I explained that I don't want store credit, that I only wore them for ONE shift on LINOLEUM floors. One of the teeny boppers said there was "evidence of wear" & they couldn't give me my money back. Evidence of wear after ONE shift wearing them?! Yeah I highly doubt that wear was from ME. I argue it, asking why they can give me store credit & not my money back. So I call the owner, as instructed by the teeny boppers. NO ANSWER. Left a voicemail. Explained that I live more than 1.5 hours from the store. I got NO RESPONSE. Like EVER. That is the LAST time I go there for shoes. I was told by the teeny boppers that I could take the shoes back home with me, or get store credit. So I'm 1.5 hours away from home, and have accomplished nothing. NO help from the owner. What a waste of time & money! I will NEVER go back to that store. Highly DO NOT recommend buying anything from here!! Let me addend this...if you go to this store, the employees will tell you it's not a problem to return your shoes even if they're worn in a hospital for the 30 day trial period (looking at you Sean). However, they also NEVER mention or point out their return policy (maybe on purpose so they can get the sale?). "The return policy was printed on your receipt" is the response I got when I tried to return them. Well guess what owners? I NEVER would have even bought them had I known what I know now. I bought them because YOUR EMPLOYEE told me they are returnable within 30 days & that I could wear them at work (he knew I worked at a hospital because I specifically mentioned that while trying on multiple different shoes).
