. After visiting all 3 Lincoln dealers in the valley I bought at Fiesta. The salesman, Collin, and sale manager Joe, were professional and non pushy. That says a lot about a dealership, most of them try to up sell you and push things on you you don't want. After looking at cars on the lot I found that the car, with the color and options I wanted was up on the display stand. It's only been a few weeks, and the salesperson has already called several times to ensure that we're completely satisfied. How often does that happen? What an AWESOME experience! I was driving home in my MKz and the AC blower was going in and out like it was losing power. I pulled off the freeway and into Fiesta (I happened to be driving by) to show them what was happening and to make an appointment for hopefully the next day. Chris Ackerman met me as I drove into the service area and asked how can he assist me. I told him what my car was doing and he jumped in my car to see for himself. He asked if I had a few minutes for a technician to look at it while it was acting up. I said yes and he took my car back to get checked out. I was already impressed by his service but when he came out and said I had a bad motor and if I had a few more minutes to get it changed out I was blown away. It was like I was getting an oil change...it was that quick. I've never seen that kind of service at a car dealership....you just don't see it. I recently leased a vehicle from this dealership, and needed to bring it in for service for issues with the bluetooth and navigation systems. Not only did they do basically nothing to figure out if they could fix the issues, they then blackballed me from the service department after I filled out a "survey" that gave them bad feedback. They lie, and twist every word you say to serve their purpose, which is only to get a good rating on their survey. It is ALL they care about. The survey. Not you, or your car, or their service, or anything. If I would have read these Yelp reviews before going over there, I would have NEVER walked into that dealership. Fiesta Lincoln Mercury is the epitome of why people HATE and DESPISE buying a car. Just remember if you go here, they will be all smiles, customer service orientated, tell you anything and everything you want to hear to get the sale. Once that is done, you have served their purpose (a sale/lease). You are no longer important to them, and they will no longer care about you or your car when and if it has issues. Not a good place for car deals if you are a woman! We went into the dealership and the salesmen ignored me. They flocked around my husband. It was like the dark ages. It was my vehicle that was going to be sold, but no one asked. Husband did not make a deal because the price was not reasonable. Purchased a 2017 Lincoln Continental earlier in this year (2017). Today, I was totally floored when I noticed my tire pressure sensor reflected low pressure. I was driving on the 60 nd decided to stop by Fiesta Lincoln to have the issue checked. When the service manager came out and I expressed my concern, He told me we only have one person on duty and that there are (3) three clients ahead of you, and I must wait in the waiting room until these services were completed. Notice-No service just air for my tire request to wait maybe an hour. Then when I suggested this is not acceptable, I was invited to go around the corner to a TIRE PLACE where I would not have to wait. There was not a shortage of sales people there when I purchased the vehicle, in fact they were stumbling over one another trying to help me, BUT, now for a little air in a tire require an hour wait. I really appreciate all the phone calls asking if you need anything just stop by, REALLY.I am so glad all I needed was a little air for my tire, the service managers attitude would probably have told me to go to hell if I needed anything else. My very first negative review ever! These people use every 'dealer' ploy to not service their customers. Delivery of the MKT was late, then we waited more than 2 hours. The vehicle was filthy with mastic and dirt and there was a VERY obvious paint flaw that we found (not them). Concierge service from Lincoln, but not from fiesta, after the sale they informed us we 'were out of the service area'. Bad work done after they tried to tell us that they were 'doing us a favor because they were sure that someone had tried to break into the car'. Then the panel they replaced fell off. Twice we waited 5 weeks for a loaner to be available and when we complained to the 'general manager', he informed us that we were not welcome to be their customer any longer (see the Linda M. review). It is unspoken, but it doesn't take a rocket scientist to find out that they're reputation is well known in the 'Lincoln family'. read more

I have never been to this dealer before, but its much closer to home than the only other Lincoln dealer in the entire Phoenix Metro area, so I figure I will give it a shot. My original factory Lincoln warranty covers a loaner can anytime I drop my car off for service. I started by getting my name on the loaner list in early September 2017. I talked to Tod. On October 4th I called to find out why I never heard from anyone. They lost my info apparently. Now I call and talk to Meagan and I'm back on the loaner list, but never hear from anyone again. I call at the beginning of November. Meagan is no longer employed there. Time to start over. I now talk to Tod for the second time. He puts me on the loaner list. On November 20th I haven't heard from anyone, so I call again. Lucy now puts me on the loaner list. A few minutes later Todd calls. They have a loaner for me tomorrow. I can't go due to my work schedule. I am booked a few days in advance with appointments, so I tell Todd that I would like to come in next week or the week after maybe. He explains for the first time in almost three months that he will not schedule for a service visit in advance if it involves a loaner. Thanks Todd. Thanks for not mentioning that little tidbit at the beginning of September. No wonder Lincoln is a dying brand. Your warranty will run out before they can get you into service! read more

I purchased a brand new 2016 MKC fully loaded in Jan 2016 and have not even made my second car payment when it's already been in the shop twice- First time when ALL audio went out; no sound. They had to replace modules and amplifier****did I mention this car is brand new?*** Second time for coolant fan: vehicle is less than 5K miles. This car has been in the shop for a total of 2 weeks in about 2 months. Very dissapointed and dissasisfied with my $50K purchase and the inconvinience of the hassle of having it fixed. I will never buy another Lincoln again. Very worried about what will break down next....the car or me!!! read more
