The customers' face which previously was delighted by the white jacket (and how CUTE she looked in it,) simply crumbled. She and her entire family fled the store, losing a sale. My husband and I left without purchasing 2 pair of boots and a pair of pants on principle because we are "old" But guess what? Old People Can afford to ski and sail. So educate your sales people not to insult customers.

This is going to be a mixed review! I will say when shopping at higher end consignment stores,…read morethere is an attitude from the workers that is judgmental and unwelcoming. However, that was not the case here! They were sweet, and even gave my sister a discounted item for something that was stained. Now for the state of the shopping: the racks are so tight that you can't easily browse the racks, there are trash bags stacked in the front of the store and by the stairs. And they were still accepting donations as if they had room for them! I love the selection that they do have, but the racks are unorganized and hard to look through. Sizing on racks is barely marked but the color coordination is nice! It's rare that I come here due to this, but it's nice if you have a lot of time to dig through. A nice place, but it's just hard to shop here.
