I have been going to Bliss for several years. I used to hop around from various salons but once my cousin recommended Bliss, I haven't been anywhere else. Their customer service is amazing and their manicures and pedicures last forever. Their pricing is cheaper than most other salons in the area. The salon is very clean and the atmosphere makes for a relaxing and fun experience. They are always on time for scheduled appointments which is huge to me and they offer yummy snacks and drinks to their clients. No customer walks in the door without immediately being greeted with a smile and "how can we help you today?" I give the highest rating to Kelvin, Morgan and their team and encourage anyone looking for a good mani pedi and other salon services to give Bliss a try. Very disappointed with the quality of my nails. I had a dip with cat eye gel on my fingernails and a gel pedicure done. The entire process was extremely rushed. I have received this exact same combination at other nail salons with no issue. The nail technician seemed very frustrated with doing dip and cat eye saying she has never done that before but would do it for me. She made me feel like it was an inconvenience although I was paying for it and asked if it was okay. The nail color is very inconsistent on each nail, some not even having the cat eye appearance or much color. The dip was still caked up underneath all the nails and the nails look very thick on top. They didn't have the color I picked out, which is fine, but she was upset that I wasn't sure what other color I wanted when there was no book in front of me. I was not asked which type of pedicure I wanted. She preselected the most basic pedicure. I initially wanted a little bit of a longer one. After getting my dip/cat eye done... I was honestly fine with that after feeling a bit flustered and overwhelmed with her frustration. Hand Dentist I'm 50 and getting manicures since 17. Manicures in general have gotten worse and worse as it is usually a villager who hasn't been pampered ever and therefore doesn't understand pampering. Between drilling my cuticles (ouch) and the death grip on my hands and then not filing shaping and cleaning under thr nails (gardener) it was a mess. I actually thought my pinky might break from how she twisted and gripped it which is unusual so this place is worse than the worst which is hard honor to achieve. $50 and 5 days later, my dip polish one finger lifted up and fell off. The managers are very friendly and welcoming. I like the overall calming atmosphere, however I do have a few suggestions. They use sanitary liners for the pedicure baths but I never once seen anyone clean the actual basin in between clients or use any type of cleaning tablets or products. The sanitary liners end up being cut to drain the water at the end anyway, which contaminates the basin. The chairs and trays are not wiped down in between clients. I recently contracted a nail fungus after a service here and started paying more close attention. When putting acetone or cuticle oil on, they touch the tip of the bottle everyone's toes instead of pouring it on without touching. They need to step up their infection prevention practices. My other constructive critique is that maybe they could switch up the music playlist from instrumental piano to spa noises or something else. read more

It was my first time at Bliss Nails today. My fave nail tech at another place is on vacation and needed gel mani and pedi for an occasion. I was impressed by the quiet ambiance, ventilation was good (despite it being a busy Friday afternoon, the salon did not smell like super strong polish/acetone/products), and it was clean. What made my experience great was KIM! Kim had a calm demeanor, smile on her face, and very accommodating. Most importantly, she cleaned around my nails very well (I'm very easy peasy and plain with my nails, she did great!) and her foot scrub with massage was so relaxing. This was my first time at Bliss Nails, I did not receive spa treatment. They had a little girl working the front, she asked everyone if they would like a drink accept me. Pedicure time I soaked for ten minutes in cold water, the technician did not ask what kind of service I wanted until the near end and that's also when she asked if I wanted anything to drink. I opted out to get my nails done because the experience was awful. There is so much more I could say but they need to work on the customer experience . read more

I'll let the pictures speak for themselves, and this is gel so I'm going to have to soak in acetone to get them off. 9/4/2025 11AM. I am fuming and almost in tears typing this. Bliss Nails was already lower in my list to go, due to past rushed work. But today sealed the deal. Initially wouldn't tell me how long, just told me to pick a color. Waited about 25 minutes. Then I was brought back to a pedicure chair, which I sat in so long my water got COLD. A room with four chairs, and the other three patrons were all being worked on accept me. The only black woman by the way. Finally, as I opened Yelp, someone came to work on my feet. This was the most uncomfortable nail experience of my life. Please just be more transparent with your wait times and set clear expectations for your patrons. read more

Had an appointment at noon. Arrived 10 minutes early. My wife and I were taken back for our pedicure. Her pedicure started immediately but I was still sitting there 30 minutes later with my feet in cold water. Ended up walking out after 35 minutes. First time there and obviously won't go back. I really wished that I could give this nail spa five stars but the service from my nail tech was unacceptable and unprofessional. While providing me service she stopped at least ten times to answer her personal cell phone and to text her friend. It was extremely annoying. I've never experienced that while getting a service. Each time she had the nerve to apologize but never stopped doing it. So how sorry was she? The salon's atmosphere is very nice and it has a sign that clearly states no cellphone use, but it must not be applicable to their employees. To make matters worst, another employee came and sat next to me and decided to have a full conversation with the manicurist while I was trying to enjoy what little attention I was receiving. I struggled writing the review because my mani and pedi turned out great. However, I will never go back if this is the norm for their employees to handle personal business while serving customers. read more

On Saturday, 10/16, I did a walk-in appointment for a gel manicure. This is the 3rd time I've been to this establishment and the 1st time without an appointment. On arrival I was asked to wash my hands and sit with a nail tech so he could soak my nails to remove previous gel polish applied. Instead of shaving off the top coat and wrapping my hands in alcohol and foil this man removed all of my polish with the nail drill. It was incredibly painful. You could tell he was rushing. The grit on the shaver he was using was too thick and it thinned my nail bed (see examples attached). There were multiple times where he was moving so fast he shaved my skin creating hangnails!! I told him not to use the nail drill anymore and just file. He tried to persuade me this was a regular method used to remove polish. I explained I'm familiar with the technique and prefer it not be used to protect my nail bed. He then proceeded to attempt to file my nails with the nail drill. My nail beds were red and soar. I then told him I don't want a gel manicure just regular clear polish and a cuticle clean up. I did this because the damage to my nail Bed will take months to heal! He kept pushing more services on me rather than focus on the task being poorly completely to begin with. He went to cut my nails and NONE OF THEM WERE EVEN AFTER MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS TO GET HIM TO EVEN THEM. He kept trying to rush me to wash my hands so he could be done. I refused service and asked for the manager. The manager didn't care and told me she was busy and didn't have time to speak to a customer. A customer of which she has worked with twice in the past. THIS WAS UNACCEPTABLE. I do not recommend this nail salon to ANYONE read more

The nail technicians are efficient but don't rush the process, which is nice. The only thing I didn't like was that they put you shoulder to shoulder with other clients (despite rows of open stations) instead of spacing out the manicure stations to give each person a bit more room. Pricing was standard compared with other places around Annapolis. Parking is plentiful since they're in the same complex as Dollar Tree and Home Depot. *** Oh, they only accept tips in CASH (not credit card or gift card) which is inconvenient. read more

Worst manicure I've ever had. I don't know the gentleman's name, and bless his heart...he seemed to be trying...but it was horrendous. I asked for a dip powder manicure with no gel topcoat, since the gel always seems to discolor and peel before my nails grow out. He got started and was so rough filing my nails I thought they were Going to break. He filed one of my nails crooked and he skipped over two fingers when he was trimming my cuticles. The biggest issue seemed to be how to do the dip power with the activator and too coat. He did the activator and filed my nails, then added what I suspect was a regular nail polish topcoat. It was taking forever to dry (like real nail polish does) and he seemed confused. He tried to add MORE activator at the cuticle (no clue why) which didn't do anything but leave streaks in my topcoat. When I asked him to fix it, he just said "it's okay". Then he tested the topcoat and it was still wet. He left a fingerprint in it and tried to get me to keep drying it in the fan. Dip powder top coat only takes 2-4 min to dry and we were long past that. I told him I think it was the wrong top coat so he tried to take it off with acetone. My nails looked horrible and he had a coworker come and fix it. She filed them again and added the right products to get it to cure. I finally paid and left, but the sides of my nails have dip powder on them, my cuticles look like crap and I just wanted to get out of there. All of this...for a whopping $52 and it took 90 minutes. No thanks. On the hunt again for a good dip powder manicure....sigh read more

My mom and I have had such a wonderful experience. We love their pedicures and of course always leave feeling refreshed with a new manicure. They never make us feel like we have to get gel/dip on our nails and sometimes we just get a manicure with regular polish. I was referred to Crystal I patiently waited until they were ready! I like the front desk receptionist named GG she made it very welcoming! I got my pedi first! Their chairs were so comfortable and I was with my friend and her baby and the place we sat was somewhat private which I liked!! I got a $30 pedi which is the basic one. I like the person who did my pedi she didn't hurt me and she clipped my toenails evenly!!! So after the pedi it was time for my full set! I asked for a Ombré white and pink picture below! At first I was skeptic because I'm super picky!! I normally just get a cute paint color. So she started and time by the time she was done the salon was closed and she stayed after to finish me!
