Talented nail technicians, friendly clean I have been going there for 10 years Nancy and Johnny are my go to for pedicures read more

Absolute worst acrylic set I have ever had and it took her three full hours. She spent twenty minutes trying to glue the tips on, which is when I should have walked out. You can see in the pics that my cuticles have been thoroughly destroyed. She made me bleed multiple times. The acrylic was horrendously thick. I did not have time to get them redone so had to go to a New Year's Eve party with my nails looking terrible. read more

Their name matches the elegance of the service. Recently remodeled, Elegant Nails is bright and airy, featuring white marble floors and sparkling lights in glass chandeliers. I've received excellent service twice in the last six months. Both times I chose the classic pedicure, which is $37. Several people scheduled appointments although both times I was able to do a walk-in with ease. Client are treated professionally with dedication to qualityservices. read more

Poor attitude and service. What a shame but happy to be redirected to a professional salon where the service is on par and worthy of repeat business. read more

Salon is old, dirty and gross when I arrived first time. When I called, they had availability mid day during the week. It was empty minus one other person but the nail tech, who started taking off my gel nails, was on her phone the whole time over speaker talking with her family. She couldn't get off & so you're forced to listen to them yell at each other over the speaker cell phone. Loud. She then sent me to the pedicure bowl where the water first wasn't working then it was totally freezing water still with her cell phone on the speaker the whole time yelling with family. I had to ask her to get off her cell phone to try to warm up the freezing water. I finally just got up off the chair & walked out of the salon told them they were awful. The other midd aged male nail tech was sitting on his phone whole time slumped over playing video games with his bright sports car parked out front - fake wealth. Place is totally sketch, staff are rude & they don't care about their clients. Go elsewhere! read more

I walked in ... asked for a pedicure ... woman at the front looked me up and down twice and proceeded to say ummm we are busy. I said okay may I wait? She said hour and a half wait. Clearly didn't want my business. So rude and I didn't even get service. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DEAD read more

Elegant Nails is my Favorite Salon to have a Pedicure and My Nails. Ann & Nancy are my go to girls. So Professional and Friendly!!!

I walked into the nail salon around 4:20pm on a Saturday to get the SNS dip removed from my nails and get an acrylic overlay. When I walked in I was greeted by a nice older lady and informed her of the services needed. She told me it could be done and told me to be seated. The female she was speaking to checked her watch as if they were about to close but the door says they close at 6:30pm. She sat down to do my nails but gave me vibes that she didn't want to. I wanted to leave but bc I had plans that evening I needed them done. She was extremely rough and moving really fast. After she finished the nice older lady polished them. My nails itself were thick and not shaped correctly but the color/polishing was great. Please don't waste your time and money... go elsewhere. read more

Go see Jenny (she also goes by Kim) and get an SNS manicure. I'd had one previously done at a competing salon and came here with my aunt when it was time to refresh. Jenny took her time and payed close attention to detail. It has been two weeks since my manicure and my nails are strong and healthy and, besides the regrowth, my nails look great and my manicure is in tact. The prices here are better than most salons in the area and Jenny is really nice and good at what she does. Can't wait to go back for another SNS manicure! read more

I've been coming to Elegant Nails for a long time. The service is wonderful. Lovely, friendly and professional. My go to place to feel pampered and spend some girl time with my daughter (who is also a loyal customer) I could not recommend more highly!! read more

Excellent pedicure!! Nancy took her time and made the experience very enjoyable and relaxing.. My arm is in a sling from surgery and both herself and Johnny helped me in and out of the chair , propped my arm with a pillow... very sweet !! read more

I haven't left a yelp review for a long time but I came here and was so impressed that I had to give them a good review to boost their yelp score! I came in first thing on a Sunday morning and was immediately impressed by the friendly prompt service. I don't know what they are like during a busy time, but everyone who came in after me was also helped right away. I got a pedicure and a gel manicure. The pedicure was excellent. I had just gotten one 10 days before that was rather crappy, so I was even more thankful for the technician's thoroughness. She was meticulous with my cuticles and calluses. She didn't tickle too much and was great with the massage and the towel wrap - making it tight like I like it. read more

I have nothing but good things to say about Elegant Nails. I have been a customer for many years and am always pleased. The Spa Pedicure is my favorite way to pamper myself and my feet! Everyone there is very friendly, helpful and professional. The place is just as clean as you would hope and the decor is relaxing and pleasing. You can also get your waxing done here. Nancy and Johnny have been my favorite technicians for a long time, but even when I have someone else, I have been pleased. Do yourself a favor. Try Elegant Nails. read more

My "go-to" neighborhood spot. Very professional. Very friendly. Very clean. They value and remember their clients. When I have made recommendations in the past, like "you need matching colors" or "you need to do chrome", the next time I visited - they had it! I don't even have to tell them what I want now. They know! With this type of treatment, I will always return. read more

Fairly clean and nice and quiet. The guy who did my pedicure seemed to actually care if I liked the job I was doing and asked for my repeat business. I like that he cared. A stones throw from Vy nails where the rudeness of one of the girls has my friends and I avoiding like the plague. read more

I have gone to Elegant nails for a few years. I keep returning for several reasons. - Many other salons reek of chemicals. This one does not. - Pedicures last for weeks! - I have had sloppy pedicures in other salons where my toes have been gouged with tools, resulting in nicks and sore toes, never here - I have never had to wait longer than five minutes as a walk-in - Staff is pleasant and professional, and the prices are VERY competitive I have never had a bad experience here. I highly recommend this salon. read more

I adore this place immensely! The technicians are particularly well trained and very thoroughly compassionate of each customer experience, old and new clientele alike. They seem comparably priced, and the experience has been exceptional each and every time. I am very pleased by the whole experience. The location is fantastic as well, plenty of convenient parking, and public transit friendly. The salon is clean, neat, professional and comfortable. I've been coming here for a few months now. I had a bad experience with a couple of other salons in the Annapolis area; maybe my standards are too high. I recommend Elegant Nails Salon very highly! read more

Tony is so awesome! He did an amazing job and didn't rush through like many places do. He cares that you like your pedicure.

So I'm giving them 2 stars because they were friendly and the salon was nice. My friend and I both had mani/pedis and were very disappointed with the results. For the pricing, which is on the higher side, it was not worth it. Our nails look like they were painted by kindergarteners...I did have my eyebrows threaded and they look really good, but since we went in hoping for pretty fingernails and toenails I'm still not impressed and won't be going back. read more

"If you are a person of color don't bother your business isn't wanted". When you walk in they look at you as if you're in the wrong place. Unfortunately, this was the impression that I was given when stopping by to try them out. Actually sucks because the woman did a great job on my eyebrows, oh well! read more

Worst pedicure I have ever had! The man was rough and didn't even help me in and out of the seat. He kept pulling my leg and I had to make him do it over because he couldn't remove all the previous nail polish off my feet. He rushed me out of the seat even thought her was no one else waiting and threw my belongings on the ground. I will never come back. read more

I pass by this salon everyday after work. I thought to give them a try so after work on a Monday afternoon I decided to check them out. I usually get gel polish but I wanted to take a break from gel and let my nails breathe so I decided to get a regular French manicure. When I walked in I told the young lady what I wanted and she kept insisting I get gel. When I told her that I wanted just a regular manicure she rolled her eyes and got an attitude with me. I Already had nail polish on my nails however it was chipping so I just asked her for a polish change. There were three other people who worked there in the shop and only one of them had a client. The young lady said something in her language to the other employees and they started to laugh and gave me this rude look I was very uncomfortable the whole time. She didn't say one word to me I didn't feel rushed necessarily however she definitely seemed like she wanted to be done with me. After my nails dried I went to check out and the lady who did my nails didn't even acknowledge me mind you there is only one other client in the salon. So needless to say my experience here was disappointing and frustrating and I will not be returning. read more

I have used Elegant Nails for several years and have always been very pleased with the care and service that I have received. I have tried other salons but always go back to Elegant Nails. Try it, you can't go wrong. Lois W. Annapolis, MD read more

I've been here many times over the years, generally because of the convenient location and because it seems clean. Despite being a 'regular' for years and even having my bridal party get their nails done there, I always feel like my nails are done below standards. I generally end up being cut at some point throughout the process as well, one time my nail was ground so thing that the MIDDLE of my nail bled. This past time when I was back in the area visiting my mom we went to get our nails done here. Everyone immediately recognized me and was very friendly, yet I got a new nail tech...what do you know, 2 of my fingers ended up bleeding...awesome. The man insisted I get gel polish despite the time crunch I made him aware of (he said they'd be faster). It took 25 minutes longer than he said, and he got the polish on my cuticles which means there are now ridges at the back of my nails that catch on everything - hair, cloths, etc. I REALLY wish this place did a better job... The ambiance is nice; however, the pedicure chairs are really starting to show their age and have holes in them. read more

I've been going to Elegant Nail Spa for quite some time- I go almost every week for nails and pedicures and was happy with the service and the staff, however the other day, the owner told me that he was not fixing my broken nails because someone at a different salon had filled them in. The irony was it was one of the old owners who I ran into while shopping, My nails were broken and I needed to have them fix so I got her to fix them for me! I came back into Elegant nails for fixing ( before the start of school) and a pedicure and was told that because I was not loyal that Tony ( the owner) would not fix my nails ! I was upset because I had been going there for quite some time and established a bond with all the technicians there! To make as long story short, I will miss going there but CUSTOMER SERVICE is the key...not your personal feeling- apparently the new owner needs to grow up and get a clue read more
