I typically do not enjoy pizza outside of Chicago; however, my go to typically is Dominos. My mom let me know there was a pizza place that was "VERY good", and she's a VERY picky eater so I had to try it myself; especially since I'm the foodie of the family. I called it in, the guy (unfortunately didn't get a chance to get his name) was super kind on the phone & in-store. we called to order a pizza and wanted to do half and half toppings and they suggested we just do a personal pizza of pepperoni and sausage and then the main pizza we wanted. we received our pizzas and the personal pizza they suggested we order was incorrect. when we called back to inform them it was incorrect and ask what they could do to resolve it they got hostile on the phone and didn't want to help us as all. they made it feel like it was our fault our food was wrong. pizza is fine customer service is not. read more

First time coming to Fernando's pizza. We were warmly welcomed and given really good recommendations. They served us quickly and everything was hot out of the oven. The pizza was reeeally good. I'm a sauce type of person and I really liked the sauce. Now, if you're the type to go looking for buffalo wings that are literally swimming in sauce (like myself) then this is a really good place for wings. I personally like my buffalo wings extra saucy and they definitely were! But they still retain the crunch. Great food all around. Will definitely be back. read more

Fernando's has excellent Pizza! They have a lot of ways to customize your pizza. We like the Sesame seed crust. Their wings are great because they are baked and not greasy. Unfortunately, the chicken wings tasted old and had a really dry, tough texture (like they were just reheated for my order instead of made fresh)...and the "Cajun" flavor was just a TON of buffalo sauce & a few sprinkles of some other seasoning...definitely not "Cajun" wings. Well first time trying Fernando's I've lived in the area for 8 yrs and remember passing by their old location that was located in an abandoned strip mall . I never stopped in there because it looked kind of ghetto there who knew they had good pizza my loss! The good tasty pizza with generous toppings really liked the brushed dough found myself eating the crust which I never do ! The bad well on their site on here it says $9.99 for the carryout special they told me it's $11.99 fine not sweating a couple bucks. I got there and showed the owner the website on Yelp. Another point loss is for the service I was told 15 min I timed it out perfectly when I got there my pizza was just removed from the oven they even said good timing! Well the lady running the register which I'm assuming is the owners wife was talking to a couple. So I sat down and waited for about 5 min she seemed oblivious to me waiting , their delivery guy came in and ended up ringing me out . That's really not the friendly personal customer experience they proclaim on their website. That's ok though ill try them again just not the best service experience for a new customer. read more
