The brow lines looked amazing and so natural, it truly was my brows but better. I intend to go see her again for brows when it's time for another lash service. The lashes turned out great, by the way. I highly recommend getting a lash lift and tint if you're looking to make your eyes pop without the irritation of lash extensions. I've been here many times and have always been satisfied with my services, but the desk. How can such a beautiful salon employ such unhappy front desk receptionists? Example of conversation: Walked in "I'd like to make an appointment for such and such service" "Ok when?" Me: "Does (stylist) have an opening on x day?" "Only until 1pm" Me: "Ok, I'd like to schedule, I can come in the morning" "Ok what time?" Me: "Whatever she has open, let's try x?" "Yes she can do that" Me: "Ok, thanks" :( My suggestion: Offer a few times up until 1pm. Example: "She has 10, 11, or 12. Do any of these times work for you?" I am the customer. Update: this is now HK nails…read more I came here after a bad experience at another (closer) salon and I'm so glad I did. The salon has been updated upon changing owners and is remarkably clean. I chose a deluxe pedicure ($45) which came with a sugar scrub, callus remover, hot towel, lotion and polish. I should note that the hot towel was wrapped around my legs instead of just laid over my legs. Something about that was really relaxing. The nail technician took. Her. Time. It was so nice to feel like I got actual attention rather than I was an opportunity for a new "fastest pedicure" record. When I left the other salon a few weeks ago I was so disappointed the polish was so thinly coated that it looked way worse than when I do my own nails. This time my nails were shaped beautifully and the polish was shiny and perfectly done. Great little escape! They have a sign to tip in cash, but they do accept Venmo for tips as well!

The pedicure was great - I upgraded to a more expensive pedicure (infused spa?) and it was great - the nail technician was gentle and really sweet. I also got a dip manicure and there are some minor imperfections that I noticed in the sunlight after I left, but I think they're only noticeable to me. I particularly enjoyed my pedicure experience here because they have a little pop up foot stand to rest your feet on when they're doing the callus removal and you don't have to hold your feet up in the air. I'll be back when I'm ready for my next service!

I called, and they told me to come in to get them fixed. They asked me who did my nails, and I couldn't remember his name, but he happened to walk up to the desk. I said it was the man who walked up, and he immediately began questioning me as though he was denying it could have been him. The staff tried to look me up on the computer but couldn't find my visit on 9/17. The nail tech and I proceeded to look for the color we used. I thought I found it, but he just brought me back to his station without finding the color match. He simply filed my nails down to nubs and put a clear coat over them. To no surprise, they started chipping a few days later, and now I am just trying to stretch it out since I paid $130 for a dip mani and pedi. I am mostly frustrated at the fact that he kept saying "it wasn't him" who did my nails. I literally said to him, "I'm not crazy. It was you." I almost followed up with "Unless you have an identical twin brother with the exact same tattoos, it was you." He was obviously annoyed the whole time. The guy even stuck his phone in my face to show me a receipt of some kind. The nail tech next to him said to me, "It couldn't have been him because the only customer he had that day was a dip mani and a pedi." I said, "Yah. I had a pedi too." Insinuating your customers are liars is bad business. And so is doing a poor job not only the first time, but the second.
