The wait wasn't long (but I was there in the early afternoon on a weekday on an icy, snowy day, when some people may still have been hunkered down indoors), but I'd recommend making a reservation, since they're not a large nail salon and didn't seem to have as many staff members as other nail salons. But it was clean and comfortable, and they were playing great music. My nails look great - shaped perfectly, painted carefully. They took their time to make sure my nails looked great. They were friendly, and they offer plenty of paint options (I had plenty of dip options to choose from). Really a good place for a mani or pedi. I'd be happy to return.

The description of the gel manicure mentions a lotion massage, but what I received was just a few drops of cuticle oil after curing the polish -- definitely not the same thing. I have been here twice, once where they used COLD damp towels to wipe off my feet (steam is disinfecting... so i'm hoping they disinfect their blue towels otherwise). The nail tech also used a wrench (from a nearby bucket of miscellaneous tools) to unclog my foot basin.
