My stylist was friendly, listened well, and gave great suggestions. She clarified things well before hacking away with the scissors. It was definitely the happiest I've been with a cut in awhile. They use some new product lines I am unfamiliar with, but they smelled AMAZING. Overall, I'd say this is a great place to go, especially to make major changes. The price isn't as high as many salons but still high enough that I won't be able to return each time I get a trim; I will probably come back every few visits.
