I had a lash lift and tint as well as my brows done - which is saying a lot because I haven't trusted my brows to ANYONE in my 40 year old life. I hacked them up when I was a 90s kid and have been afraid to have someone thin them out too much ever since! Melissa (?) did a great job. The brow lines looked amazing and so natural, it truly was my brows but better. I intend to go see her again for brows when it's time for another lash service. The lashes turned out great, by the way. I highly recommend getting a lash lift and tint if you're looking to make your eyes pop without the irritation of lash extensions. I had been doing extensions for wedding season and loved the look but needed a break. Melissa revived my lashes and now I don't feel like I even need mascara anymore! Very happy with my results.

Update: this is now HK nails…read more I came here after a bad experience at another (closer) salon and I'm so glad I did. The salon has been updated upon changing owners and is remarkably clean. I chose a deluxe pedicure ($45) which came with a sugar scrub, callus remover, hot towel, lotion and polish. I should note that the hot towel was wrapped around my legs instead of just laid over my legs. Something about that was really relaxing. The nail technician took. Her. Time. It was so nice to feel like I got actual attention rather than I was an opportunity for a new "fastest pedicure" record. When I left the other salon a few weeks ago I was so disappointed the polish was so thinly coated that it looked way worse than when I do my own nails. This time my nails were shaped beautifully and the polish was shiny and perfectly done. Great little escape! They have a sign to tip in cash, but they do accept Venmo for tips as well!

She took extra time to get the blackheads out of my nose and even pluck my eyebrows. Samantha said that the five element facial which is one hour long is the best for combination skin because she can make recommendations on what is best for my skin. If I went the anti-aging route, then she could only use that line. This place is located right off West St, very close to downtown Annapolis. The place is super cute and has a place to relax in super comfy robes and you can drink tea. Parking might be an issue but I got lucky and found a spot right out front. It is pricey but once again you have remind yourself that it is a "treat yo self" kinda place. Can't wait to come back!

I told him TWICE that it was supposed to be a soak off but he just did want he wanted to do. He filled the top half of my nails and pretty much drilled off all of the remaining acrylic so my nails were pretty bare. He then put gel on my nails and continued to over-file annnnnd of course cut my cuticles :( to the point where they started bleeding. When he was done, he went to start the pedicure in which I declined because if this is the job on my nails, what would my feet look like? Now my nails are splitting at the bed and honestly i think that everyone working should be on one accord when serving people. NO tech should be doing a mediocre job and others doing a little better. Definitely not returning and others could take precaution! Oh and the shaping is horrible

I called, and they told me to come in to get them fixed. They asked me who did my nails, and I couldn't remember his name, but he happened to walk up to the desk. I said it was the man who walked up, and he immediately began questioning me as though he was denying it could have been him. The staff tried to look me up on the computer but couldn't find my visit on 9/17. The nail tech and I proceeded to look for the color we used. I thought I found it, but he just brought me back to his station without finding the color match. He simply filed my nails down to nubs and put a clear coat over them. To no surprise, they started chipping a few days later, and now I am just trying to stretch it out since I paid $130 for a dip mani and pedi. I am mostly frustrated at the fact that he kept saying "it wasn't him" who did my nails. I literally said to him, "I'm not crazy. It was you." I almost followed up with "Unless you have an identical twin brother with the exact same tattoos, it was you." He was obviously annoyed the whole time. The guy even stuck his phone in my face to show me a receipt of some kind. The nail tech next to him said to me, "It couldn't have been him because the only customer he had that day was a dip mani and a pedi." I said, "Yah. I had a pedi too." Insinuating your customers are liars is bad business. And so is doing a poor job not only the first time, but the second.
