I got my toes done. I got a young worker who completely ruined the shape of my nails and did an awful nail polish job. I had polish on my skin and had to come home and soak off what I had gotten done because it was so awful. He also cut my skin so bad so I had toes that were bleeding. Overall awful. read more

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE. the man did not acknowledge any of my concerns as I had a fill in... he's filing , and im still seeing green from my last set then i notice a big black hair in the middle of my nail and he and his boss try to GASLIGHT me into thinking that it's underneath my natural nail. I would've felt the irritation if that long ass hair was in my natural nail bed. MONEY HUNGRY , RUDE, AND ENTITLED. tried to get me to pay for a removal of tips because that's all he put on other than the coat. didn't even start painting because the base was just terrible. 0/10. Also tried to get me to pay for the "fill in" then changed mind and told me he didnt wanna see me again and trust they will not. read more

The ambiance is nice but the technique is terrible. I wanted the gel removed and a regular manicure. The tech just would not invest the time in smoothing the nail. When I showed a colleague they just put more clear coat. Ended a nice evening with my daughter on a bad note. Taking the clumpy coat off now. read more

First and last time visiting this salon. Don't get me wrong, the staff were very nice and the salon was very clean. I got the deluxe pedicure, acrylic fill-in with gel polish and eyebrow wax. Too much taken off my eyebrows, the pedicure felt rushed (I had an appointment for 2:30 and didn't leave until almost 6) and he filed the cuticles of 3 of my toes too rough. My eyebrows didn't need much waxing at all. But now I'm stuck with eyebrows that look like I'm trying to make the 2000's style return. So now I have to grow out my eyebrows for at least 3 months. Total cost, pre tip, was $170.00. Extremely overpriced. One of my toenails was cut too short. Also the guy that did my pedicure was the only one not wearing a mask. So my hunt to find a nail salon that meets all of my standards continues. read more

they were so rude and mean to me (the only black person in there) and so sweet to everyone else. I went to get a black french tip pedicure bc I was in the area. The guy doing it messed it up so bad. The lines were uneven and looked rushed. I said this when he was doing my toes. He fixed them up a little bit and then shoved my foot under the UV light, before I could see if anything else was wrong. Please keep in mind that the area where the pedicure takes place is dim, so i didn't see all the imperfections until I was instructed to go sit at a nail station, where the lighting was much more bright. I spoke up and told the manager Sydney, (who was actually doing my nails at the time) that i didn't like my toes in the most respectful way. I then proceeded to ask Sydney, "Is it possible to change my toe nail color because the french tip is messy and it's not neat" the manager Sydney began to berate me all loudly and obnoxiously. She began to go on a rant. She said, "It's your fault your nails didn't come out good. This is what you asked for so this is what you got. There's nothing we can do for you." She repeated this 4 times. I stayed silent, because if I spoke, I knew I would begin crying. Once Sydney was done with my nails, i had to go pay. I'm not the type of person to walk out and not pay. My total was $105, i paid cash. I walked out and sat in my car for 5 minutes crying because, i couldn't believe they were so rude and mean to me and rushed my services. Please keep in mind my full set took less than 30 minutes and she was rough with me. I took time to stare at my toes and I hated it. So I went back in and asked them to remove it. Coincidentally, the man who did my toes was available to remove the gel. Mind you, when i initially was attempting to get my nails fixed, Sydney told me it was too late and the man couldn't do anything for me. The man asked me what was wrong with my nails and I told him. I asked if i will be getting a refund for my gel and he said "No" I asked why, and he said because I didn't say anything, when I in fact did say something. And when I told I said something, he smirked and told me "Well that's your problem" Like what do you even mean? How do you mess up someone's nails, and tell them that it's their problem?? The man began to take my gel off and he was rough. He told me it was $20 to remove the gel. I didn't pay it, this time I chose to walk out. I wasn't being loud, rude, or belligerent. Everything I did and said was with respect. They just kept being super mean to me and only me. Sydney is a racist. She was only rude to me. All of the White women that came in, she got super happy and excited and was so nice to them. She wasn't like that with me at all. I sat in her chair, and she didn't even say hello. She spoke to everyone else in the salon. But when it came to me, it was crickets. I did nothing wrong but enter the wrong salon. Sydney refuses to refund me for the gel pedicure because she claims it was all my fault. read more

I, randomly, decided to get a deluxe mani/pedi! The people who did my nails were very sweet, funny, and helpful. My nails looked beautiful. They did say that my dip Powder for my toenails would match, and they didn't. Both colors were gorgeous and I had people waiting for me, so I didn't want to get them redone. Because I didn't know I would be getting a mani/pedi, I didn't have open toed shoes. Before I left I asked the woman at the counter if my toes were dry enough to put my shoes on, she felt them and said "Yes". I processed to put my shoes on, only to later find out they were not very dry and my toes got ruined. My finger nails are still beautiful almost a week later! I'll definitely go back, but this time I'll make sure my colors match and that I wear opened toed shoes just in case. read more

Got a mix feeling about this place. Pro: 1. convenient location 2. nice spacious and clean space 3. quiet 4. technicians don't try to do small talks unless you initiate the chat (I'm not much of a talker with people I just met) 5. staff don't chat loudly among themselves (some places do and can sometimes make customers awkward if they have no idea what's going on), the only talk when needed - that comes across more professional 6. I literally just got my nails done so I don't know how well it holds, but I like my very simple no non-sense mani/pedi So why 3 stars? Okay maybe it's more like 3.5 stars Here's why: 1. When we first walked in, the place wasn't busy. One technician was working with his client, but there were 1 or 2 guys sitting at the technician chairs on the left side of the place on their phone. I'm not sure if they work there or if they are relatives of the staff. We just stood there awkwardly waiting for someone to sign us in (we made appointments beforehand) and not sure why those guys were ignoring us if they worked there... that doesn't come across very professional. I think if it's a family business, sometimes family come hang out, but maybe hang out somewhere else so customers don't get confused? 2. Up-selling: my technician was the one who greeted us. We told her we just wanted basic mani/pedi, she asked twice if we wanted gel, which we didn't. She asked again once we were seated and chose the "classic" and she pointed at the menu and asked if we wanted something else, and my friend said no. The last time she tried to do it was when she was working on my mani. She all of the sudden stared at me for awhile, and I was wondering why, then she pointed at my brows meaning if I want to get my brow waxed... to be honest, for someone like us who come here for the first time and have no idea how it will go, we prob wouldn't want to go all out on picking the most elaborated service... so that left us slightly uncomfortable... Conclusions: might come back if I can get over the up-selling and random dudes sitting at the technician chairs playing on their phone read more

I've come here multiple times and it used to be my regular spot. However, the last few times I've come in my gel mani has started chipping after a week or less. I went in last Friday for a gel mani to give this place one last shot and I am extremely disappointed. I had asked the man doing my manicure to add a 3rd coat, which I'm pretty sure he only pretended to do (he barely dipped the brush back into the polish when doing the 3rd coat). Now, my nails are already chipping and it's less than a week later. I won't be coming here anymore. read more

Came to the mall to shop and decided to stop by and get my broken nail fixed and a gel fill. They were very welcoming and i was assisted immediately! He was so gentle when removing the broken nail and when filing the others. He shaped my nails FLAWLESSLY. That is so hArd to find these days. My favorite part was definitely the exfoliating hand massage at the end. Y'all my hands are SOFT, okay. This place has my vote. read more

I really wanted to like it here. The salon appeared clean and was nicely decorated. The male tech that did my nails was not up to par. For starters he smelled terribly of cigarette smoke.... and his hands shook as he tried to apply the polish. My gel nails were very sloppily done, the edges have polish missing and some of the edges are sharp from not properly being filed...after applying too much polish he was using his sharp dirty looking nail to scrape the excess polish off of my nail and skin and it HURT. There are places on my nails that look like not enough polish is on. Totally bummed, hopefully the gel lasts. UPDATE-the gel DID NOT last at all, 3 days after it was coming off the sides and bubbling. read more

Great customer service. Every employee gave us a smile and tried to anticipate our needs. Jin was very professional and was able to help my 15 year old make choices based on current trends. We felt like we were a priority and at no time did Jin take a personal phone call or stop to talk unnecessarily to another employee. I went here on Wednesday July 6 and it is now Sunday July 10 and my nails are already lifting and coming off after only 4 days! I had been going to someone for 9 yrs but things changed so I thought I'd try this salon....bad idea! The older guy that works there did my nails. After first it seemed like he knew what he was doing, but I was wrong. When he applied the primer to my nails they began to burn, I've NEVER had this happen to me in any nail shop I've been to! Then he started to fill my nails in. When he finished it looked like the acrylic was just sitting on top of my nails and you could see the acrylic then a space then my cuticle. He tried to fix it as best as he could. Once it come to the polishing, I noticed that some of the nails weren't even, i could see when he used the drill and had no evened out my nails. So I asked him to fix it, and he tried to. At that's point I was just so upset and annoyed at the bad work he did ontop of the bad polish job he attempted to do! I have been trying to call the salon so that I can go there and have them figure out something to do about fixing or taking my nails off but every time I call it says their line is busy, there's an actual recording saying this!
