Jen did my nails and I went to her due to a recommendation. She did a really good job with the sns but within two days two of my nails have chipped already. Visited Elite yesterday for the first time. Just moved to the area and still trying to put together my service providers. Tried one nail salon 3x and wasn't happy with how quickly my pedicure needed to be redone. I can usually get two weeks out of a good pedicure. Very impressed with the attention to detail and time Elite's nail technicians take to get a great pedicure. And, don't get me started on their color selection...it's off the chart. I have been coming to this spa for the entire year of 2021. I brought several people here to experience what I felt when I first came. Unfortunately, I've noticed each time I have come the services have gone down. Yesterday, when my Mom and I arrived, the owner was very agitated asking if we had an appointment. I told him no, but we are willing to wait. There were zero customers in there at the time so he said come on and was rushing us to go sit, waiving his hand like get on. We didn't even have time to pick out a color. I felt like he told the technicians to hurry up with us because that is exactly the type of experience we had. I was correct because we both were finished our mani and pedi and he was still massaging on his white client's legs. Then, one of the technicians punctured my finger and it was hurting. I believe she is relatively new, but that's okay it was an accident. However, it was uncomfortable. My Mom was sitting under the dryer station allowing her nails to dry and I noticed all of this back and forth communication, then I see the owner hollering and waving at my Mom telling her to calm down. My Mom has dementia. I told him do not speak to my Mom in that tone. He was very disrespectful and not honoring or respecting us as a client as he continued to massage his white clients legs and feet. Because the mistreatment was building up from previous visits, I decided to just observe him the entire visit and I noticed how he catered to his white client, rushed us and disrespected my Mom by hollering at him. Lesson learned, never again. I'm embarrassed as a black person even reporting this because many blacks have made similar complaints at these Asian nail salons, providing us with warnings. My typical nail salon couldn't get me in so I looked in the area for other places who could! As a walk in customer I was quickly in a chair! Very warm Welcoming feeling as I was immediately addressed upon walking in! As a very picky SNS customer I was nervous to try another salon, but pleased is how I left! We were charged $70 which I thought was very high for the type of service we had. Then less than a week later ALL of her nails (except her thumb) have fallen off. I have literally NEVER broke an acrylic nail before. Let alone 3. I got this done not even a week ago. It was pretty rushed through, esp the normal prep work on your actual nails. I did notice my real nails weren't clipped and they tips were glued very close to the end of my nail. I've never experienced this. Acrylic that breaks in barely a week for $30. Elite nails is an intimate and cozy salon. I followed my manicurist, Vince, and his wife from Bella Nails to this salon because they are so passionate about customer service and attention to detail. If you tell them exactly what you want, that is what they give you while asking how they are doing along the way. I also appreciate their honesty. They let me know me how healthy my nails are and when I should take breaks on certain nail practices (like SNS, acrylic, cuticles) which I appreciate. The salon also carries a variety of colors in regular, gel, and SNS. Their staff is also hip to nail trends whether it be ombré nails, designs, shaping. The location is also convenient. Unlike going to the mall, which is across the street, the plaza has plenty of parking and it is easy to get to. It's also really easy to book an appointment the day of. read more

Whenever I do manage to snag an appointment it is always rushed and I never get the hand massage I pay for. My last nail job was supposed to be ombré nails but instead turned out to be a terrible mix of gray and white. Would not recommend coming here. The gel polish cracks very easily. read more

Elite Nails Spa has new ownership as of the summer of 2019. I moved my bi-weekly gel manicures and pedicures from another nail salon to follow the new owners of Elite Nails Salon, Vince and Jennifer. I have been going to Jennifer since I moved to the area in 2014. She is thorough, meticulous, and my gel manicures last at least two weeks. Elite Nails Spa lines the soaking tubs before you get a pedicure, so there is no need to worry about the passing of another client's bacteria. I highly recommend the paraffin pedicure. The tools are all sterilized; however, I bring my own. Vince has a dry sense of humor which adds to the serene atmosphere of the spa. Water, coffee, and tea are complimentary. Jennifer's sister Kelly is also known for her outstanding service. Vince is known for his unique nail designs. I highly recommend Elite Nails Spa for their Outstanding Service! read more

I usually go to this nail salon as the prices are reasonable compared to some of the other options around, and for the most part they do good work. I went in today around 5:30 for a pedicure. I was greeted told them what services wanted and got started on all in about 5 minutes. For the most part, the service for my pedicure was good. I always ask for my big toes to just be filed down and not cut like the other toes. The guy who was working on me had no problem doing that. The issue came in when he cut me not once but twice while trimming my cuticles. The first time I jerked a little, the second time I said something. Moving forward, when it was time to start polishing and he put the alcohol on my toes prior to polishing them he seemed to forget that he cut me. So naturally I say something because you just put alcohol on 2 open wounds smh. He didn't really say anything just kinda looked at me. He finally started polishing and midway through a lady comes over to finish. I guess she saw a few spots where he could have done a little more trimming on my cuticles and trimmed it off. No biggie. Well then she looks at my big toes and takes the trimmers and CUTS my skin!!! I pulled my foot back and she was like " oh there's skin there" my response was " I know that, that's why I had him file it and not cut it." No real response from her. So I said "please hurry up and finish polishing my toes. This is the 3rd time today you all have cut me and that's inexcusable." I let my toes dry and get ready to pay. The guy who actually did the pedicure said " oh if you want, next time when you come here we will take something off our the price of your service." My response was " I won't be coming back, and you honestly should be taking something off the coat of this service not offering for the next time." read more

I was one of the first customers on this morning so i didn't get to see it at it's capacity. My tech was Diana, nice lady, professional and funny. I received a gel manicure and it was decent enough, I have had better. She was thorough. Would I come back, not sure, again i am not from the area so i would normally go to the salon i frequent. I started going here a couple years ago for mani-pedis with my girlfriends. Now the new owner raised a lot of the prices, redecorated, added more polishes and services, and replaced of all the staff except Tina, the former manager (and the best tech before her husband sold the business). Unfortunately ever since then, she does the minimum she needs to get your appointment over with. Barely says anything to you at all. I won't trust anyone else to my pedicure but Tina. She's very thorough and offers additional services only when absolutely needed. She's a perfectionist which I absolutely love. This was the worst pedicure of my life. Not only did I leave bleeding from where the pedicures but into my foot working on my cuticles but it did not stop bleeding over an hour later. She never acknowledged it - never apologized, still was charged full price and the polish was ruined from the blood. She never even checked on me as my foot bled all over their floor.
