Where does my journey with Fernandos start? It's 1999 and me and my buddies are getting pizza after school with a couple bucks each. We always stop by Fernandos because it's the best pizza in the valley. I grow older and I start ordering pizza from other spots and realize my kids only love Fernandos. This is my pizza place. The owner and kids are delightful to do business with. Fast forward to covid and having the location moved. It's a shame what this family had to go through. To see them come out stronger and being even closer to my home with the new location, is a blessing. All in all, if you want the best pizza in the valley. If you want the best service in the valley. Lupita was a very courteous on the phone and even better in person. The place was spotless clean. Staff was extremely helpful and attentive. I ordered 3 large pizzas, 20 pack of hot wings, and a salad. It was perfect for 7 hungry workers. I wish I would have taken a photo to show the quality of the food. Needless to say there was 3 empty pizza boxes and a pile of chicken bones at the end of lunch. The salad was fresh with nice toppings. Plenty of condiments to go with it; dressings and croutons. On vacation and looking for a new pizza place- thanks to all the Yelpers we found Fernando's Pizza! The owner is the chef, and she knows how to cook! The crust and sauce are made fresh daily, and you can taste the love, and that's just the beginning. All ingredients are top-notch and plentiful. We started with the Supreme salad, which is so fresh and is topped with plenty of carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, onion and bell pepper. It was huge and plenty for 2 people. The pizza was delicious, with a thin crust and a thicker edge- perfect for my husband who likes thin crust and me who prefers a thicker and breadier crust- we were both happy! The sauce was obviously homemade, with a rich tomato flavor and plenty of herbs. And there was no skimping on the toppings! The owner's daughter runs the front of this small restaurant, and she made us feel welcome right away. The owner/chef cares about her customers and her pizza- and it shows!
