I tried this salon for the first time last week and it will be my new spot! I'll be honest, the inside is not very nice. Everything looks a bit worn and outdated, but they did an amazing job on my nails. I got an American tip pedicure and a gel x set on my hands and both turned out so beautiful. They took their time and were very detail oriented, and both my toes and fingers haven't so much as chipped and I literally went scrambling in the red rocks of Arizona lol. Good prices- not expensive but not crazy cheap either. I'm giving 2 stars because my nail technician was really nice but my nails were not the color on the sample (they came out way more sheer than the sample nail), the polish was way thicker than I like my nails to look, the coffin shape was super inconsistent (half of some of my nails were filed and the other half weren't), the final result already looks like it needs a fill because the polish and acrylic started far from the cuticle, and there was a dark piece of dust/string that got on one nail and dried there but my nail tech just painted over it until it wasn't as visible so that one nail is just really thick. Overall, nice woman but not pleased with the nails at all. read more

The lady rushed through mine because another person walked in and she cut my time short. There was blood on my toes from her cutting my nail and she painted over it. No massage. My granddaughter and I came at the same time and the girl was really great with her and did a pedicure like it should've been. She just walked away and left me there. she was watching her watch the whole time. Then she looked at me and said is there a problem and that's when I said yes you did a half assed job. Bad time going there With this person. Left no tip, but we left one for my granddaughter's. Bad part the one person has ruined it for ever going back. what really made me mad that the lady that was doing my granddaughters pedicure was told she was slow and that's why mine was done (half done) so quick. I am staying in Severna Park and was unable to go to my regular manicurist. Read some reviews and decided to try iNails. GREAT CHOICE. Stella was amazing. I get the sms manicure and was concerned since the last time I went somewhere other my regular place it was a disaster. Nails had peeled in 3 days. Thought I would wait a few days before writing a review. The salon is very clean and the owners could not be any friendlier. Great atmosphere. Great choices in colors. Stella actually gave me a neck rub when done and now I hope to come back to get a massage. I highly recommend this salon if you are looking for a quality manicure and a friendly atmosphere. My toe nails were cut down too short and they cut too far in on the sides. Though they took their tim basically bathing my legs I ran out of time and had to rush out without them painting my toes. Even though I let them know two times that I had to leave soon they did not finish. I still was requested pay the full amount. I will not return, space did not look clean and was not well stocked. read more

I have been there twice now and both times the customer service and quality of service that I received from Vanessa were the best by far that I have received from any place in this area! Their prices are fantastic and have all the latest equipment and services. The salon is super clean and well lit with TVs to keep you entertained. Best in the area. Went to try this salon that a friend recommended.. sign on door states "walk ins welcome" so I walked in, inadequate staffing unable to accommodate any more than 1-2 customers. It's a Thursday afternoon it's not like it's a Monday morning at 9am. I am a customer who spends $100+ every two weeks in my nails and toes eyebrows etc and I was turned away because there was one "one person who could I fall sets? Serenity nail so and nail trix are more dependable salons and will be keeping my huskiness there. read more

This place is amazing! The staff is friendly, helpful and very efficient. They do beautiful nails and the pedicures are always wonderful!

This was my second visit to this salon and it will be my last. During the pedicure, they cut my toe enough that it was bleeding in the soaking bowl. The technician did not through away the emery board or any other disposable equipment she used on my bleeding toe and not sure about sterilizing the metal tools. Then I had an acrylic fill done. Must have just been my day. First, I had just had my first fill done there 10 days earlier. Imagine my surprise when I noticed fungal infections on 3 of my nails. I have had acrylics for over 15 years and this has only happened twice before and I never returned there either. Not only did I notice infections, but this technician also cut the skin under my nail. Not only did she not throw away anything disposable, she didn't clean any of the metal bits either. Now I understand why I was the only person in the salon at 10 am on a Saturday morning. read more
