Ambience: the building is located near the new shopping center where the Aldi's is and like anything new it's fresh, clean and has a very large space. You can park in the back and use either the front or back entrance to enter thrive. When you walk in the best part about thrive is that everyone is friendly and you are greeted by the doors. You're encouraged to sign in so that your service provider knows what you requested and you can receive point (which for me is a great way to engage customers to come to their business). The service providers and attendance to know your name and the service you provided if you book before. The workstations are clean with new chairs and long tables that give a minimalist and organized look. There are at least 13 or more workstations, yet they are spread far enough so that you do not fill your sitting on top of another customer. You offered a drink of water, soda or wine (red or white) as your service begins. The pedicure service is located on the second half of the shop and contains at least 15 stations. The stations across from you are far apart, at the stations next to your close enough that if you want to chat with a friend, you could hear them in the pedicure wing. The pedicure stations are new, clean and spacious with chairs that do everything but pay your bill, they are incredible. The window dressings are floor to ceiling, and there is a door where the staff can collect items for your service but is hidden away to keep an aesthetic look. Thrive is one of the most beautiful nail shops I've been in. They've really done a great job with the decor and creating a welcoming ambience. Pedi Service- My service provider was Albert and both he and the skills are simply amazing and top-notch for my both my pedi and nail service. Albert was able to soak my nail, as I selected which petty service I wanted for that day. Thrive offer three options low-cost, medium cost, and a high-end cost. The high-end service provides callus removal and is highly recommended. Although I prefer many more options when it comes to a pedicure. the pedicure lasted a very long time and my feet felt wonderful and smooth. They do not use the grading system to remove callus as by law they are keeping with the sanitation and safety regulations for their mail business. The soothing elements they use for the pedicure, smell wonderful and did not irritate my skin at all. The pedicure lasted about 50 minutes, which I love in the filling, treatment, massage, and gel polish on my toes was excellent. Albert is a caring nail tech that checks in with you to see how the service is going, and if anything is needed for you. Nail service: I request requested a gel layover with a different design on each nail. My nails are almond shaped and had acrylic which I wanted removed. I asked if they had time in which Albert said yes! What I loved about my service is that Albert is meticulous and takes pride at every nail he works on. Not only was the shaping my nails completed with precision, but the gel that was laid over my nails were done with accuracy, which is important to me. I don't like thick nails, and Albert was very nice to ask how I felt about the thickness and shape of the nail before he moved onto the gel polishing design. I was able to send a picture of what I need it to thrives IG account and that helped Albert plan and provide the materials needed for the intricate designs. Each service provider uses a tech case that they can roll around with their items and materials, which I think is a great idea and keep things organized and tidy. Outputs innovation and technique with the design I provided was spot on, and I was more than pleased with his designs and nail work. He is the GOAT- and his personality is also very kind, which I think is great for customer service. Thrive has many color options, styles of nail paint, dip, and other options for what you would like both on your nails and or feet. They do offer other services such as waxing as well. Yet I went specifically for the nails and the pedicure. Cost and Tip: The cost of my pedicure, take off nails, tips, gel layover, and design cost me around $146. This was a great price for me considering my last shop I would pay a similar price just for a nail fill and a gel pedicure. You can use Apple Pay, card and cash to pay, yet I did didn't see anywhere to add a tip on the bill, so be sure to always tip your service provider and bring cash if you choose. There is an ATM in the back of the store in which you can pull cash out for a fee. There are many perks are coming to thrive besides the atmosphere and the service, as they offer discounts for certain jobs and careers and points for services you receive. This is a great way to keep your customers coming back and one of the reasons I wanted to have my completed by a service provider in Thrive.
