Subpar quality and customer service. The finished gel polish was streaky and the nail tech did not put lotion on my toes and heels. I mentioned this to him and requested him put more on those areas, he did an even more underwhelming job while continuing to avoid my toes and heels. Not sure what that was supposed to be but it was awkward to watch and endure. Not only that but this establishment has very questionable hygienic practices. I have been here twice, once where they used COLD damp towels to wipe off my feet (steam is disinfecting... so i'm hoping they disinfect their blue towels otherwise). The nail tech also used a wrench (from a nearby bucket of miscellaneous tools) to unclog my foot basin. Unfortunately I have noticed what seems to be an infection on my feet since (day 3 after) getting pedicure from here. Will NOT be back-- unacceptable, unpleasant, and unsanitary! read more

Nacey did a fantastic job on my nails (both hands and feet)!! It's been almost two weeks and they still look extremely fresh - I'm surprised because I got a sunflower yellow on my nails but it's held up so well! During my visit there was an unhappy customer but I witnessed the staff go above and beyond for said person, all while keeping their cool and maintaining order. Great prices, clean, friendly. Roaches, roaches, ROACHES!!! My first visit was great. The boyf and I went in close to closing time and received the absolute best pedicures we've ever experienced. I was so happy to finally find a place of pampering worthy of my hard-earned $$$. If there were vermin running all around me, I didn't notice. My second visit, two weeks after the first, was absolute horror. I went in around 1pm and there was a smashed 'bug' on the ground next to the sign in sheet. It never crossed my mind that this could have been a roach. I sat down in the pedi chair and as the tech turned on the water, a roach crawled out of the basin. By this time I'm trying to convince myself that I didn't see what I just saw. I decided to leave... As I got up from the chair, I noticed a couple small roaches crawling on the chair next to me. OMG..... And that's not all..... There was a little dish of blue water (sanitizer, i suppose) with a nail brush in it on the sink that I used to wash my hands. This little dishes of blue water had ............. wait for it .............. DEAD ROACHES in it! I was done. I don't ordinarily post reviews, but I absolutely had to let the good people of Annapolis know to STAY THE HECK AWAY from this place. Ugh! read more

I have been going there religiously for a few years until I moved from Annapolis. I've only had one person there who gave me awful gel acrlyic nails, but I think he was in training and they got rid of him quickly. Is very low cost, so if you're looking for something luxurious, this is not the place. It's clean, the people are friendly, and they get you to extremely quickly. LOVE their eyebrow waxing. They don't clog my pores as much as other salons do, and the shape/fullness is perfect. No burning of my eyelid skin either (which unfortunately has happened elsewhere). I would HIGHLY recommend this salon; they're the best for quick, cheap, quality work! read more

I've been to 2 other nail places in the area since we moved here, and have stuck with this place. I believe it's family owned and employed, and they're all very friendly. It has always been very clean, which I feel is rare for a nail salon nowadays for whatever reason. I've seen the same ppl working every time, which I appreciate. They've always been extremely polite to other customers from what I've seen and never act like you're an inconvenience when you walk in, which is also rare. Combined with the fact that my pedis have lasted a full 2 weeks almost every time I've come here, this place makes me a loyal customer. They are closed on Tuesdays and prefer tips in cash, just a heads up. read more

Helen, her family, and staff are attentive, extremely friendly, and very good at all of the services offered. I usually come with friends and they have never been disappointed. I will never go back here. The customer service and quality of the job were less than impressive. The guy who did my manicure rushed through it and was rude when I asked him to go back and repaint the areas of my nails he missed. The top coat that he used is terrible. My nails were messed up just a few hours later. I can paint my nails so much better. What a waste of $15 and my time. read more
