Mango green tea and honeydew cream
    Monica O.

We absolutely love KozyBear, and are so happy they are in the neighborhood! I've tried various drinks and each one has been refreshing and very tasty! My favorite is the mango green tea and my daughter loves the honeydew cream. The owners and staff are so kind. Stellar drinks and great prices.

The boba is very delicious and cheap. Not to mention very good customer service. The inside is cozy and very up to date.

Besides a very clean, chill and relaxing atmosphere, the drinks are really good, especially the Matcha and fruit tea. Me and my friends try Coconut Matcha, Fruit tea and MatchaBanana, there is a wide range of sweetness levels to choose from, so for a light sugar drinker like me it can go down to 5-10% sugar which is really nice. The Matcha is really aromatic and not bitter or have weird aftertaste at all. Salted cream is great balance. The staff are so friendly, say hi when you come in and bye when you leave and very helpful with recommendations. It was a wonderful experience. Definitely will come back and highly recommended

Don't be intimidated by the name lol. Aside from that I sometimes rotate between the matcha section of the menu. They have a decently sized menu and they rotate aa few limited drinks every now and then. Any time they have a limited Fruit Soda/Ade drink, go for it, you won't be disappointed. The inside is so cute, very bright and clean, and all the regulars are just as polite as the staff lol none of the students that study mind if you sit with them. Staff is always really nice and always say hi and bye.

My friends took me here since it's their go-to boba spot. And I'm very impressed. I wish I lived in…read morethe area because this would be my go-to boba spot as well. I ordered the Oolong Milk Tea with boba and 25% sugar. They nailed the sugar level perfectly, it was slightly sweet but not too sweet. The tapioca consistency was very good, it was chewy and had good texture. There's many tables and seating options inside, it's very spacious in there. I tried my friend's Thai Green Tea and that was very delicious as well. If somehow I'm back in the area again, I'd have to try their popcorn chicken too because it seems to be very popular and tasty. Anyways, I highly recommend this place and I look forward to the next time I'll be back. I was far from disappointed, you can't go wrong with coming here.

Both are the best I've had so far within a 30 min drive of the Cypress area. Since I've found Kim's, I've been ordering via Uber eats every 2 weeks or so and will continue to do so. I get the extra spicy popcorn chicken, 1 Thai tea with 2x pearls, and brown sugar milk tea with 1x pearls and it's always consistently good. I've tried over 10 other boba places to try to find a popcorn chicken I love, and I've found the best one here.

The menu can be a little overwhelming but they do have some popular options for you. I got a recommendation from a friend and tried the red bean jelly milk and it was delicious. I've never had this at any other tea house before. But surprisingly the flavor combinations were great and I loved the rich flavor of the red beans as a drink. The service was quick and there were lots of workers around who were patient in taking our orders. Would definitely get this drink again in the future!

Wanting to give Wanpo the benefit of the doubt, I asked if it could be remade because it was a $8 drink. The worker, whose name I believe is Eric, SNIFFED my drink through the straw and said that it's Sugarcane and gave it back to me.....He then said he wouldn't remake it because it smells like it...Huh..? I walked out in shock because, what? Out of all the boba spots that I have been to, never has anyone smelled my drink. In fact, I used to work at a boba shop and never has it occurred to me to smell a drink and not remake it for a customer. Like, I don't know what methods you use to confirm ingredients but you couldn't even take the drink to the back to smell it? You did it in front of my face? I don't ever ask for drinks to be remade unless it tastes nothing like I ordered, I just go about and let it be but this genuinely appalled me. I go to Wanpo and I enjoy their Mango Sago drink but this experience has led me to never come back because... are you serious?

It's not the first time that either of us had a green tea, but this one had no sweetness, and it was really hard to eat the crystals that they had cause it also seemed like the lychee was not peeled all the way, so it was like you're eating fruit skin while drinking your drink. My other friend got a milk tea which she really enjoyed so I think if we ever go back, I would try maybe their drink that has coffee in it and not just a green tea with something. It's really strange how you order your drinks because they have a kiosk upfront and it tells you to order there but they also have people at the counter to order. We tried to order at the kiosk and it wouldn't take the card so we had to order at the counter with the lady and they use a intercom type speaker to talk to you through the glass and then when your order comes up, it's like you're in a train station. It's very loud and very strange and I don't think it's actually necessary if people just use their regular voices not a very relaxing place.
