Clean cute lil place. Happened upon it while leaving Immersive games. So many drinks to choose from, staff was friendly and helped me with questions I had about the drinks. I ordered an apple green tea with clear strawberry balls with 50% sugar and less ice. Drink was refreshing. They also have desserts like tiramisu. I would definitely return to try some of the other drinks as well as the desserts!
This was my second time visiting this spot, drawn back by its high ratings and once again, it didn't disappoint. I tried both the original milk tea boba and the crème brûlée boba tea. While both were good, the crème brûlée really stood out, it tasted amazing. I also appreciated that neither drink was overly sweet. They were smooth, refreshing, and easy to sip on. Definitely the perfect treat after a long day at work.
The sea salt petal was delicious, it reminds me of Japanese cheesecake just with some added deliciousness. The service was great. They were very friendly and waited patiently as me and my wife chose what we wanted. The restaurant itself was very clean, they just don't have any public restrooms.
Got my kiwi basil green tea as per usual! This location has plenty of parking and the place itself is brightly lit, clean, and has plenty of parking. There's even claw machines for those who partake. My drink tasted standard compared to other locations.
Right now my infatuation is with lychee jelly. If it has lychee jelly im going to order it. So I have been seeking out Teahouse for my fix. This bright light and colored place was just what I needed. I loved that they had a list of about 8-10 different types of teas I could add to my lychee jelly! You order on the screen unless it's backed up and a staff memeber will take you order. They have other types of drinks too milk tea, boba, fruit tea etc. I ordered half peach oolong and half jasmine tea. You can control the sweetness as well as the ice life and they are a variety of inclusions you can select from including boba for an additional cost. As I said before - Ly- CHEE jelly for me! It was quick. And refreshing on a hot day like today! I'll definitely be back! Bonus because they have plugs and multiple locations!

The shop looks new and clean, and there's some cool instagrammable spots on the walls. It's a great place to meet up with friends, grab a quick drink and go, or get some work done as there's several outlets and fast wifi. Service: There was one person taking orders and making the drinks, and she was very nice and incredibly fast! Drinks: We tried the taro milk tea with half sweetness and classic black milk tea with regular (100%) sweetness and boba. The taro milk tea was delicious, and tasted legit like taro! We've had issues with other boba shops having taro drinks that taste too artificial, and we are happy to report that this is not one of them. It was very creamy, and had just the right amount of sweetness. In the classic black milk tea, the robust black tea flavor is the predominant flavor and its supported nicely by the creamy milk. For those who prefer milk tea that focuses on the tea rather than the milk, this is a great option! Surprisingly, it wasnt too sweet despite being 100% regular sweetness, but you may want to ask for less sugar if you want it even more tea-ish. The boba tapioca was good, but nothing special. The drinks are pretty big here for the price, especially compared to other boba shops these days.
I stopped by because I was at an event nearby and their poster promoting the Crème Brûlée Dirty Boba caught my attention. I walked in and there was a nice crowd. You place your order on a screen and then wait. It didn't take long and I'll say that I was very impressed when I tried my drink. It was delicious! They have so many options that I will definitely be back!
This location is super trendy with a cute mural and modern-organic furniture. There are also board games to play with your friends. I really like their fresh lemon tea with extra lemon juice - it is super refreshing in hot summer days. I find that the regular amount of lemon juice isn't sour enough so I always request extra. Didn't stop there for very long, however the shop was super clean and there were even a few games available to play if you wanted to hang out there a bit. From my understanding the shop is a chain which from my experience can be a bit iffy however, the boba was delicious and reasonable priced. There was a good balance between ice, boba and the tea. The drinks didn't taste watered down. And the menu had lots of options for teas and additions.
They were really putting their foot in these drinks because the ones my partner and I got was so good. At tea shops I like to try the standard milk tea to kind of see where they stand in terms of taste. The regular milk tea really stood up to it. The tea from the drink really stood out, the balance of milky and the tea taste was actually what I was looking for. I'm sad because I'll just be craving this milk tea for weeks now. My partner got a matcha breeze, I was scared because some places don't blend their blended drinks well and keep it smooth, but this place has quality bobaristas, those people really cared for their drinks. The shop has a cute vibe and clean aesthetic that you could hang out or do some studying in. There wasn't too much interaction because we ordered from the kiosk in the front, we were indecisive.

I highly recommend this place. Not only do they offer amazing beverages, but they also have friendly staff. When they forgot to add bubbles to my tea, they gave me an extra drink.

Drinks are always served fast and delicious. Compared to the original location in Bellaire, the space here is bigger. They also have board games for kids and adults. We tried the creme brûlée dirty boba with both milk and milk tea version, matcha milk foam cake. The cake comes with green tea peroro stick as well. . Located in a spacious plaza, plenty of parking. They are right next to Dave & Buster. A couple of tables to sit at, cute modern decor. Easy to order at the counter. I like that they didn't have a large menu. A lot of specialty drinks to choose from. The breeze drinks were actually smoothie instead. I opted for the strawberry overload which was pretty good. I love the fresh strawberry bits at the bottom, much better from the boba toppings. Drinks weren't too sweet and pretty refreshing. Also prices weren't as high as some of the boba prices nowadays. Was craving a matcha so decided to search for matcha in the spring branch area. Found this nice shop and decided to give it a try. Upon arrival it was an immediate yes with the ube matcha sign out front. Ordering was very easy and convenient. Self order from kiosk. Menu had everything you needed to know and could easily make adjustments to drink options. The ube matcha was thick and rich like I prefer. Not too sweet just the perfect balance. Just found out there is a location less than a half of mile from me so definitely will be back to try other options. read more

First time coming here! It's located in a very nice place of houston! The food courts are around and good place to get a sweet time having tea with friends and family! I got a bursting dragon tea with 50% sugar and aloe Vera! Perfect match! I can definitely come back here for this! There are many other yummy options as well! I used to be a regular here because the employees created a wonderful atmosphere. But lately, things have gone downhill. They had issues with one of the machines for a few weeks, and more recently they've been so understaffed that there was nowhere to sit. The employees have consistently tried their best, but management obviously doesn't care about them. Today was the last straw. The lobby reeked and I noticed this bucket collecting some kind of rank liquid. Apparently a sewage pump broke and this was the solution management gave them. Collecting what might be human waste in sight of customers. If I hadn't lost my appetite from the smell, I'd definitely not order anything based on how unsanitary this is. Absolutely unacceptable from management to not only accept, but suggest this! read more

Their boba drinks are quali-tea! After a hot day of being out and about in Houston, this really hit the spot. I ordered a Strawberry Breeze and it was delicious. It was blended well and creamy. I also tried the Purple Reign which I also throughly enjoyed. It is yogurt based and worked really well with the black grape flavor. The drinks were all so prettily made! read more

Tried their popular drink, Creme Brulee dirty boba with 1/2 sugar. Perfect amount of sweetness. If not for the boba or the crust on top, it seems like it's just milk, sugar, and ice. They use lactaid milk and have oat milk. No other milks. Besides beverages, they sell cake slices. The wifi speed is great. They have a couple of power outlets. They play music in the background and customer service is decent. They had 2 people working and it looks like one person does all the drinks, if I'm not mistaken. read more

Imma go ahead and give this place a 4 star, because the crime brûlée dirty boba that I swung by and picked up was really stinkin good. Great location to grab before or after a movie. Only critique is that it took a little longer than I thought it should, but the drink was great! read more

The vibes are are cutesy! This is a typical boba shop with nice cashiers and delicious drinks. They have plenty of board games and card games for you to sit and enjoy while you sip. Don't be fooled by the area this place is great! It's next to pop fizzle in the same business center as the Dave and Busters. Their taro milk tea has a richer flavor than most places. Their boba bubbles are nice and chewy and soft (fresh). They have a huge variety of drinks so even if you are a coffee lover they are sure to have something to tickle your fancy. For less than $5 give it a shot! A cute trendy drink and a place to hang out and catch up. read more

Nice place for boba in chinatown! The store is cute and has plenty of seating. The location is also great. The boba is alright--not my favorite, but still good. I found that the pearls themselves were a bit small, and the creme brulee dirty boba kinda just tasted like milk to me. I've had the mango breeze and the kiwi basil green tea though and really loved both of them! Overall would recommend; it has a unique menu and cute atmosphere. read more
