Covid update: I came here for the first time and had a lovely massage with Michelle. She was great to talk to and very responsive to my requests for more/less pressure. I was seen right at my appointment time and was given instruction on when to take on and off my mask. I felt very safe and relaxed the entire time. 60 minutes of magic. Went in for lower back muscle pain and Tara worked my muscles all the way from the shoulders to the glutes which helped release the lower back tension. Afterwards my muscles felt like butter. I also liked how she explained to me what was going on with my back as she was massaging. She's knows what she's doing and I can't wait to go back! During the time that she had moved on to start her new business here in Annapolis, I quickly learned that her talent could not be easily replaced. At least not for me. She is AMAZING at deep tissue massage. Location and setting here is one that anyone can appreciate. New Leaf Massage is located in a historic part of Annapolis, MD that has beautiful brick roads and genuine people. The inside of the massage parlor is kept very clean and simple. When it comes to parking, you will find that there are several meters around. Make it easy on yourself and download the "Parkmobile" app, then pay for the zone you are in. I made out with $4.45 for 2 hours of parking. As far as operating hours are concerned, this is more of an appointment based business. I hope to see more reviews and pictures on this page. I was with Michelle. I booked online for a 4 o'clock appointment on a Friday, they texted to confirm, completely smooth there. I went in and she was so sweet. Asked about sensitive spots and focus spots and what not. The room was so relaxing from the lighting to the music. The bed had a nice heating pad on it that felt cozy for the full hour. She even did an extra five minutes for me because I was so tense. The prices are also very reasonable; the best I could find in the Annapolis area. No hidden fees or accounts. PHENOMENAL EXPERIENCE. That's the only way I can describe my experience there today. My boyfriend and I travel almost every week for work and this week we are in Annapolis, MD. Our work usually has us standing and walking on concrete for 13hrs a day usually and tons of lifting of heavy equipment. I was experiencing a lot of back pain all over and my body was overall a mess. I found New Leaf on yelp and it was the best choice I could have made! I went to their website link from yelp and booked an appointment through the website. It gave a few options for appointment times that were available, after I chose all I had to do was wait for a confirmation email/notification to follow in the morning/afternoon. I did this at 12am and got my confirmation at 8am, this, was so incredibly easy! I received a 90min massage from Tara and it was the best experience I could have ever had. Finding a good massage therapist is the hardest to find and even harder being in a new place. If you just want a relaxing massage just go for a 60min but if you are having any pain definitely go for the 90min. They also have an 120min option as well that is enticing. There so much more I could say but I'm gonna try and make this short. If I can I will definitely be back to get another massage before we leave town. Thank you so much Tara! read more

Completely unprofessional! I booked a massage and it was confirmed with Tara. The day of my appointment the door is locked and no one is there. I knock on the door and no answer and no one at the front desk. I called and left a message and no one returned my call. I am utterly disappointed in this service. I don't care how great the massage may be, if you treat customers like this, you will lose business. I do not recommend this place nor will I ever reschedule an appointment there.
